Mother Supports High School Son Who Stars In Gay Porn To Help Pay Bills

Just two weeks ago, Robert Marucci was just another high school senior. But, when his explicit gay pornography career was exposed by his fellow classmates, his world was turned upside down.

Marucci’s introductory video on an adult film website features him under the alias of Noel. The X-rated website, showed him posing naked and having intercourse with other men. Needless to say, the images and videos immediately began circulating around campus, as students shared them by phone. The negative exposure quickly made Marucci a target for bullies.

Once the Cocoa High School administrative staff was made aware of the situation, Marucci was suspended from school for 10 days. However, his suspension wasn’t for the reason you’d think.

The school actually accuses him of being a “major disruption.” The disciplinary report was actually posted on Reddit, because the 10-day suspension would be deemed as an excessive number of absences, which would have prohibited him from graduating at the end of the semester.

But, there’s one person that supports and upholds his decisions with absolutely no reservations – his mother.

Melyssa Lieb, from Cocoa, Florida, stated that she “vehemently” supports her 18-year-old son’s line of work. The Central Florida resident feels that her son is quite noble, as his decision to go into the pornography industry was a means of making money to assist her with household expenses.

Lieb recently spoke out with WKMG of Orlando in regards series of events that have taken place. “I think he’s the most awesome person in the world,” she said through tears. “He stood up and he was the man of the house when I couldn’t be.”

She also made it publicly known that him being classified as a “major disruption” had absolutely nothing to do with his suspension. He was alienated for his “alternative lifestyle career.”

“I think that it is Dr. [Stephanie] Soliven’s morals and her personal beliefs and I don’t think that this is anybody’s business except for my son’s,” said Lieb. “The children at the school found it [the porn] and she didn’t do anything to stop it.”

Marucci also makes no apologies for his decision to work in the adult film industry. “I feel like I have been treated unfairly and this is unjust,” he said. “This was completely legal. I didn’t break any laws, and this took place out of the school.”

Brevard County school district leaders have declined to comment. However, district spokeswoman Michelle Irwin issued a statement to address the matter. “No child would ever be suspended for a job that they have outside of the school environment. In this particular case, we had an investigation, which is now complete, and the student is welcomed to come back to talk to Dr. Sullivan about his educational options,” said Irwin.
