Brock Lesnar Injury Real? WWE ‘Royal Rumble’ 2015 Results Have John Cena And Seth Rollins Surprised

The WWE Royal Rumble 2015 results are in, with the WWE Heavyweight Champion retaining his title in the match against both Seth Rollins and John Cena. But is Brock Lesnar’s injury real or just a story element that will be played up in the usual kayfabe manner?

In a related report by the Inquisitr, Roman Reigns discussed a possible future match with the Beast, and it’s even possible we could have Daniel Bryan vs. Brock Lesnar at WrestleMania 31.

When John Cena was tricked by Seth Rollins into putting Triple H and Stephanie McMahon back into power, the power of the Money In The Bank briefcase was pretty much made useless for the short term since the match was a triple threat. The stipulation also allowed a no-disqualification match, so this meant Rollins’ security were able to take on Lesnar. Although J&J Security gave it their best shot, they heavily resembled Cena in the past since Lesnar suplexed them into the ground early on.

Brock Lesnar even looked like he was going to take Seth Rollins out early on when he caught the latter man on a jump off the top rope, reserving the move into an F5. But John Cena broke up the possibility of an early pin and Rollins even managed to curb stomp Lesnar.

The highlight of the WWE Royal Rumble 2015 results came when John Cena hit Brock Lesnar with the stairs, then dropped him onto the Spanish announcer table. Seth Rollins capitalized on the moment of weakness by climbing to the top rope and hitting him with a high-flying elbow. The impact was so severe that WWE doctors rushed to the scene to help the seemingly lifeless Beast.

Michael Cole officially made the announcement on the Brock Lesnar injury, claiming that the big man was suffering from at least a broken rib. The doctors had the stretcher out and Lesnar lay on the ground, not moving for nearly 10 minutes.

Meanwhile, John Cena and Seth Rollins had the ring to themselves. Rollins was about to curb stomp Cena for a potential win when Lesnar sprang to life and tossed Cena out of the ring. Rollins tried defending himself using the Money In The Bank briefcase, but Lesnar nabbed him for an F5 and then the pinfall.

So is Brock Lesnar’s injury real or not? If it is real, then even Paul Heyman is not talking, but WWE fans found it impressive enough.

What do you think WWE universe: is Brock Lesnar’s injury fake or real?
