Ed Sheeran Helped Courteney Cox Find Love

Ed Sheeran isn’t above helping his friends find love and happiness from time to time.

The British singer is rubbing elbows in Hollywood like it was the mid-1990s. Not only did Sheeran celebrate Thanksgiving with former Friends star Jennifer Aniston, he also helped her co-star Courteney Cox find a romance following her split with husband David Arquette.

Although talking about the celebrities’ love lives is taboo if you’re in the field, Ed Sheeran decided to address the situation while speaking with OMG! UK. Since everyone on the planet is starting to learn about Cox hooking up with Irish musician Johnny McDaid, Taylor Swift’s best friend decided to reveal a handful of details about how it all began.

“I wasn’t allowed to talk about this, actually, but it’s just gone public. My housemate (rocker Johnny McDaid), who I have lived with for a year, I introduced him to Courteney and they started dating. Now, they’re crazy about each other,” Sheeran explained.

If helping a former Friends cast member find love and affection wasn’t enough of an accomplishment, Ed Sheeran also got drunk and passed out at Jennifer Aniston’s house over the Thanksgiving holiday. Fans of the sitcom are no doubt beside themselves with extreme jealousy right about now.

“(Aniston) has this crazy house with a big staircase that goes down to the pool. I drank a bit too much and needed a time out, so I went down and laid on one of the beds outside by the pool and passed out there,” the singer recently dished to the outlet.

Courteney Cox isn’t the only person who’s received some help in the love department from Ed Sheeran. Taylor Swift told InStyle magazine back in October that her best pal on the planet recently gave her some sage advice about the world of romance.

Here’s how Swift explains their conversation:

“[Ed] says there are different kinds of love: There’s physical attraction, mental attraction, and emotional attraction; there’s also comfort and obsession. You need to have all of those things in one person. You have to mentally respect them, be physically attracted, and have a comfort level. You’re obsessed with them, yet you also know they’re going to stay. I’ve never had that in one person.”

If anyone in Hollywood is looking for a little help finding that special someone, then they should probably contact Ed Sheeran as soon as humanly possible. It would appear that this guy has that unique touch when it comes to falling in love.
