Rose Byrne Spotted Wearing Jorts With Boyfriend Bobby Cannvale

Rose Byrne is a well-compensated actress who could likely afford whatever kind of clothing she wanted, so it must have been a concerted decision to pick the denim jean shorts she was recently spotted wearing.

Byrne and her actor boyfriend Bobby Cannvale were spotted in a bit of PDA during a visit to her hometown of Sydney, Australia. The public affection is nothing new for the couple, who have been known to share some kisses in public, but the jorts Byrne decided to wear were a bit unusual.

E! News noted the odd clothing choice:

“The two stars were each casually dressed for the outing, and accesorized with hats to guard off the sun’s rays. And that leads us to our next topic of interest—Rose’s shorts.

“We couldn’t help but notice Byrne’s interesting choice of attire in the photo. Clearly, not every female celeb has to wear itty-bitty short shorts (like these ladies), but the 34-year-old’s long jean shorts with an elastic waistband definitely caught us by surprise.”

Rose Byrne has been open about mixing business with pleasure with her beau. Back in December, the actress was spotted on the set of the upcoming Annie remake kissing with co-star Bobby Cannvale.

When they were spotted in December, Byrne was dressed a little more appropriately. The two both wore long coats to protect against the cold weather in New York City.

Rose Byrne and Bobby Cannvale started dating in the fall of 2012, making their debut on the red carpet at the CFDA Fashion Awards in June 2013. The two have spoken highly of each other as well. In September, when Cannvale accepted the Primtetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Drama Series, he called Byrne “the love of my life.”
