“Teen Mom” Got Pregnant To Star On MTV Show

Josh Smith has come forward in court documents to call out “16 & Pregnant” star Jennifer Del Rio. According to Josh his ex-girlfriend plotted her way onto the show, using Josh as bait.

Josh requested a restraining order this week against Jennifer after she allegedly punched him in the face. In the court documents he says that Jennifer lied to him and his parents, telling them three months before she was pregnant that she was already knocked up, a ploy to keep him from wearing a condom so she could conceive a child and appear on the MTV show.

According to court documents Smith says:

“She was giving me sonogram pictures … that she claimed was ‘our baby’ when in actually [sic] it was her friend’s sonogram pictures she was copying. She lied to me and my parents for 3 months saying she was pregnant. She wanted so desperately to be on ‘Sixteen and Pregnant’.”

In a turn of events, Jennifer claims Josh punched himself in the face so she would go to jail.

The teens will appear in court on May 2.
