Samantha Ronson was pulled over and arrested on Monday morning for driving a vehicle while drunk in San Bernardino County. Ronson was pulled over at 10:31am and police documents show that the 33-year-old DJ had a blood alcohol content over 0.08 percent, the legal limit in California before a DUI is charged.

After bail was posted Ronson was released just before 6 p.m. the same day.

According to reports the DJ “admitted she had consumed alcohol early [that] morning or late last night, and was on her way home [from Las Vegas]” according to an officer. “She went to bed and got up this morning and was on her way home.”

Ronson is the ex-girlfriend of Lindsey Lohan, the couple dated for several years and have been seen hanging out on various occasions since their breakup, Ronson is also a popularly requested DJ who often spins in Las Vegas and other locations around the world.

Samantha Ronson, the ex-girlfriend of Lindsay Lohan took a nasty spill while riding her bike this weekend and she posted a picture of her beat up face with two black eyes and a messed up lip to prove the seriousness of her accident.

Ronson released the photo herself and then tweeted:

“Wear a helmet kids!!!” followed by “Let this be a lesson… if you have a driver’s license you probably don’t need to be on a bmx bike.”

Ronson then told one of her followers:

“You should see what I looked like on Saturday,” and “Just a little uglier than usual. Other than that, Vicodin is handling the rest ”

Ouch! But we’re glad she is okay.

The DJ was ordered to have Cadillac, an English bulldog, outside of the city by January 6, and it has also been given a ‘Dangerous Animal’ tag after it mauled another pooch to death in the hallway outside his owner’s house.

This means if the dog is caught in the streets, parks or any public place, whether on a lead or not, he will be taken away and “humanely destroyed”.

Paperwork about Cadillac handed to Sam, 33, in relation to the charges states, “The guardian/custodian is unwilling or unable to properly train, handle or maintain the animal within the City of West Hollywood.”

This punishment is less than was initially feared by Sam, who thought her animal may be put down straight away for the attack.

Instead, she was ordered to get him out of town, and sent him to stay with relatives on America’s East Coast.

Since the incident, Sam has moved from West Hollywood to the Los Angeles district of Venice, where Cadillac is free to live as long as she buys a $20 licence and keeps up with his paperwork and shots.

After the attack on the Maltese named Tiger, Sam apologised to its owner, her former neighbour.

She said at the time, “I feel incredibly sad and wish I could offer more than condolences, unfortunately there are no words to describe how sorry I am.”

The owner of the attacked dog, Farnouche Kamran brought a $750,000 lawsuit against Samantha for negligence, emotional distress, assault and battery, saying she was injured mentally and physically in the attack.

That’s the rumor going around on all the celebrity gossip blogs this morning after Lindsay was spotted checking in at London’s Heathrow airport with Sam on Monday, wearing a huge diamond ring on her right hand. The pair then proceded to the airport’s first class lounge, holding hands.

After landing in L.A., Lindsay was also potographed letting herself into Sam’s house while the DJ shopped around for a new Porsche.

While in London, Lindsay also wrote the following on her twitter page:

“Leaving London but with my favourite favourite!!!-travel buddy & great news to share!! Maybe…. ”

Lindsay Lohan is over in the UK supposedly to do some sort of photo shoot, but instead has been partying excessively and stalking pining for her ex, Samantha Ronson. But a reporter from The Mirror says Lohan is a complete mess emotionally.

On Saturday night, The Mirror reporter says he ran into Lindsay at a club, sitting at the next table over and her behavior was that of a soon to be mental patient.

I’m used to celebrities getting wasted, making fools of themselves and larking around.

But what I witnessed at London’s Cuckoo nightclub this week was beyond anything I’ve ever seen before.

Step forward fallen movie star Lindsay Lohan who was on the table next to me at the Swallow Street venue.

I watched open-mouthed as Linds sat with her straggly hair all over her face looking strangely detached from the world and mumbled: “I feel so, like, caged. Totally caged.”

Unfortunately, the creepy behaviour continued as Lindsay and her posse visited the bathrooms.

