According to TMZ, the three nannies and two friends looking after Nadya Suleman’s children (Octomom’s parents have not been asked to assist their daughter with childcare duties) are finding it “WAY easier to do their jobs now that Octo’s gone.”

One of the children’s babysitters reportedly told the site that Suleman has been calling home twice a day from rehab, each time with specific instructions on how each child should be cared for.

While saying such advice has been helpful, the nanny adds that Octomom’s rehab break has made the house a calmer place, with nobody “constantly barking orders” in the home. The spirit of the kids has improved, insists TMZ‘s mole.

Various reports on Monday indicated that Suleman plans to spend 30 days in rehab, in a bid to treat her addiction to Xanax, a prescription drug given to the celebrity mom to help her cope with the stresses of her daily life. She is checked in at the Chapman House Drug Rehabilitation Center in Southern California.

Octomom’s rehab regime will allow her to visit her children for the first time this coming Saturday, with Suleman excited and emotional about the chance to reunite with the kids. “She’s been crying a lot,” the nanny told the site.

Reports indicate that Suleman will spend about a month seeking treatment for Xanax addiction at the Chapman House Drug Rehabilitation Center in Southern California. The prescription drug was given to the celebrity mom in order to deal with the stresses of her daily life.

As for her children, TMZ reports that all 14 of her offspring will be looked after by three nannies and two friends. Suleman’s parents have not been asked to assist their daughter with childcare duties.

“Nadya wanted to get off the Xanax she was prescribed by her doctor and learn to deal with her stress, exhaustion and anxiety with professional help with a team of doctors. Nadya wanted to deal with her issues and make sure she is the best mother she can be,” the Octomom’s representative explained.

It’s also being reported that, while Suleman can pay for her treatment thanks to the surprising success of her recent porn career, the rehab facility offered to treat the mother of 14 for free.

Nadya Suleman’s trip to rehab is the latest chunk of controversy to land in the middle of her hectic and storied life in recent weeks. Towards the beginning of October, the Octomom decided to address several allegations of child abuse levied against her by a few nannies.

“None of the allegations are true. This is a woman who became obsessed with the children and contacted me to help her write a book. Her and the other women claiming to be a nanny also are good friends with each other and are trying to make money,” she explained to Radar Online.

Nadya Suleman’s last house was reported to be a bit messy, but the mom of 14 (including her famous octuplets) has moved yet again, showing off her new digs on the internet for all to see.

Nadya Suleman’s new house is one of many she’s lived in since the controversial arrival of the octuplets brought her brood to more than a dozen. In the beginning, Suleman leaned on her parents for housing despite her habit of adding to her massive brood with expensive fertility treatments.

Suleman was raked over the coals on the internet recently for the squalor in which she has allegedly lived, but her new house in California is huge and renovated, offering a pleasant space for her 14 kids to run around in and hopefully not destroy. (Those of us with one or two kids know the destruction a single small child can visit upon a house, and the carnage that fourteen of them could create defies imagining.)

Octo did a video tour of the home for RumorFix and shows off the spacious home, which appears immaculate and quiet. As you may recall, Nadya Suleman’s hairdresser secretly snapped pics of her last place, showing a bit of chaos including walls covered in scribbles.

Suleman gushes in the clip about the bunk beds she’s purchased to eliminate mattresses on the floor:

“No more mattresses on the floor. All the boys, six boys of the eight have their own beds — bunk beds … I’ve chosen to keep the plastic on in case of an accident. I’ve potty-trained all of them before three.”

Nadya also admits she’s banned crayons and markers from the new place.

Octomom has a new house, and while the mom of 14 has been plagued for most of her octuplets’ lives by an insecure housing situation, her foray into porn is now paying the bills.

Octomom’s new house is the house that porn … well, rented, at least, and while the business model isn’t sustainable, it will keep a roof over Nadya Suleman and her 14 kids’ heads for the foreseeable future.

Octomom’s new house comes after the mom of multiples has lived in at least two homes facing foreclosure — one belonging to her parents, who fell behind on bills after they were forced to pick up the slack when she began bringing home babies by the dozen. Octomom then lived elsewhere, but also found it hard to feed, clothe, educate and care for 14 children while also providing for all their needs, and paying the mortgage.

It seems that while you or I would exercise caution with 14 kids, Suleman is content in a large payday, enough so to rent a home that is fully loaded with fancy features.

A rep for Octomom describes her new house in Palmdale, California, saying:

“Nadya has leased a home in Palmdale … The home has five bedrooms and three full bathrooms as well as a 14,000-square-foot backyard that features a gated pool and spa and basketball court.”

The rep adds:

“She has covered many months in advance, and she is doing well now. She has been earning and doing well from several endorsements, appearances, taking calls from fans on DialAStar.com and her video. Her single ‘Sexy Party’ comes out Tuesday on iTunes.”

Octomom Nadya Suleman can be excused if she isn’t up on all the current events, but a revelation that she doesn’t even know one of the candidates running for president is still a bit of a surprise.

As The Huffington Post reported, when Octomom was asked her opinion of Republican candidate Mitt Romney, her answer was, “Who?”

“No, I have no idea, I’m so sorry. I live in a village of little kids,” Octomom said. “I don’t care if people make fun of me. I make fun of me. My kids make fun of me. I learned to let go years ago.”

Octomom went on to explain that it’s not just politics, but almost all areas of current events that she’s behind on:

“I live in a different land. I live in Nadya land. I’m telling you, I’m not kidding you. I’m not normal. I don’t know what’s going on in the world. If you told me someone won the presidency tomorrow I would be like, ‘what!’ I so apologize for this answer, but I have no clue who is running against the president. I have not watched TV in 12 years.”

At the very least Octomom should be caught up on the world of pop music. She is set to release the first single from her debut album on iTunes on September 18. The album has already gotten a bit of buzz, mainly because of the racy album cover, OC Weekly reported.

Octomom said people will be pleasantly surprised with her musical efforts.

“I love music. My children love dancing to music,” Octomom said. “We do it every day — it’s our medicine. I couldn’t live without music and the sad part is, we don’t even have a working radio in the house.”

TMZ reports that they were the first to announce Octomom’s decision to go on welfare in March, and they are also claiming an exclusive on the news that Suleman was able to rake in more than enough cash to support her and her 14 kids. Thanks to her XXX gigs, Suleman has raked in a 6-figure salary.

Despite making a killer profit, supporting her children with her adventures into the adult entertainment industry, The Examiner’s Roz Zurko writes:

“Since Octomom’s the only provider for 14 kids, even if Octomom becomes a spend thrift, this money can go quick. Will she need to return to the adult entertainment industry to continue being self-sufficient financially? Will she find work again taking it all off since the novelty of Octomom is bound to wear off?”

E! Online also claims an exclusive regarding Nadya Suleman’s decision to go off welfare, and notes that Suleman told them:

“I am so grateful for all the amazing opportunities that have come my way and I am finally in a stable situation. I will keep working as much as I can to take care of my children.”

Octomom’s rep also noted that the mom of 14′s stripping days are over, although she is now planning a singing career. Her rep confirmed her decision to go off welfare, saying:

“Yes, Nadya has been off welfare for a month now. Nadya’s financial situation has changed dramatically in the past few months and between her endorsements, movie and appearances she is financially stable for the first time. She will not be doing anymore stripping appearances as she only did it to promote the release of her DVD.”

Nadya Suleman’s rep went on to say that:

“Nadya has several adult-bookstore appearances scheduled to promote her movie Octomom Home Alone. She also has her new single set to release in August, ‘Get On The Dance Floor,’ and she will be performing her single in clubs.”
