Lily Allen’s new video “The Fear” (also known as “I Don’t Know”) has been released, and since her sophomore album It’s Not Me, It’s You has been delayed so many times over, I thought I’d get it out there for us to enjoy. She looks/sounds good, so it seems to be worth the wait, although the song itself is a holiday spirit killer.

Lily also announced her 2009 concert dates, which will kick off in London at sold-out venue Koko at the end of January and will finish up in Western Europe in May. You can get all the dates, which were recently announced by Lily on BBC Radio One, here on Lily’s MySpace.

Britney Spears is crying out for help but is still making hits, so her personal life and emotional status will be put on the back burner for a while. Well, at least until Britney: For the Record comes out on November 30th and we get the full scoop! I’m looking forward to it, but in a grim sort of way: the last disturbing development in Britney’s world was her admission that “[Her children] are starting to learn words like ’stupid,’ and Preston says the F-word now sometimes” but that “He must get it from his daddy.” Imagine what 90 minutes of Brit will be like! *Shivers!*

Until then, tell me why Britney could almost pass for Madonna here, because I think it’s the hair, but I’m not 100% sure.
