Pauly D Denied Unsupervised Visits By Baby Mama

Former Jersey Shore star Pauly D is not being allowed to see his 5-month old daughter without supervision.

Pauly D’s lawyers recently sent a letter to Amanda Markert’s attorney, asking that Pauly D be allowed to take his daughter for a two week unsupervised period.

According to TMZ it took no time at all for Markert’s attorney to outright deny the written request. At this time Pauly D’s baby mama still has the right to be present or have someone else present during all of his visits.

A source at the celebrity gossip site says, “Paul and his entire family are eager to meet and spend time with Paul’s daughter. Paul has been requesting visitation for quite some time now, but his requests have either gone unresponded to or denied. He and his family are committed to being a significant part of his daughter’s life and are excited to make that a reality. ”

Last Friday, Radar Online reported that Markert was living a ruse. The publication says she told her live-in boyfriend Don Barbitta that Amabella was actually his child and not Pauly D’s as she has claimed since announcing her pregnancy.

While Pauly D earned a reputation as a hard partying GTL guy on Jersey Shore, he has gone on to become one of the highest paid DJ’s in the world. Forbes reported in August 2012 that Pauly D earned $11 million for the year, making $40,000 or more per gig.

In the meantime Pauly D has proven that his business sense is better than his former TV co-stars. He has launched a successful clothing line, tanning bronzing product, a DJ career, and various other ventures that fit into his type of lifestyle.
