Sheer, Braless Looks

The 20-year-old didn't model just swim styles for the shoot, which was featured in her March 2021 cover story. She also wore a stunning bead dress by Noir Kei Ninomiya, ditching her bikini top to showcase the fully see-through look. In other photos, she was braless underneath a sheer Rick Owens chemise and flashed the flesh in an ample Melitta Baumeister chiffon dress for a side pose that teased her perky posterior.

All the photos featured Gerber in black posing on a sand mound against a white backdrop. She had wet, slicked-back hair and sported a fresh-faced, no-makeup look.

Her Take On Books & People

Discussing art, novels, and her online book club in the interview among other things, Gerber shared that the qualities she looks for in a book and in people are the same. "What draws me to a book is usually if I think it has something to teach me and emotions to evoke. I guess I could say the same for people," she told i-D.

The supermodel also mused on the prospect of becoming an author herself: "I have no idea what my novel will be about, but I know I want to make people cry when reading it."

Gerber added: "Crying over someone else’s troubles is the closest we can get to empathy and, I believe, one of the greatest gifts of literature. shared with."

Her Reading Recommendations

A voracious reader, Gerber recently talked about her passion for books to Vanity Fair. Sharing her reading recommendations, she couldn't praise enough Stephanie LaCava's punky novel, I Fear My Pain Interests You. “I haven’t read a book in a while that just pulled me in, and you’re so immersed in the characters and in the world. It’s quite a slice of life," she said in the interview, which came out on August 1.

The daughter of modeling legend Cindy Crawford is also making headlines these days with a sweet cameo in her beau Austin Butler's Elvis-inspired photoshoot for V Magazine. While the shoot primarily featured the Elvis star, her supple arms (and recognizable wrist tattoo) were seen draped around her man in the photos, with fans going crazy in the comments.
