Olympian Simone Biles Displays Firm Glutes Poolside

Simone Biles is a "happy gal" in her latest Instagram post, where she is sporting a cute purple bikini that shows off her firm glutes and toned legs.

The newly engaged Olympic athlete just returned from a romantic birthday vacation with long-time beau Jonathan Owens in Turks and Caicos. It seems that the celebration isn't over yet, as the gymnast is still posting swimsuit pics on her Insta.

"Happy Gal"

Sporting a lavender-colored one-piece swimsuit, Simone was all smiles while posing poolside. Clearly still on a vacation high, the athlete playfully posed for the camera while flaunting her figure.

Simone displayed her backside in the second pic, with her firm glutes out in the cheeky monokini. The pose perfectly captured her curves, and fans were beyond impressed with what they saw.

"happy gal 🌸💜✨," Simone captioned her photos.

"Real curves," one fan complimented her natural curves.

"Sheesh 😍," another fan wrote down.

Small And Mighty

She may only be 4' 8", shorter than former teammates Aly Raisman and Suni Lee, but Simone lives up to being "small and mighty."

Aside from the medals that she has racked up throughout her career, her physique is definite proof that this athlete is one of the best in her league.

Her firm glutes and toned legs remind us not to skip leg day!

Simone Biles Workout

Simone has a strict workout routine that she follows when training for a competition.

According to her Women's Health feature, she goes to the gym to practice and train 6 hours a day, six days per week. She reserves Sundays as a day to rest and do self-care routines.

Aside from her intense training sessions, Simone also likes to cross-train for strength and cardio. Some of her favorite fitness activities are swimming, biking, and running, which are all great exercises that engage both major and minor glute muscles, effectively toning the butt and the legs.

Her Favorite Exercise

Her favorite exercises are leg-strengthening workouts because she knows this is one of her most vital areas.

"I have good, powerful legs, so I can do conditioning and they won't be too sore," Simone explained her preference.

When it comes to diet, the powerhouse athlete says that she is not a fan of tracking calories because it can lead to health and eating issues.

"For gymnasts, in particular, [tracking] can lead to health problems and eating issues, so I just eat what I know I can and should," she said.
