Chris Brown was arrested on a felony assault charge in Washington D.C. on Sunday morning after allegedly attacking a man outside a hotel.

According to law enforcement the alleged attack occurred after Chris Brown engaged in an argument with an unknown man outside the W Hotel at 15th and K.

Brown allegedly began punching the man at approximately 4:30 AM. Police say Brown did not appear to be under the influence of any drugs or alcohol at the time of the attack.

Brown’s history of violence won’t help his case in court. Brown was found guilty of punching Rihanna in the face and during a Good Morning American interview he became angered about Rihanna questions and threw a chair through his dressing rooms window.

Brown has also engaged in verbal and physical sparring with the rapper Drake and has engaged in other incidents involving physical violence.

When he’s not busy attacking women and men in real-life Brown has been known to vent his anger in various Twitter battles.

After pleading guilty in the Rihanna case Chris Brown agreed to five years probation and 180 hours of community service. Recently questions about the number of community service hours he has actually completed came into question.

Reports have also started circulating that Chris Brown was raped as a child, a claim he is adamantly denying.

Chris Brow’s reps have no responded to this mornings newest felony assault arrest. Further information has not been released from Brown’s arresting officers at this time.

Do you think Chris Brown needs to spend some time behind bars to receive the rehabilitation he obviously so badly needs?
