Facebook Why Do You Hate Gay People? Another Photo Banned

It hasn’t even been a month since Facebook was forced to apologize for removing a photo of two men kissing and now the social network is back to their old tricks.

This week Facebook moderators removed another photo, this time of two women kissing, a photo that was part of an ad for Greek film Attenberg.

After realizing that the ad was banned TriArt Film, producers of the film, wrote on their Facebook page that another ad for a different movie depicting two men kissing was just recently approved.

The rejected photo shown above isn’t what I would call the best looking photo in the world, but rejection worthy? Hardly.

Facebook reps after being confronted by the banned photo above told AdWeek:

“Upon investigation, we concluded the advertisement does not violate our guidelines and was removed in error. The ad is now running and we apologize for the inconvenience.”

Shouldn’t the photo have been investigate before it was removed? Seems like they are trying to cover their own butts on this one.
