You would think that with his daughter in and out of prison and making horrible life choice that Michael Lohan would quickly dump his on-again/off-again girlfriend Kate Major but apparently he keeps holding on, even as she faces another battery charge in Boca Raton, Florida.

Major was arrested early Sunday morning and was also charged with resisting arrest

Kate was booked at 3:10 AM and charged with battery, battery against an officer, EMT, or firefighter, and resisting an officer with violence.

At this time it’s still not clear if Michael Lohan was involved in this most recent attack. There is currently a permanent restraining order barring Michael from coming near Kate.

You might recall that Kate Major was kicked off a plane in November and arrested for misdemeanor battery after she began fighting with another passenger aboard that plane.

No charges were filed in the plane dispute  and things were looking up for Kate after she checked out of rehab just last week.

Do you think Michael Lohan needs to drop Kate Major out of his life completely so he doesn’t have two “Lindsay Lohans” to deal with in his life? After all nobody deserves two Lindsay Lohans in their life.

Lohan family, you are having the worst week ever.

First Lindsay got in a bit of hot water for her continual blow-offs of judicial orders and refusal to comply, and now dad Michael Lohan has been arrested in Florida for allegedly beating his girlfriend. To truly elevate the situation to train wreck level, said girlfriend is former Star writer Kate Major, who herself became the trashy story when she took up with other celebrity single dad Jon Gosselin for some high-profile dating hijinks not too long ago.

The arrest occurred in Tampa, and came about after a falling out between Lohan and Major about a restraining order. (Although conflicting stories in the press say Lohan demanded sexual concessions and became violent when he was denied them.) Local news reports:

Lohan, 51, had been trying to persuade his girlfriend, former Star magazine reporter Kate Major, to drop a restraining order from Sarasota County when the two began to argue, according to an arrest affidavit.

Lohan then punched her, smashed her cell phone, grabbed her by the arm and threatened to throw her from their fourth-floor balcony, police said.

Upon being arrested, Lohan immediately complained of chest pain (a complaint he registered during a previous arrest) and was transported to a local hospital. From there, Lohan attempted to leave but was apprehended by police- Lohan claimed he believed he had clearance to leave the hospital. It was reported that the injunction against Lohan was removed for unknown reasons, but that police say Major plans to have the order of protection reinstated following the events that led to Lohan’s arrest.

In March, Lohan was arrested for similar charges in California.

Lindsay Lohan’s little sis Ali Lohan alarmed paparazzi and readers when snaps taken of the teen out and about in Beverly Hills revealed what one doctor said may be signs of a dangerous eating disorder.

The younger Lohan “recently signed a modeling contract,” and the trade often relies on women maintaining dangerously thin weights to secure work or continue working. RadarOnline consulted a doctor and medical journal editor about the alarming pictures, and while the snaps were far away, the doc says he spotted the telltale signs of an eating disorder.

Dr. Majid Ali has not treated the aspiring model, but he was able to pinpoint a few factors that could indicate an unhealthy relationship to food. Ali suggests that Ali Lohan is already exhibiting signs of starvation:

“She is very underweight. By looking at her cheekbones you can tell she has muscle wasting going on… I’m unsure how she is losing weight but she has the look of someone who may binge and purge plus calorie restrict.”

Ali, however, didn’t hesitate to say the teen was definitely too thin for her height, and he pointed out the dangers inherent when symptoms such as the ones Lohan appears to be afflicted with manifest:

“When that happens, the body looks for calories by feeding on itself. Muscle is the first to go then fats, hence the loss of bust size and the curves. At her height, I’d put her under 100lbs, maybe 95ish, and that’s way, way too thin.”

The gossip site also speculated that Lohan had undergone injections in her face, a claim Next Model Agency in Los Angeles denies. Estranged dad Michael Lohan spoke to RadarOnline about the pictures of his daughter and said that while Ali has always “been thin,” the changes appear to be “drastic” and “concerning.”

Michael Lohan, father of troubled actress Lindsay Lohan is taking the experience of rehab to open waters with plans to launch a rehab center aboard a yacht.

Lohan’s rehab center was tested last week in Florida, using a 130-foot, three-level yacht as the center’s home with two dozen people. If all goes well Michael will be turning his experiment into a reality TV show.

During the boat’s test run a camera crew was on-board to test the premise of the show which will need to be pitched to networks before it becomes a reality.

Also along for the maiden voyage of the floating rehab center was Lohan’s girlfriend Kim Granatell of Real Housewives of New Jersey fame who took some time with Michael to jump into open waters alongside Lohan.

Here’s a fun weird story for your Sunday evening. Lindsay Lohan was reportedly hiding in a closet at her Venice, California apartment today.

The game of hide and seek began when Lindsay’s father Michael Lohan showed up at her apartment unannounced.

On-Lookers says Michael attempted to peek in the back windows at Lohan’s apartment and then began to bang on those same windows while screaming Lindsay’s name.

Police were not called and Michael finally left the complex, however it’s still unclear why he was there or why Lindsay didn’t call authorities.

Poor MiLo, he really needs to go and make some friends.

