Britney Spears rocked a revealing white bikini for the cover of Shape magazine.

In addition to showing off her “firm and fabulous” body for the folks at the publication, Spears discussed how she is preparing for her upcoming shows in Las Vegas.

“I’m doing 90 minutes of yoga twice a week in addition to a lot of cardio. Hour-long sessions three times a week with my trainer, Tony Martinez,” the singer told the folks at Shape.

She added, “The [Las Vegas] performances won’t be simple. They’ll be a massive party from start to finish. And to pull this off, I have to be in top condition and running at full speed.”

Britney Spears sports a very revealing Deja Soleil Swimwear bikini on the cover of the magazine. Deja Berkham, the swimsuit’s designer, was impressed with the work the singer did to get back in shape.

“She’s so inspiring to be in that great of shape after having two kids. All Deja Soleil suits are designed to play up a woman’s delicate curves and still be durable enough for the most active of women — much like Britney,” Berkham said.

Britney Spears recently confirmed her lucrative deal with Caesars Entertainment earlier this month. According to the Las Vegas Sun, the singer will set up shop inside the Planet Hollywood Resort later this year.

Although details about the residency are still sketchy, it’s believed that Spears will take the stage at the venue starting this November. Rehearsals are expected to begin in September or October. More information about the project and its director should arrive by the end of the month.

Spears was the center of some unwanted attention earlier this year when she was seen grabbing a bucket of KFC after leaving the Shape photo shoot.

Britney Spears shows off her new trimmed bikini body in June’s Shape Magazine, and, in celebration of that big reveal, the pop superstar has also announced her first Las Vegas shows.

Britney is busily working on a new LP with Will.i.Am and finishing up her work on the X Factor at which point she’ll “settle down” in Las Vegas.

Speaking to Shape Britney Spears revealed plans for this Fall’s highly anticipated shows in Las Vegas.

According to Spears:

“The [Vegas] performances won’t be simple. They’ll be a massive party from start to finish. And to pull this off, I have to be in top condition and running at full speed.”

While Britney went through a period where she kept on the baby weight the new Shape Magazine cover showcases Spears as fit as ever. The songstress says of her workout routine:

“I’m doing 90 minutes of yoga twice a week in addition to a lot of cardio — hour-long sessions three times a week with my trainer, Tony Martinez.”

With wavy hair and a strappy white bikini, Spears flashes a big rejuvenated smile to her fans as she shows off her touched up bod for the world to see.

So how exactly has Britney Spears managed to bring back her hotness? She credits cutting back on cookies and using the food-program Nutrisystem. Spears is also jamming out at the gym with the help of Whitney Houston and Bruno Mars.

While Britney Spears may be setting down roots in Las Vegas, it is hardly her first time performing in Sin City. Spears made a stop in Vegas during her Femme Fatale tour in 2011.

Britney Spears is also preparing to release her eighth album with help from super producer Will.i.Am.

Britney Spears grabbed a bucket of KFC shortly after wrapping a recent photo shoot.

The singer and former X Factor judge is frequently captured by reporters doing very mundane things. Just months after her grocery store list went viral, Spears has been seen carrying a food after leaving Kentucky Fried Chicken.

Much ado has been made about Britney Spears and her KFC bucket since she picked up the fast food shortly after completing her photo shoot for Shape magazine. The singer seemed quite excited about her time in front of the camera.

“Thanks for the great photo shoot today! It was fun to get all dolled up for the cover!” she wrote in a tweet hours before the shoot.

After dining at home with her boyfriend David Lucado, the two were seen grabbing something to drink at an area Starbucks.

News outlets have been quick to pick up stories regarding Britney Spears and her new love interest. Unlike her past beaus, Lucado has been described as an “average guy.” Recent reports have suggested that the two are crazy about one another.

Spears and Lucado were recently seen together at Forever Bella tanning salon in Los Angeles. Those who saw the pair during their excursion seemed to think the couple appeared quite content.

