Lindsay Lohan Is Back In Jail, For A Few Hours

Actress Lindsay Lohan is once again serving time in the Lynwood Correctional Facility.

The oft-in-trouble actress was forced to check back into jail by order of Judge Stephanie Sautner after she violated her probation, Lohan has been sentences to 120 days in county jail.

Lindsay’s lawyers are expected to appeal the decision which means she’ll be checked into the State run facility only to be bailed out a few short hours later.

Along with her 120 day sentence Lohan has been sentenced to 480 hours of community service of which 120 of those hours will be spent working in the L.A. County morgue.

Sautner cited the fact that Lohan waited weeks to return the necklace she stole from a local jewelry store and only then after police raided her home.

Lohan did have one win today, her felony charges were dropped to misdemeanors.
