While we’ll see Eva Longoria nude for the Elle Spain cover, that’s not the most controversial thing happening in her life now. Rumors claim it appears she might have cheated on her boyfriend.

As previously reported by The Inquisitr,Eva Longoria was recently spotted making out with Eduardo Cruz.

But hold on a minute, People magazine just announced the starlet is dating Jose “Pepe” Antonio Baston. A source close to Joe Baston says of the relationship with Eva Longoria:

“He’s been sweeping her off her feet and courting her like a proper gentleman.”

The story claims the couple kept their relationship under wraps for the last several weeks, so the two timelines seem to conflict. Did Eva Longoria cheat on her new beau with an old flame?

As far as the Elle cover goes, Eva Longoria got nude for the December issue, covered only in Swarovski crystals. Eva discussed her feelings on the shoot:

“I was very excited that [Elle] thought of me for such a special edition. The only fear I had before doing the crystal cover was being so naked. Not being able to cover anything made me feel very insecure.”
