Popular online video celebrity Ze Frank is back, staring in the pilot episode of a new web series being considered by NBC Universal.

Google and NBC Universal have signed a deal that will see Google sell advertisements on some of NBC’s cable channels including MSNBC, Oxygen and the Sci Fi network.
