Miley Cyrus, Benji Madden Spotted Making Out After Underage Boozy Halloween Night

Miley Cyrus was caught “making out” with Benji Madden after a boozy Halloween party in West Hollywood last Thursday, even though the pop starlet is still under the legal drinking age.

Various pictures have emerged of Cyrus inside a car, alongside a number of her friends, one of which was Madden, while she holds onto an open bottle of Malibu. Another of her pals in the vehicle can also be seen holding a Jack Daniels bottle too.

The 20-year-old pop singer is still several months below the legal drinking age, which is 21. Cyrus and Madden were seen together at Bootsy Bellows, in West Hollywood, on Thursday October 31, where they were celebrating Halloween.

It has now been reported that the former Hannah Montana actress was spotted “making out” with Benji, who is the guitarist with the rock band, Good Charlotte, and is the former beau of Paris Hilton.

Cyrus and Madden’s smooching was the first time that the singer has been seen kissing someone else since her engagement to Liam Hemsworth ended, even though she has been linked to other men since the demise of her relationship with the Hunger Games thespian.

An insider told Mail Online, “They seemed really into each other. Soon they were flirting and talking very closely. Then they shared a kiss. They left Bootsy Bellows together around 1am. They tried to be discreet by sharing a car with some other friends but it was clear they were leaving as a couple.”

At the time of the incident, Cyrus was wearing her Halloween costume. The “Wrecking Ball” singer had channelled Lil Kim for her outfit, wearing the same garments that the singer wore at the MTV VMAs in 1999.

The rapper was enthused with Cyrus’ homage, telling MTV News recently, “Put it this way, she did me very well. I think she looked gorgeous. I love her; she’s one of my besties. She’s like my bestie-slash-wifey.”

She then added, “You know what’s so funny? As soon as she tweeted the picture, she texted me and she was like, ‘Happy Halloween, babe!’ I think she did me well.”

Kim then added, “The purple pasty will always just be phenomenally outstanding and phenomenally one of the world’s favorites. The purple pasty with the purple hair is something that kids love, women love and men love and people all over the world loved. When people give you that compliment on Halloween, it’s huge.”
