Ozzy Osbourne and Black Sabbath are reuniting to record their first album in thirty three years. The band, Ozzy Osbourne, Tony Iommi, Geezer Butler and Bill Ward, announced today that they will reunite for a 2012 tour, and will record an album with producer Rick Rubin.

Iommi said:

“It’s now or never. We are getting along great. Everything’s really good. It’s like putting on an old glove. It’s fantastic.”

The band made the announcement at the Whiskey A-Go-Go, where according to Billboard, Black Sabbath played its first show in Los Angeles 41 years ago.

The new album isn’t finished yet, but Ozzy said that the band is already getting together to record songs. Ozzy said: “This time, for some magical reason, we have written about seven or eight songs.”

The original Black Sabbath lineup first came together in 1968. The iconic metal band has sold more than 15 million albums. Black Sabath has had more than 20 songs on the Billboard 200.

Reuters reports that Black Sabbath released their last studio album of original material in 1978 with “Never Say Die.”

After a successful solo career, Ozzy rejoined the band in 1997 and toured with Black Sabbath on-and-off until 2006. Since “Never Say Never,” the band has only produced two new songs which were used on a 1998 live album.

Jack Osbourne is going to be a dad. Jack, the son of the Prince of Darkness, and his fiance Lisa Stelly are expecting their first child together.

Jack told Piers Morgan on CNN:

“My life is absolutely insane right now… I guess technically I do have something to tell you. I’m about to be a father… I’m excited. I’m a little nervous, but I’m excited. It’s going to be fun.”

And in case you were wondering, there won’t be a “Growing Up Osbourne” reality show. Jack made that clear to Morgan last night, saying:

“No, I’m not going to do a reality show.”

Jack Osbourne’s baby announcement comes just a few weeks after news broke that he had proposed to Stelly.

Stelly tweeted:

“The most amazing man I’ve ever met asked me to marry him… and he wasn’t joking! Crazy, right  ”

Jack’s parents, Ozzy Osbourne and Sharron, also talked with Piers about the new baby.

Sharron said:

“I’m happy because it’s what Jack wants, so I’m happy. And I’ve always wanted to be a grandma, so it couldn’t be better.”

Ozzy said:

“I’m in Shock. I think its fabulous.”

The LA Times reports that Jack’s sister Kelly was also thrilled to become an aunt. Kelly tweeted to her followers:

“been waiting 2 say this for so long im the happiest girl in the world im going to be an auntie!”

Years of rumors, let downs and hope have turned into a possible celebration for Black Sabbath fans after comments from a June discussion with guitarist Tony Iommi were revealed Tuesday, those comments reveal that the group is getting back together, recording a new album and ultimately touring.

Speaking with the Birmingham Mail Tony said:

“We’re really looking forward to it and I think the stuff we’ve been writing is really good,’’ while adding,  ”It’s all been very hush-hush. Ozzy’s been the worst at trying to hold it back. He’s doing a lot of TV and he’s being asked stuff about a reunion and he’s going ‘Well, I never say never.’”

Iommi did say on Tuesday that those quotes are from June and that he was merely “speculating” and “shooting the breeze” however he never denied during his most recent statement that what he said was true.

The announcement of a Black Sabbath reunion comes just six months after bassist Geezer Butler released his own statement in which he wrote:

“I would like to make it clear, because of mounting speculation and rumours, that there will be definitely no reunion of all four original members of Black Sabbath,” while adding, ”Whether to record an album or to tour.”

The last time Ozzy toured with the band was in 2005, while the last Sabbath album was Never Say Die which was released in 1978.

In 2001 super producer Rick Rubin tried to work with the group but those sessions fell apart and Ozzy Osbourne decided to focus on his successful solo career.

Come on Black Sabbath, what do you possibly have to lose by working together and giving fans what they’ve been waiting for since 1978.

The company rolled out their newest offering during the Super Bowl in a commercial that featured both Ozzy Osbourne and Justin Bieber. Reportedly the teen superstar received a million dollars for very little involvement in the 30 second Super Bowl ad spot.

The new program may entice some buyers to purchase the buy back option, however the aggressive depreciation values being offered by Best Buy on a year to year basis means customers can probably get a better deal selling their wares on eBay or Craigslist, paying far less in fees while receiving higher returns on their devices.

Ozzie Osbourne, AKA Prince of Darkness has done an ad for World of War Craft.

Not sure if WOW will get full value from Ozzie given that he is barely coherent.  Thank goodness for the captions! And now that they mention it, he doesn kinda look like the Prince of Darkness.
