“Merry Christmas,” she wrote on Instagram. She credited both the gift and the photo to Big Sean.
Us Weekly reports that Rivera and Big Sean announced their engagement six months after revealing their romance to the world. Weeks later, the Glee alum and co-star Kevin McHale went wedding dress shopping at Monique Lhuillier in Beverly Hills.

Big Sean told Wendy Williams back in September that the couple originally started chatting back and forth on Twitter. According to him, Naya Rivera caught a glimpse of the guy in GQ magazine and decided to follow him on the micro-blogging site.
“It started from there. It took awhile. We went out to eat. We hung out a lot. Things kept going, and I was like, when somebody takes away stress instead of adding it, and somebody’s cool, you gotta take advantage of that,” Big Sean explained.
Rivera previously told People magazine that she and Big Sean are both spending a fair amount of time preparing for their big day together. According to Naya, her famous fiance is pretty involved with all the preparations.
“We definitely bounce things off of each other. We’re always on the same page about everything, which is probably why we’re getting married,” she explained.
