The 30-second clip went over game coverage right after the Cardinals’ final touchdown in the big game. Comcast subscribers in Tucson, Arizona saw the saucy surprise. (See our original post for images and video.)

Now, Comcast has said it’s sorry for the slip-up, offering the $10 credit to customers who caught the accidental action. Thousands of families are believed to have been affected.

“While this credit won’t change what happened, we hope that it will demonstrate to our customers, and to the Tucson community, how seriously we are taking this situation,” Comcast said in a statement.

The clip — which shows a woman unzipping a man’s pants and then proceeding with other, shall we say, activities — was from an adult movie being shown at a Comcast pay-per-view channel at the same time as the game.

Super Bowl Porn Flick Investigation

Comcast is still investigating how the Super Bowl porn clip made it onto the air. The company now says it believes it “may have been an isolated, malicious act.”

The local NBC station, KVOA, has indicated the clip did not come from its facility.
