Anne Hathaway Pregnant, Rumor Confirmed By Brother [Report]
Anne Hathaway is having a really bizarre week in the media. First the Les Misérables actress was lambasted for her diva attitude after a letter was leaked detailing how unfriendly she is as a person, and now her brother has practically confirmed that Hathaway is expecting her first child.
According to Star magazine Anne Hathaway’s brother Tom Hathaway decided to take it upon himself to share the news with everyone in the middle of his comedy routine. The routine happened on October 30 at Brooklyn’s Tandem Bar and restaurant, and started off with funny bits about Anne. Then Hathaway decided to turn it over to more personal affairs that Anne is currently going through, which meant announcing the exciting news about his big sister expecting.
Someone from the audience that witnessed the bombshell about Anne Hathaway‘s pregnancy leaked the news to Star magazine. According to the source Tom Hathaway announced the news early on in his stand up routine.
“Tom opened his act by talking about Anne’s personal life. He said, ‘My sister got married last year, and now she is about to be a new mom!’ I don’t think he realized what he had done.”
Big sister Anne doesn’t seem to mind that her little brother Tom Hathaway let the cat out of the bag about her pregnancy with husband Adam Shulman.
A family friend allegedly spoke to Star magazine about Anne Hathaway’s state given that there was no time for an official announcement about her pregnancy.
“Anne is over the moon and Adam is extremely giddy. She’s been wanting to get pregnant for a while but knew that she needed to wait for the right time. They are more than ready for this next chapter in their lives.”
In addition to expecting her first child, Anne Hathaway is on a career high as she’s currently filming Christopher Nolan’s Interstellar. Odds are following the sci fi film she will have to wipe out a bit of her schedule to accommodate her baby.
Congratulations of Anne Hathaway on her pregnancy! Hopefully motherhood softens the actress up a bit.
