As you can see in the video she was accompanied by a full orchestra and backing singers. She is definitely in the big league now. It looks like she has received a small make-over too with brown hair and whiter teeth, but she has kept her charm.

Susan Boyle’s debut album “I Dreamed a Dream” will be released on November 24th, but is already topping Amazon’s bestseller list, thanks to preorders (and a single review?!) She is actually outselling most of The Beatles Remastered albums, Muse, Jay-Z and Whitney Houston’s latest.

Ms. Never-Been-Kissed Boyle’s been polished up a bit since her April debut on Britain’s Got Talent. As everyone who has ever been near a computer witnessed, Boyle was laughed at by the crowd and tittered at by the show’s staff until she belted out a stunning performance of the Les Mis favorite “I Dreamed a Dream.” Boyle’s backstory of being dull and dreary in a dull and dreary place and getting old alone after shelving her dreams to care for her ailing parents touched as much of a nerve as her stunning voice.

Susan’s definitely stayed in the spotlight long enough to have transcended the title of viral video star, and seeing her all dolled up definitely elicits a little bit of an aww feeling, like her Cinderella moment is finally complete. But Boyle still hasn’t adjusted to the inanity that is magazine interviews (surprising being that she’s a Brit and they invented celeb worship)- in the Harper’s Bazaar photoshoot/interview, she had this to say about her sleeper hit rise to fame:

“It will take a bit of adjusting to because I’ve led a sheltered life, I know. I’ve got life experience, but mentally I have to adjust. But it’s all good. All good.” Is she glad she did it, auditioned for the show? She looks at me in amazement. “Come on!” she chides. “It goes without saying. Come on now!”

Susan Boyle has been released from a London mental hospital after receiving five days of treatment for a sever “anxiety attack.”

Gerry Boyle, Susan’s brother told UKTV that “she’s much happier…she seems much more like herself. I think things are becoming clearer now and she’s much more content. I believe she’s in the middle of London, in a flat in London.”

Boyle was later spotted looking relaxed and happy as she want shopping. Accompanied by her doctor, Boyle purchased dresses, cardigans and shows at Lulu & Fred in North London.

Boyle is expected to appear in the Britain’s Got Talent stage tour starting June 12.

Susan Boyle is reported to be on the mend after an anxiety attack put her in a London mental hospital.

Boyle, who was reported to be close to a break down before the Britain’s Got Talent final, finally flipped after her shock second place.

The British press is speculating on whether Boyle will be fit for the Britain’s Got Talent concert tour show which is due to begin on June 12, although friends are saying that she may not even be fit for a recording contract.

“She doesn’t want to say no to recording,” claimed one source. “But everything else that comes with it? Concerts, television appearances? This is not what’s best for her. There has to be a way where she can sing and be financially secure, and not have to sacrifice her well-being.”

Susan Boyle’s admission to a mental hospital following her shock loss in Britain’s Got Talent has raised questions about her suitability to appear on the program.

It has been disclosed that Boyle suffered a range of mental health problems before appearing on the show, including a learning disability. The details of the leaning disability aren’t clear, but it’s believed that Boyle’s reported outbursts, and fragile mental state before and after the final was directly related to this issue.

Another report also claims that Boyle has an imaginary friend. Irene Carter, the mother of a member of the act Sugar Free, told local media: “Susan was acting very strangely all week. She is odd and is constantly talking to herself. One time, staff working on the show backstage asked if she was OK and she said she was talking to her friend. She then introduced everyone in the room to this ‘friend’ – who wasn’t actually there.” Boyle was also reported to have left long messages for her cat pebbles.

Any mental health issues Boyle had should not have prohibited her from appearing on the show, but likewise there are reasonable questions surrounding the exploitation of Boyle by show producers given her mental state. Even the healthiest people would have struggled with the attention Boyle received, that Boyle had serious issues before appearing makes where we are today not the least bit surprising.

Susan Boyle has been moved to a safe for her own protection after exhibiting sign of cracking under the pressure associated with her Britain’s Got Talent fame.

After being tormented by people in her hotel lobby recently, Susan Boyle suffered a meltdown – bursting into a fit of rage and cursing like a sailor at the people. Police were called to the scene and it took a while for her to calm down. That’s one sure sign the pressure has been getting to her.

Susan Boyle is not leaving Britain’s Got Talent. After Susan Boyle’s supposed meltdown and rumors of doctors and experts keeping an eye on her, she is now saying:

“I want nothing more than to stay and sing in the Britain’s Got Talent final”.

“I’ve spent weeks rehearsing – it’s all I’ve been thinking about. I’m not going to throw away my big chance now”.

According to ITV (who broadcasts the TV show) the emotional outburst from Susan, as well as supposed threats to leave, “have been taken out of context, and are not serious or true”.