My spy tells me: “She just wouldn’t stop saying she felt caged. She was just not all there and it really was like watching a broken girl in the middle of a complete breakdown.”

“She spent much of the night furiously texting Sam Ronson – and wasn’t best pleased about the texts she was getting.”

“Everyone with her was actually very concerned about her. She seemed like a girl on the brink of self- destruction.”

And there was even more cause for concern when Linds returned from the loo.

My jaw once again dropped as Lindsay – who had a vodka in hand throughout the night – squirmed around as if trying to hide in a ball on the floor.

Maybe this bizarre behaviour has something to do with on/off girlfriend Sam as she’s believed to be the real reason behind Lindsay’s visit to the UK.

Even after two years of going in and out of rehab, it seems like Linds has a long way to go before she’s back on track!

Lindsay Lohan needs help and more help than friends or family can give her. She needs to break out of that routine she’s in and get herself cleaned up or she’s going to end up in some serious trouble.

It looks like Lindsay Lohan and her DJ ‘friend’ Samantha Ronson may be back together again after numerous publicly reported incidents and a very piblic breakup not long ago.

It appears that on the same day Lindsay went on the Ellen DeGeneres Show and talked about her breakup with Samantha, the actress went and reunited with her. At about 1:30pm Thursday afternoon, Lindsay was seen visiting Samantha’s home in the Hollywood Hills area of L.A. She left around 7pm that same day but at about 2am Friday morning, Samantha showed up at Lindsay’s apartment, and didn’t leave until 6am the next morning.

If those times are correct it doesn’t take a rocket scientist to figure out what happened. Lets speculate a bit:

Scenario – In the afternoon there was a long talk, perhaps over a glass or two of wine or vodka, where intimate relationship discussions were had which more than likely resulted in a compromise. Then, phone calls were traded leading up to a 2am meeting to ‘talk’ more… ending up in multiple ‘resolutions’ and ‘compromises’ adding up to 4 hours of blissful reconciliation between two passionate people who realized they simply coulen’t live without each other.

It just keeps getting messier: Charlotte Ronson, sister of Lindsay Lohan’s now ex-girlfriend Samantha Ronson is seeking a restraining order against Lohan.

According to reports, Charlotte approached the LAPD for instructions on seeking the restraining order, and was then directed to the local court.

The escalation to restraining order follows previous reports of violent arguments at Ronson’s home. Lohan was also barred from entering a party held last week for Charlotte which Samantha was deejaying.

In related news, Lohan has taken a break for Twitter, where she had for several days been attacking the Ronson clan. She said in a final tweet that she needed to take a break so she can focus on herself…yeah, sure.

The split between Lindsay Lohan and Samantha Ronson has gotten messy, with Lohan publicly accusing Ronson of cheating on her and taking drugs.

Lohan took to Twitter, writing that “I was right all along. Cheat” and “being cheated on does wonders to you .”

Lohan also confirmed the split, writing to Ronson on Twitter : “look, im doing this publicly because u+ur friends call people mag..so-you win, you broke my heart. now go away. i loved you.”

Ronson’s sister Charlotte was also targeted by Lohan on Twitter, with Lohan mentioning drugs : “”ask ur sister 2 stop yelling profanity plz;;stop doing drugs.”

Lohan was turned away from a party hosted by Samantha for Charlotte Thursday night.

Fresh from news that she’s a wanted woman in Los Angeles, Lindsay Lohan and lover Samantha Ronson are fighting again.

Police were called to Ronson’s house after neighbors called 911 to report a domestic disturbance. Perhaps with Lindsay not wanting to be arrested until Monday, the pair may have fled the scene, as police attending the callout were unable to get anyone to answer the door.

People Magazine reported that Lindsay had a big night before the callout, partying late at the Chateau Marmont and then going to Jack Nicholson’s home. She arrived home around 4:30 a.m. and Ronson at 11:30 a.m. Lindsay Lohan….Jack Nicholson….ok.

Lindsay is due in court Monday.

