Justin Timberlake Isn’t One Of Britney Spears’ Regrets

Justin Timberlake should consider himself very lucky. Although Britney Spears regrets a few things, dating the “Mirrors” singer certainly isn’t one of them.

Spears recently released Britney Jean, an album that contains all sorts of material pertaining to her personal life. While promoting the latest collection of songs, the singer opened up about certain aspects of her storied career. During her recent conversation with the Telegraph, Spears decided to touch on some of her regrets.

Although her breakup with Justin Timberlake was definitely hard on the singer, she told the outlet that she didn’t regret her relationship with the former ‘N Sync member. In fact, her romance with Timberlake was apparently one of the happiest times of her life.

“It was a pretty carefree time. We were just, like, ‘We look great, let’s go!’ I have great memories of that time — there were a lot of rehearsals, but there was also a lot of clubbing and a lot of dancing,” Britney Spears said of the time she spent with Justin Timberlake.

Just because they’re not romantically entangled doesn’t mean Spears doesn’t enjoy Timberlake’s music. E! Online reports that Spears really loves the guy’s recent musical output. In fact, his recent collaboration with Jay-Z is among her new favorite songs.

“I really like Justin Timberlake’s ‘Holy Grail.’ I like that song. I think it’s mystical,” she told Ryan Seacrest late last month.

According to Metro, Spears said one thing she definitely regretted was the reality show she put together with Kevin Federline. The five-episode series Britney and Kevin: Chaotic debuted back in 2005, something that the “Work B****” singer seems to deeply regret.

“I would never do something like that again. Actually, that was really bad. That was probably the worst thing I’ve done in my career,” Spears dished.

Although she didn’t say anything about regretting her three-year relationship with Jason Trawick, Spears said that the breakup is the reason why Britney Jean contains so much personal material. Several tracks were heavily influenced by the end of their relationship.

The singer explained:

“There are a lot of songs about heartbreak I can relate to because of the break-up I went through this year. When you go through heartbreak, you just do the things that get you by. Eventually you realise it’s about making the most of life. Even on the album when it talks about having a good time with friends and family, it’s because these are the things that make you happy and get you through heartbreak.”
