Sosie Bacon Manages Not To Trip Over At Golden Globes
Sosie Bacon, the daughter of Kyra Sedgwick and Kevin Bacon, made her debut as “Miss Golden Globes” at the awards ceremony last night.
Serving as the beautiful, smiley hostess and dressed in a stunning figure-hugging gown, Sosie Bacon looked glamorous in the floor-length nude gown with a dropped neckline which complimented her figure perfectly.
Even though Kevin Bacon inadvertently stood on his daughter’s dress during a quick photo shoot on the red carpet, there were no other mishaps throughout the night.
Sosie had been particularly worried about appearing at the event, and was most concerned about the prospect of slipping over in the high heels she was wearing.

As well as the heels issue, it seems Sosie also has some make-up worries as well. She admitted that she was never good at doing her own make-up, adding that her mother Kyra wasn’t much help either:
“I don’t think [my mom] taught me any makeup tips. We’re not good at doing our own makeup. We never have been, either of us,” she said.
Sosie has appeared in episodes of her mother’s show The Closer, and even featured in Loverboy in 2005, directed by her father Kevin Bacon.
The awards hosts, Tina Fey and Amy Poehler, poked a little fun at Sosie Bacon when she was introduced to the audience along with her parents.
Amy Poehler pretended to be Mr. Golden Globes, asking Sosie: “Your name is Sosie? What are you, the Olympics?”
