Pamela Anderson Settles Lawsuits With Las Vegas Real Estate Mogul Laurence Hallier

Baywatch babe Pamela Anderson has settled her Las Vegas real estate lawsuit out of court. Last year Anderson was sued by real estate mogul Laurence Hallier for $25 million after he claimed she bailed on promised appearances during a set of massive condo sales events.

According to Hallier in a lawsuit filed last June the starlet promised to promote the sale of several condominiums in the new Panorama Towers (pictured above) but failed to make many personal appearance as agreed upon.

Hallier in his court filing claims that Anderson’s no show at various appearance cost him millions of dollars in lost condo sales.

In exchange for her services Pamela Anderson was set to receive a free condo, however after she breached her contract Hallier backed out of that promise and Pamela Andserson turned around to sue the real estate mogul for $1 million.

This week both parties agreed to go their separate ways after reaching an out of court settlement regarding both lawsuits.

Perhaps the next time he makes a deal to show off his condo’s Hallier will find someone a bit less flaky then a former actress who’s main job was running around in a too tight bathing suit, not that we’re complaining.

The terms of the settlement are confidential.

The site’s “100 Hottest Women of All Time” list is up, and the winner may surprise you. What also may surprise you are the women who came in from numbers two through five- Raquel Welch as runner-up, trailed by Marilyn Monroe at number three, Britney Spears at four and in a distant fifth place, Madonna. Angelina Jolie? She ranked at 10th, after Ursula Andress at six, classic pin-up Bettie Page at 7, Pamela Anderson at 8 and Jane Fonda in 9th place.

Among all those celebs, modern and classic, Jennifer Aniston may seem like an odd choice to supplant legends like Marilyn Monroe and Bettie Page. But MensHealth.com explains that Aniston’s all-around appeal helped catapult her to the tippity-top of the hotties list:

“Funny is sexy, and Jennifer Aniston is funny. Her down-to-earth persona makes her seem attainable… And her all-too-human love life off screen inspires sympathy that not even a string of bland romantic comedies can diminish. And perhaps modesty? When quizzed by the site about her picks for hottest women of all time, Aniston didn’t vote for herself. She also cited multiple-category dominance, picking a thinking woman’s hero:

“It’s a tie between Bridgitte Bardot and Gloria Steinem… But if I had to choose one, I’d say Gloria because, well, she’s the full package. That’s sexy.”

Pamela Anderson to Play Virgin Mary on Canadian Christmas Special

If you didn’t have a visual representation in your mind of the word “sacrilegious,” perhaps you will now.

That’s because Canadian network CTV has cast Pamela Anderson in the role of the Virgin Mary for the upcoming A Russell Peters Christmas Special. Anderson is probably best known for her turn in Baywatch, but also gained significant notoriety for a well-distributed sex tape starring the actress and ex Tommy Lee frolicking in all sorts of compromising positions. Anderson also was heavily featured in Playboy throughout the 90′s, achieving massive topless stardom even before the advent of the internet.

A few years back, Anderson was roasted on Comedy Central’s A Roast of Pamela Anderson, resulting in some of the raunchiest roast-related comedy to be seen on the network. Courtney Love, Greg Giraldo, Anna Nicole Smith, Tommy Lee, Sarah Silverman and Andy Dick were all present at the roast- which was hosted by Jimmy Kimmel- to poke fun at Anderson’s career, life choices, alleged promiscuity, breasts, literacy advocacy and marriages in order to raise money for animal rescue charities.

The Hollywood Reporter describes some of the action on the show in which Pamela Anderson will play the Virgin Mary.

A Russell Peters Christmas Special will also star Michael Bublé, Ted Lange (The Love Boat), Saturday Night Live alumnus Jon Lovitz and Scott Thompson (The Kids in the Hall)… The Canadian show will feature a mix of stand-up and sketch comedy, stop-motion animation and musical performances… A Russell Peters Christmas Special is produced by Round 2 It Entertainment, Peters’ production shingle, CPI Pictures and Insight Productions.

The special airs December 1st.

When you think of Pam Anderson, you probably think of “Baywatch,” breast implants, Playboy, PETA, “Home Improvement,” or celebrity sex tapes. One thing that probably doesn’t come to mind is the Virgin Mary. But that could change this Christmas when Pamela steps into the role she was born to play. Yep, the Baywatch beauty will be playing the Virgin Mary in an upcoming Christmas special.

Pam Anderson will step into the holy shoes of the Virgin Mary for a comedy sketch in “A Russell Peters Christmas.”

The show, which will be hosted by comedian Russel Peters, will also star Jon Lovitz, Michael Buble, and Ted Lange, a.k.a. Isaac from “The Love Boat.” ”A Russell Peters Christmas” promises to deliver “an irreverent twist on the Christmas special making it unlike anything viewers have seen before.”

The Indo-Canadian comedian may not be a household name in America but he’s pretty popular up north. Here’s a clip from one of his stand-up specials.

And in case you forgot about Pam Anderson’s acting talents, here’s a little reminder.

According to The Comedy Network website, Russell Peters will be “paying tribute to the holidays with a mix of stand-up, sketch, stop-motion animation, and musical performances.” “A Russell Peters Christmas” will premiere on Saturday, Dec. 10 at 10 p.m. ET/PT.

First, let us have a moment of silence for the careers of those who must take second billing behind a woman whose only claim to fame comes from having a silly amount of kids, a name that rhymes with “eight,” and a douchey ex-husband.

