Watch New Orleans Saints Vs. Philadelphia Eagles Live Online, NFL Playoffs Streaming Video

Fans can watch the Philadelphia Eagles vs. New Orleans Saints live online, taking advantage of the NFL’s new program offering all 2014 playoff games streaming on the internet.

The game looks to be one of the most exciting matchups of the wild card weekend, featuring Chip Kelly’s fast-paced Eagles offense against Drew Brees and the explosive Saints.

This matchup is the nightcap of Saturday’s action, taking place after the first AFC game between the Kansas City Chiefs and Indianapolis Colts. Kickoff for the Eagles and Saints is set for 8:10 pm from Lincoln Financial Field in Philadelphia. NBC is covering the television broadcast.

The game is part of an initiative to offer all NFL playoff games streaming live online. Fans who want to watch the Philadelphia Eagles vs. New Orleans Saints live online using mobile devices can get the games through the NFL Mobile App, available through Verizon.

Both the Saints and Eagles come into the game with something to prove. The Saints are coming off a 7-9 season last year after the team was crushed by the suspensions stemming from the bounty scandal. They bounced back strongly this year, losing the NFC South to the Carolina Panthers but snagging the NFC wild card slot.

The Eagles have been one of the most explosive offenses the NFL has seen in nearly a decade, with new head coach Chip Kelly bringing his high-flying attack with him from Oregon. The team has LeSean McCoy and his NFL rushing title as well as quarterback Nick Foles, and a deep threat in wide receiver DeSean Jackson.

The game will be an interesting one for Foles, the second-year player who said he grew up idolizing Drew Brees.

“He’s a guy I’ve watched and learned from,” said Foles, who is 10 years younger than Brees. “He’s done a lot of great things throughout his career, on and off the field, and he’s a great role model for fellow players, kids and adults.”

Though the Saints lost their final three road games and have never won on the road in the playoffs, the players are not taking history into account.

“We’re in the postseason. That’s all that matters,” said outside linebacker Junior Galette. “It gives us a chance to go get a ring, so that’s it.”
