Giuliana Rancic Stunning In Purple Gown At SAG Awards [Photos]

Giuliana Rancic is the best known celebrity host on television and as such receives attention, not only for who she interviews, but also what she wears to all the red carpets she attends for E!.

On Saturday night, at the SAG awards in Los Angeles, Rancic made a splash in her purple gown by Basil Soda, the Lebanese fashion designer — who she thanked via Twitter for his “gorgeous SAG dress.”

Giuliana Rancic wore the satin purple gown with a cross halter neck and a black belt with her new short hair down in a swept-back bob hairstyle and looked positively glowing.

Rancic has been super busy with the awards season in full swing. Last weekend she worked the red carpet for the Golden Globes, looking equally stunning.

For the Golden Globes the TV host of the show Fashion Police wore this gorgeous princess style gown from designer Lorena Sarbu.

Giuliana Rancic is making the Best Dressed list for the SAG awards as she did for the Golden Globes in different fashion magazines. Even though she is not part of the group of celebrities people come to see for these ceremonies, she is nonetheless, a personality in the entertainment world.

The 39-year-old is the current host of E! News celebrity fashion program alongside Ryan Seacrest and also co-hosts Fashion Police with the legendary Joan Rivers.

Giuliana Rancic’s bubbly personality has made her a very well liked host, not only that, but viewership at the network has increased over 50 percent across the board since she was named host in 2005.

Giuliana is married to Bill Rancic — who worked for The Apprentice and together they host their own reality TV show Giuliana and Bill in which they have chronicled her fight against breast cancer and their infertility.

The couple finally realized their dreams of becoming parents when they found a surrogate, who gave birth to their son Edward Duke Rancic, in August of 2012.

Giuliana shared several photos of her interviews at the SAG Awards red carpet on her Instagram.

We will be seeing more of Giuliana Rancic during the rest of the 2014 awards season, including the Academy Awards on March 2.
