Even though Evans was previously granted a protective ban against Schelske in 2010 which barred him from speaking out about their bitter split – following 13 years of marriage – in 2006, it apparently wasn’t enough.

This September, Mr. Schelske appeared as a guest on Cooper’s daily talk show and claimed he lost custody of their three children together (Avery, 12, Olivia, 8 and Audrey, 7) because Evans accused him of being a “porn-obsessed adulterer.”

A day after his appearance, Evans filed a new restraining order to stop her ex-husband from talking about their divorce proceedings in public and a judge signed the order the same day.

A source close to the situation said that Schelske – who also claimed Evans’ lifestyle is a “party atmosphere” and that she had “encouraged and condoned underage drinking” – plans on taking immediate action in response to the filing.

“This is a violation of his First Amendment rights, and he won’t take it lying down,” the unnamed source told TMZ.

Evans currently lives in Alabama with her new husband Jay Barker and her three kids, as well as his four kids.

“I think you try really hard not to forget who you are and embrace the fact none of us will go through this life without experiencing disappointment, devastation and pain,” Sara Evans said some months back when inquired what suggestion she would give others who are withstanding disputes over divorces and custody. “That shouldn’t change who we are.”

Think that Jessica Simpson overshared as she professed her undying love for Tony Romo? That People interview’s nothing when we look at her most recent concert whoopsie: the Niagra Falls Review reports that her concert at the Avalon unraveled into her talking about being gassy:

“Unlike her tour opener in Wisconsin, where she was booed opening for Sara Evans, this crowd was here only for her. And they paid $70 a ticket for the privilege. Armed with that confidence, Simpson opened up about God, divorce and, um, flatulence. ‘I do pass gas a lot,’ she said. ‘I guarantee it smells like roses.’”

This is the sign of someone who thinks they’re too cute. Erm, not so much.