Although it won’t be officially announced until tonight’s season finale of The Bachelor, rumors are flying around the web about the new lineup for Dancing With The Stars. Athletes and former celebrities being bandied about as “stars” on the upcoming roster are:

Kevin Federline, who is known mainly as Britney Spears’ baby daddy;
Jennifer Gray, of Dirty Dancing and botched nose job fame;
Chad Ochocinco, who plays baseball or something;
John Stamos, who actually was once in a Beach Boys video;
The chick who played Topanga on Boy Meets World;

Regarding Kate Gosselin’s appearance on DWTS, RadarOnline quoted a source who says the former Mrs. Jon Gosselin is only going on the show because she needs cash money:

“Kate’s the kind of woman who will do whatever is necessary for her children,” one source said. “It’s great for her to be on the show, but she did it ONLY in a way that benefits her family.”

The official lineup is expected to be announced just before 9pm tonight on ABC.

Pamela Anderson may be already fairly considered trailer trash by many, but to really be trailer trash you have to meet one particular criteria: you have to live in a trailer.

Guess where Anderson now lives? According to Courtney Love (someone who’d know about trailer trash), plastic tits Pammy lives in a trailer park. “Pam Anderson doesn’t even have a credit card. And she lives in Paradise Cove — which is in Malibu, but it’s a trailer park in Malibu” Love tweeted.

Now admittedly this isn’t an average trailer park: a trailer in the park costs over $300,000, and homes in the same facility over $1 million, but it’s a trailer park none the less. It’s also said to be right on the beach at Malibu, so Pammy can we create her glory days on Baywatch. Very classy

I am against the mistreatment of any animal for any reason as the next person. Especially when it comes to these roadside petting zoos that have become homes to many apes and chimps in Florida. I can also appreciate the fact that famous people – and semi famous – are trying to lend their name power to get things like this changed. However the idea of Pamela Anderson dressed up in a lettuce leaf bikini isn’t exactly what I would call anything more than an attention getting move for her and PETA.

One would think that the words of Betsy Stewart would be enough to see this type of animal treatment done away with

Chimps that live in the tourist attractions often are confined in very small spaces, with no interaction between them. Betsy Swart wrote an article titled Chimp Farm, after visiting a chimp ‘zoo’, ”They live in the most barren and squalid conditions imaginable. They have nothing to play with — except perhaps their own faeces. ”

Former Baywatch babe and lead consumer of Chinese plastic goods Pamela Anderson was out and about over the weekend, and we can still hear the children she scared screaming.

The still buxom Anderson looks like a crack whore dragon, or maybe just Whitney Houston (but white) in the shots above and below.

We’d normally crack a botox gone wrong joke at this stage, but this isn’t the result of botox, it’s more like she’s melting. She was rumored to be dating Michael Jackson a while back….maybe freaky looking is now a contagious disease. One thing I will say though: if this is what you end up looking like when you don’t eat KFC, I’m off to buy myself a tub of the Colonel’s Finest.

Not safe for small children, pregnant women, or people with a weak constitution.

Pamela Anderson: American for 5 minutes but lots of advice for Obama

Pamela Anderson may only have been an American for approximately 5 minutes, but she already has plenty of advice about how president elect Obama should fix America. In fact she felt so strongly she wrote Barack Obama an open letter on her site.

She obviosuly wrote this helpful advice herself as its full of weird punctuation, funky sentences and she has never heard of an enter key.

Firstly she wanted Obama to read a couple of books. One of them is The Shock Doctrine by Naomi Klein which is essentially a rant about capitalism and “orthodox economic theory”. This is a bit hypocritical from someone who makes tens of millions from “acting” and endorsements.

So howe lse would Pammy fix America? By promoting vegetarianism (which will end world hunger), and legalizing marijuana.

She also had some helpful advice about child molesters and child pornography:

Government must Castrate every molester-or potential molester- error on the safe side- if any child pornography is found in anyone’s possession-or anyone creating such atrocities-or if any child Is brave enough to come forward (at any young age to bring attention to a potential molester- listen) they need to be taken very seriously and see that justice is served-The abuse is way worse than any trial could be- our children need more protection and justice seen. It needs to be PREVENTED not just punished.

Pamela Anderson Gets 100% American

Pamela Anderson might be Canadian-born, but she’s taking this year’s naturalized U.S. citizenship and running with it. Word has it that she’s planning on launching products that fit her PETA-friendly, American-loving lifestyle: they’re “100 percent natural, green, conflict free, [and] cruelty free.”

Pamela made a comment that surprised nobody that “the hardest part and the most expensive part has been trying to keep things made in America [...] people have even refused to work with me because of this.”

It’s cool that she’s doing her best to make it happen. It might be costly to keep things American-made, but she’ll recoup and more if she ends up in one of her default poses to grab attention (NSFW).

Pamela Anderson and her old on-off flame Tommy Lee have decided to go for it yet again. . . wow, I wonder if things will work out this time? According to a Rolling Stone exclusive, Tommy admitted that “Pamela and the kids have moved in with me. It’s awesome, man. It’s definitely working. You can tell on the kids’ faces — they’re happy when we’re together.”

Has the tug-of-war ended? Since even Tommy Lee admitted that they’ve “given it a try 800 times,” I highly doubt it. But for the children’s sake. . . let’s cross our fingers. They probably have had enough trouble at school because of mommy and daddy already.
