DROID Charge Gets Price Cut At Amazon

The 4G LTE capable DROID Charge has received a price cut thanks to the folks at Amazon.com bringing the phone to a more reasonable $199 with a new two-year contract.

The device arrived on Verizon Wireless store shelves last week but the original $299 price tag made for a less than exciting arrival, thankfully as is often the case with mobile devices Amazon was here to save the day.

Existing customers won’t be able to take advantage of the offer, however they can still pick up the device for a more reasonable $249.99, a decent discount compared to the phones original price.

With Android 2.2, a 4.3-inch Super AMOLED display with Gorilla Glass and an 8MP camera with LED Flash plus a 1.3MP front facing camera it’s a great deal. That deal gets even better when you consider the 1GHz Hummingbird processor
