Backstreet Boys 2014 UK Tour Dates Announced

Backstreet Boys are back once again, and have announced a tour that will take place throughout the UK and Ireland. And if that isn’t enough, popular 90’s girl band All Saints are said to be reuniting to play as special guests during the tour.

Metro stated that Nick Carter, Howie Dorough, Brian Littrell, AJ McLean and Kevin Richardson, better known as the Backstreet Boys, will kick off the tour on March 26 at Birmingham’s LG Arena. From there, they will be heading to Dublin, Glasgow, London and Manchester. In total, the boys will perform five headline dates next year in support of their new album, In A World Like This.

According to The Independent, the last time Backstreet Boys toured through the UK was when they co-headlined with fellow American boy band, New Kids On The Block. Metro noted that the boys said the following in a statement:

“Our last UK shows were with New Kids On The Block and we had a fantastic time – the reaction was out of this world. We can’t wait to come back and blow you away with our own full headline show. We’re really excited for our UK fans to see us again as a five-piece. The original Backstreet’s back!”

While the boys are excited to be back, according to The Independent, All Saints said, “We are really looking forward to performing together as special guests. The Backstreet Boys are a great band, so it’s an honor.” The girls are said to be performing classic hits like “Pure Shores” and “Never Ever” as part of their set. They also told The Independent that they will not be performing any new material.
