Khloe Kardashian, Lamar Odom Put Marital Mansion On Market For $5.49 Million

Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom may both be back on the market, romantically speaking, and now, so is their house.

The celebrity couple recently announced their divorce, and as a natural step in the splitting-up process, they have now put their marital home on the market.

The real estate website Trulia told Us Weekly that the mansion, which was purchased by the couple back in 2009, is listed at an asking price of $5.49 million.

When Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom bought the property 5 years ago they paid around $3.95 million for it. The stunning gated mansion, built in 2003, is situated in the prestigious Mulholland Park Estates community.

The estate features six exclusive mediterranean style villas, each with nine bedrooms and six en-suite bathrooms. The master bedroom features a unique mosaic fireplace and offers three walk-in closets.

On top of that, there are formal and informal living and dining areas as well as a library and custom kitchen. All of the houses on the estate are finished to the highest standards.

The mansion isn’t small either, boasting a massive 8,400-square-foot of space. The outdoor areas sport a stunning swimming pool with a cascading water feature as well as a spa and outdoor kitchen.

Khloe Kardashian spoke to Cosmo magazine about the fact she wanted a fresh start following her divorce from Lamar Odom:

“I need a good fresh start; I’m excited for this year to be over with. You only live once so let’s make that one time perfect. We can’t fix our mistakes and imperfections, so let’s have fun. You get what you give out in life.”

The house is on the market at a pretty high price, especially considering the current state of the real estate market in America. They may or may not achieve the asking price for their property, but there is no doubt that the Mulholland Park home is a fabulous and unique property.
