Four months ago former 98 Degrees singer Nick Lachey and Wipeout host Vanessa Minnillo took things to the next level when they wed and now Vanessa has used Twitter to celebrate her marriage.

On her Twitter account Vanessa changed her former handle of @VanessaMinnillo to the last name of her newlywed husband and then tweeted:

“I LOVE my ‘new name’! @VanessaLachey? has a nice ring to it.”

Speaking to PEOPLE husband Nick Lachey recently said they were “very comfortable” with one another and “happy in our life together” while adding they are now now back to “work and back to the routine.”

Fans of Minnillo…um I mean Mrs. Lachey can catch her co-hosting ABC’s Countdown to the American Music Awards with Chris Harrison on Sunday at 7 p.m. ET.

Apparently Nick Lachey really wants to remember his anniversary date with new wife Vanessa Minnillo, revealing on Saturday that it’s already his “two weeks” anniversary.

The couple married during a taped ceremony on July 15 and Lachey recently told PEOPLE of the two week anniversary:

“Boy, I should get some flowers on the way home!”

He also said that married life was an easy transition for the couple, noting:

“It doesn’t 
feel any different, which I think is a great thing – I think that means it
 was good to begin with,” while adding, “We’re just very comfortable and happy in our life together, so now we are back to work and back to the routine.”

The couple may have just married but they are also both very busy with Lachey preparing for the third season of his show Sing Off and Minnillo co-hosting the popular gameshow Wipeout which Lachey has said he has been “begging” to get on as a contestant.

Lachey and Minnillo both head back to work with heavy schedules in the Fall, it will be interesting to see if they can avoid the pitfalls of Hollywood life as a married couple, because let’s be honest not many stars do these days.

The happy couple recently tied-the-knot on Sir Richard Branson’s Necker Island in an intimate destination wedding that was described as “picture-perfect.”

“We see celebrity weddings all the time but this one was a happily ever after, a really great love story,” Jen Garcia, of People magazine, told Good Morning America.

The location, however, wasn’t the only thing that could be described as stunning. According to 37-year-old Lachey, his first glimpse of Minnillo in her wedding gown was a moment he will never forget.

‘It literally took my breath away,’ he told People magazine. ‘It’s a moment you fantasize about, and I was certainly not disappointed.’

While only a handful of individuals got to witness the amazing event in person, TLC was on location to document the entire celebration and will air the couple’s big later this evening in a two-hour special beginning at 9pm.

Singer Nick Lachey and TV host Vanessa Minnillo said “I do” in a intimate, top-secret, tropical island ceremony this Friday, reps for the couple confirm.

The star duo, who got engaged last November after dating for four years, sent 35 friends and family members invites in the form of plane tickets.

According to Lachey, the lucky guests were then flown to a unknown location to attend the special ceremony.

“Our wedding invitations were in the form of a plane ticket. We told them they were going away and the attire was ‘island chic’. It was all very vague,” Nick told People magazine.

The wedding, Minnillo, 30, explained to People, is just a “stepping stone” for the now happily married couple.

“For us, this is just a stepping stone to do what we ultimately want and that’s to start a family together.”

Unlike Lachey’s previous marriage to Jessica Simpson, that many speculate ended thanks to the popular MTV reality show Newlyweds, there won’t be any cameras in this couple’s first year of marriage.

“Just to clear the air on this, @VanessaMinnillo and I are doing a one time wedding special for TLC, NOT a reality series. Gonna be special!” the 37-year-old singer tweeted last month.

Their nuptials will be televised on a TLC’s special titled Nick & Vanessa’s Dream Wedding, which premieres July 30.

Since it worked so well back in 2003 with Jessica Simpson, why shouldn’t Nick Lachey open up his marriage to the camera’s once again, other than perhaps that whole divorce issue that happened after the show stopped airing in 2005. It’s being reported that Lachey and new wife Vanessa Minnillo who are engaged will star in a new reality TV special on TLC that will focus on their new marriage.

Unlike Newlyweds which aired on MTV the new show will be a “one-off special” which Lachey says told Us Weekly will be

“A chance to kind of have a great experience and a great moment in our lives documented on TV, and also for us, to have a great wedding video at the end of it.”

If Lachey’s wedding ends in a quick divorce I call dibs on saying “I told you so.”

Also, I only believe the show will work if Minnillo portrays herself to be as air headed as Jessica Simpson, which I don’t think is humanely possible to duplicate a second time around.

After months of speculation, Nick Lachey and Vanessa Minnillo have officially separated.

Representatives for the pair released a statement confirming the news, saying that “They have amicably split but remain good friends who still greatly care for one another.”

A source quoted in People Magazine confirmed that the split was on reasonable terms: “It was an amicable break-up. They walk away from it still friends….They still care about each other very much. This is what’s best for both of them.”

Lachey is perhaps best known as being Jessica Simpson’s ex-husband.

After Kim Kardashian hurt her toe on a coffee table in her New York hotel room, we’ve been reminded of how painful it is. And even though whining is so boring, I believe that Kim’s in pain: eight hours of dancing certainly won’t help, especially not when you live in heels. Kim gave us the full update through an interview with OK!:

“I’m wearing a heel right now and it felt okay as I was walking up. It’s sorta like I wanna hold it really tight in there. So that’s what I’m doing right now. But I’m gonna go home, take it off, and not finish my night because it hurts too bad.”

Did I also mention that she’s currently filming Disaster Movie Carmen Electra and Vanessa Minnillo right now? Nope, there’s no time to rest– and that’s bad news for queasy people like me who want to barf every time the toe injury is brought up, especially since it was one that made a room look like someone was murdered in it.

I had to take breaks writing this to stop the dizziness.