“She was happy and smiling and she rarely smiles, but yes, she looked happy,” an insider at the salon told Us Weekly. “Her bodyguard was there too and walked them in, opening the door for them.”

“Britney was really good. They were having a fun time together but there weren’t any PDAs,” the individual added.

Although Lucado has been identified as Britney’s new man, he doesn’t appear to be making a bid for the spotlight. He decided to shut down his Facebook page shortly after reports started to surface about their relationship.

Jennifer Love Hewitt has pranced around TV and movie sets in skimpy lingerie while playing the part of a call girl, yet the movie star was still “very nervous” when it came time to shoot her Shape Magazine cover.

For the cover of the magazine, Hewitt wore a pink two-piece bathing suit with white zig-zagged stripes.

Hewitt in the magazine reveals her “fun, curve sculpting workout,” according to the magazine’s cover claim.

Love Hewitt tells Us Weekly that she didn’t have much time to get ready for her pink halter’top bikini shoot:

“I had literally had 8 to 10 days before the shoot that I had to do it … And I think when [they] called me to tell me that I was doing the cover of Shape, I might’ve been eating pizza at the time.”

Only having 8 to 10 days before the shoot, Jennifer says she quickly jumped on her workout routine:

“I’ve been doing Zumba DVDs, booty workout DVDs, Pilates and walking a lot. I wear leg weights at work. That’s a big help for me because I don’t get a lot of chances to work out, so I try to get it in where I can. When I’m off camera, I always have like 10 lb leg weights on as I’m walking throughout the day. It’s amazing how much you can actually do that way.”

Hewitt first posed for Shape Magazine back in 2009 when she was 29 years old, and she still looks as good as ever.

In fact, Jennifer Love Hewitt says she is in the “best shape of my life” and happy with her current body.

Rumors have circulated that Hewitt would eventually go “full nude” on her show The Client List, but she has since rebuked that rumor.

Kate Walsh has a pretty revealing  spread in this month’s issue of SHAPE Magazine. Not only does the “Private Practice” star pose nude for the magazine, she also dishes on her true hair color and her thoughts about plastic surgery.

Walsh, now 44, says that she isn’t a fan of plastic surgery. Walsh said:

“We live in a strange time when getting plastic surgery is as common as dyeing your hair. But in my profession, I need a malleable face. Everyone has her line in the sand. I draw mine at facials and laser treatments…. If others want to go a step further, it’s their call.”

Walsh may be against plastic surgery, but she admits that she’s changed a few things about herself over the years. Walsh may not go under the knife anytime soon, but the famous redhead admits that she was actually born a blonde.

But Walsh says that her natural blonde hair never felt right for her. She always felt inside that she was a true red head. Walsh said:

“I felt like an imposter before. I’m stronger and sassier as a redhead. It’s much more me.”

Walsh’s revealing interview, and photo-shoot, will appear in the next issue of SHAPE which hits shelves on February 27th.

32-year-old Zookeeper actress Rosario Dawson has been doing publicity for the film, and currently graces the cover of fitness magazine Shape in a stunning white bikini.

However, Dawson doesn’t credit an intense cardio workout and steamed fish for her stunning physique. She reveals a refreshingly healthy attitude about health and fitness, and says she believes self-deprivation is worse than gorging on treats:

‘Whether it craves fresh vegetables or foie gras nothing makes me feel better than having something I really enjoy… The stress you put yourself through for having a treat is probably a thousand times worse for you than the sugar you just had.’

It’s not all foie gras and lasagne though, says Dawson. The actress doesn’t even purport to love working out- she just admits it makes her feel better:

“Leslie Bibb, my co-star in Zookeeper, got me into it. After just a couple of weeks, I noticed a physical change, especially in my posture… Now I stand differently, I sit differently. I don’t love working out, but I can honestly say I miss Pilates and how it makes my body feel. And there’s nothing like it when those endorphins kick in.”
