Darren Criss and The Warblers Perform For Ellen DeGeneres

Glee singing group The Warblers led by group leader Darren Criss sang Katy Perry’s hit song Teenage Dream on a live airing of The Ellen DeGeneres show and it was pretty darn good.

The Warblers are the high school rivals of McKinley on the hit Fox TV show and they appeared on Ellen to promote the show’s new studio release, ‘Glee: The Music Presents the Warblers.’ The album features 11 popular Warblers covers.

Here’s the performance:

After the performance Criss sat down to speak with Ellen about the show, touring with the cast of Glee and performing various songs.

Criss recently announced that he has signed a contract with Sony and will embark on a solo career. His voice is amazing, if the song’s aren’t too cheesy I’ll definitely be on the look out for his solo recording debut.
