After English press mis-interperted German accounts of a Beyonce Knowles’ body double showing up for a private tour of a Vienna museum, we are finding out what really happened.

It all went something like this:

Beyonce Knowles was scheduled to perform in Vienna and while there, an Austrian radio station decided to pull a prank on the local Museum by acting as Beyonce Knowles reps and calling to schedule a private tour. When the scheduled time came for Beyonce to show up at the museum, a body double arrived instead.

The German press then reports about the incident but the english press lost a few of the important details in the translation and reported that Beyonce herself and her team had duped the museum and sent the body double – effectively saying that Beyonce shirked her appointment and sent the double there while she went on a shopping spree.