Thought the Samantha Ronson trip to hospital for “exhausation” was a bit fishy? Well TMZ have come up with the real story, which includes what neighbors describe as an “epic” fight between the pair which included a “nuclear” screaming match.

This follows the news that Ronson and Lohan were seeking couples counseling in November 08 for their issues.

TMZ reports:

Neighbors tell us they were going at it for a long time, but it reached a crescendo at around 4:00 AM after one of them screamed at the other, “You never say you love me.” The screaming continued and neighbors heard a glass break. Sam then screamed, “If you’re gonna break things get out of my house.” One neighbor described the conversation as “wailing, with lots of obscenities.”

So any bets on who reckon never says they love the other? Its all a little dramatic and hormonal isn’t it? Over it. Break up, or shut up.

Troubled bisexual actress Lindsay Lohan has been banned from Facebook for using a fake name.

Lohan was posting to Facebook under the name of Lindsay Ronson, the surname of her girlfriend. Facebook rules stipulate that users must use their own names, and not assumed alias’ or similar.

It would appear that Facebook specifically targeted Lohan as it has done in the past once it became aware of a fake name being used.

Lohan posted details to her Myspace blog, which is currently experiencing technical issues at the time of writing, so here’s the full post about the saga from Lohan:

“Okay, so I love MySpace, because it is secure, and the people at myspace don’t disable your account because they think that you are a fake you.

“Having said that brings me to the subject of my blog … Facebook allows a lot of posers, I thought maybe they would figure out that the posers of me, (and I am sure others on Facebook) were in fact posers by looking into their accounts, or sending emails to the people that they believed to be “posers” which ask questions. what those questions may be … I don’t know.

“Which is why i don’t run an interactive website.

“On that note, this is what happened to me earlier today … I signed onto Facebook with my new password because someone keeps hacking into my account, and when I typed my password and “log in” name in, a red sentence came up saying: ‘Account Disabled – Your account has been disabled by an administrator. If you have any questions or concerns, you can visit our FAQ page here’.”

Lohan continues: “Wow! I was in shock. I clicked on the link that they told me to click on and then to another link that said: my account may of been disabled by mistake. Once I got to that it gave a note saying why it was disabled which stated the note saying that it was disabled because they believe that i was a fake of myself. genius. here I am loving Facebook (as well as MySpace – hehe) but going on Facebook to talk to some of my friends and they are thinking that I AM THE “FAKE” OF MYSELF!!! hahahahahaha …

“At first I laughed, and then I got angry. Angry because, with ALL the people that PRETEND to be me on Facebook, they decide to say I AM THE FAKE – of myself. All I can think is, WHO is running this site? and how can they just “disable” my account without first, sending me a warning notice, or AT LEAST asking me some account verification questions.

“Here they are re-designing the look on the site when they should be setting up a more secure way of allowing people to set up an account. i wasn’t even under my name, I had a fake name on my account because, obviously I didn’t want everyone on Facebook to know it was me.”

Lindsay Lohan has been a bit wild lately, and to top it off, she was facing rumors that her relationship was on the rocks this week. The New York Post reported earlier that the girls are going into couples therapy and that “‘They fight every day, screaming, crying and yelling at each other.’” Lindsay was a drama magnet and Sam couldn’t take it anymore, which sounded plausible until OK! revealed a friend’s take on the deal.

OK! reported yesterday that Linds and Sam are planning on hanging out with Samantha’s family for an extended holiday break, and things are going well. In fact, one of their friends supposedly said that “As long as everyone’s together, it doesn’t matter where they go.” Hmmm, who to believe?

On today’s “Tyra Banks Show,” the “Girls Gone Wild” czar calls Lindsay Lohan’s deejay girlfriend “very jealous. Samantha tried to start a fight with me. I care about Lindsay – she’s not gay. She’s being controlled by this . . . wretched woman, this Samantha.”

Samantha hit back after the New York Post told her what Joe said (love it!), saying “I think he’s one of the more disgusting human beings in the world because of what he does . . .