Britain’s Got Talent sensation Susan Boyle has supposedly suffered a “meltdown” after being pestered at a UK hotel.

According to reports, Boyle lost her temper after being goaded by two people (possibly journalists) who weren’t fans outside the Wembley Plaza Hotel. She is alleged to have responded by saying “How f^&king dare you! You can’t f#$king talk to me like that” and later ended up in a “heated” discussion with police officers who were called to the scene.

Later, Boyle is said to have became angry when judge Piers Morgan told 12-year-old contestant Shaheen Jafargholi that his was “the best singing performance we have heard in the semi-finals so far” while watching the show in the hotel bar. Boyle apparently stuck two fingers up at the television, and shouted f%&k off before departing to her room.

Morgan confirmed that Boyle was under pressure, and asked that people give her a bit of space.

We’ve used the word supposedly to describe the incidents not because we believe the incidents to be untrue, but instead the idea of there being a “meltdown” is grossly exaggerated. So she told someone to f&^k off who was being cruel to her, that’s annoyance, not a meltdown. A meltdown would have had her quit the show, or checked into hospital. It’s difficult to imagine what the pressure on Boyle must be like, pressure that would be difficult for most people, let alone some one with Boyle’s background. She let it get the better of her briefly, but there’s no meltdown yet.

Susan Boyle has unequivocally proven she’s no one hit wonder with her latest appearance on Britain’s Got Talent May 24.

Singing Memories from the musical Cats, Boyle managed a standing ovation not only from the crowd, but the three judges (including Simon Cowell) as well. After the song, Boyle said, “All my life I’ve driven to prove myself, that I’m not just this little woman from Scotland. I just want that chance to perform in front of the Queen.”

The final of Britain’s Got Talent in May 30, with the winner singing for the Queen at the Royal Variety Performance.

According to various reports, a failure to agree on advertising terms has meant that UK TV network ITV, Simon Cowell and YouTube have made no money from YouTube videos of Scottish singing sensation Susan Boyle.

The line goes like this: ITV and YouTube have disagreed over the type of ads to be shown against the videos, with ITV wanting pre-rolls, and YouTube wanting overlays and surrounding ads. Because they can’t agree, no ads have been shown against the anywhere from 40 million to 100 million (reports conflict) views of Susan Boyle singing videos, therefore as the headline at Mashable suggests “Susan Boyle Video Profits: $0.”

It’s a great tale, accept that it’s so completely not true it begs belief that anyone could suggest as such. Yes, ads haven’t been shown on YouTube with the video, but there is clearly a value in having free exposure to 100 million viewers, most of who would never have been aware of Susan Boyle or even Britain’s Got Talent to begin with.

But lets not talk in theory, because here’s some facts from our Susan Boyle file. Susan Boyle is negotiating a record contract with Sony BMG. Celebrity show contestants usually have to sign over part of their earnings to the shows producers (Simon Cowell), and the TV station might even get a cut. If the record deal comes through, there’s a pile of money from the YouTube videos, because lets face it, she wouldn’t be an international sensation without them. But it gets better, because there’s also a Susan Doyle movie in the works. Again, this will result in profits for Cowell and ITV if it happens. Last but not least is the massive exposure Britain’s Got Talent has received; the show could have increased ratings in the UK, meaning more ad sales for ITV, and the format has had massive international exposure, meaning more rights sales to other countries.

Indeed the only person who hasn’t made money off of Susan Doyle is YouTube. Given the millions the rest are making, ITV shouldn’t be asking YouTube for ad money, they should BE PAYING YouTube for all the free advertising.

As the world swoons over her voice, there are a few people out there who are saying Susan Boyle is a scam for 2 reasons:

First of all, in order to be accepted on the show, Britain’s got Talent contestants must be true amateur performers and not have been recorded for commercial purposes before. The Daily Record however, has dug up a CD where Susan Boyle sang “Cry Me A River” as one of the tracks. The CD was for a charity organization and only 1000 copies were ever produced.

So we are finding out that this whole thing could be an elaborate ruse to fool the media and general public into thinking she’s 100% authentic. So what do you say – is she too good to be true?

The video of Susan performing “I Dreamed A Dream” in hopes during her audition for a spot on this season’s Britain’s Got Talent is only 18 million views away from replacing “The Evolution of Dance” as the Most Watched video of all time on YouTube.

Susan is negotiating possible recording plans with the brass at Sony BMG -including Simon Cowell -The Mirror claims. The aspiring singer will be signed to the label regardless of where she places in the Britain’s Got Talent competition.

Neither Simon Cowell nor Susan Boyle will say much when asked about the recording contract but they are both positive.