If you read the tabloids, it’s common knowledge that John and Kate plus 8 super-dad, John Gosselin has been hanging in the Hamptons with Lindsay Lohan’s dad, Michael Lohan. They seem to be best buds, but they have also been working on an idea for their own reality TV show that will center around the trials and tribulations of being divorced dads.

Page Six reports:

“JON & Kate Plus 8? womanizer Jon Gosselin is shopping a new show based on being a single dad, sources said. The Gosselins have earned as much as $75,000 per episode with “Jon & Kate,” but insiders said most of the money goes toward the kids, and that Jon is hard up for cash. “He’s looking for endorsement deals to get that extra money,” one source said. Hollywood broker Mike Heller is trying to help Gosselin. Fame-mad Michael Lohan introduced Heller to Gosselin (Heller used to broker deals for Lindsay Lohan), and told us he helped brainstorm a new show, “Divorced Dads Club.” But our insider insists, “Michael will not be involved,” adding, “Jon has been approached to do various reality shows, but due to his contract with TLC, he can’t begin to think about doing anything right now.” Reps for both TLC and Gosselin declined to comment.”

So Jon Gosselin, the same dude who pays about $5,000 a month rent on a swanky New York apartment, jets around the world for expensive vacations with hot young skanks and was recently seen in NY buying a pair of $1,000 shoes… is hurting for cash?

We hope he does get some work soon, because helping to support 8 kids and keep up his current lifestyle ain’t gonna be cheap.

I might hate Lindsay’s horrid leggings, but I don’t hate the fact that she’s giving away all her sales proceeds to charity. It’s even forgivable that she managed to sneak a pair into her recent photoshoot with Elle and get all vampy in them.

If only brand 6126 had just skipped the knee pads and promoted the charitable side of things, perhaps we wouldn’t have been so shocked when they sold out this summer.

It looks like the Lohan feud machine is going to stop chugging along quite so smoothly now that Lindsay Lohan’s paternal grandfather has passed away from colon cancer.

It’s a severe understatement to say that this has been a bad week for the Lohans, but Michael somehow found time to talk to the press, telling OK! that “My father just, literally, died in my arms. I notified all my kids and my lawyer notified Dina’s attorney. Let’s see if she has the decency and respect to bring my kids to the wake and funeral.”

But then (of course) Michael threw in a zinger, stating that “THIS will show [Dina's] true colors! Thus, not even a call. But that’s par for the course with Dina! She didn’t even send a card or visit when he was sick.”

What’s disturbing is that Michael’s still taking time out of the ol’ sched to talk to the press about his father passing away. Who’s “In Control” now?

Wow. I’ve started to feel like I’m in the Lohan’s living room witnessing the. biggest. fight. ever.: thankfully, I don’t have to be anywhere near Michael Lohan to get the gossip. That’s good, since he sounds one step away from crazy while dealing with Lindsay and Sam’s most recent retaliations.

While the first paragraph below is a must-read, I’ll give you a short synopsis of Michael’s charming response: Dina’s a “two-face,” Lindsay doesn’t make any money now, and everyone’s “out of control” except him (because he goes to church and helps people, you know):

“‘Who’s out of control? Whose life is out of control? Give me a break. Going from place to place, being dragged around by Samantha so she can make more money off of Lindsay being there when she spins … She’s gone from making $7 million to less than a million a movie. Who’s out of control? I go to church. I go and help people in rehab. That’s control. How can she say I’m out of control?

I want Lindsay to be in a good place. When I started looking at what Samantha was doing, dragging Lindsay to clubs, drinking around Lindsay … Samantha is one of the biggest problems in her life. That’s what Dina told me. I’m reacting on what Dina said, but then Dina steps out of the picture because she wants to look like the good guy.

Dina’s a two-face. She wants to try to look good and stay on Lindsay’s good side instead of being a good parent. I don’t give two hoots about my relationship with Lindsay as a friend. One day she’s going to turn around to me and tell me, ‘Daddy, you were right.’

If they’re going to say I’m lying, I’m out of control, I’m going to show that they’re lying and they’re out of control.’”

Let’s play a game. How many times does Michael Lohan say “control” in that first paragraph, and does that really signal that someone’s got it together when they do that?

In another daring attempt to get us to care about what he’s doing, Michael Lohan has announced plans to spar with Kevin Federline in an OK! Exclusive.

I’m glad to report that Kevin wasn’t his first choice, but Richard Johnson of Page Six. Is anyone surprised that Richard promptly refused? Michael commented to OK! that he didn’t actually care who is was, which must have been totally flattering to Kevin Federline. Michael continued by saying that “Everyone wants me to fight K-fed because he’s a notorious celebrity dad and so am I.”

It’s not about who will win, but who will fight dirtier, for sure. To Michael’s credit, he will be helping people, with donations going to Long Island’s Fight for Charity.

I still feel sorta bad for Lindsay Lohan, though. As if her life wasn’t complicated enough.

Apparently LiLo has already been flirting with guys, and cracks are seem to be appearing in the relationship. On August 5 at the Delano Hotel’s Florida Room, Lindsay, 22, cozied up to other men whenever Sam left her side. ‘Lindsay was laughing and giggling with these guys,’ an eyewitness tells OK!.

Naturally Michael Lohan had his own say on it, stating that “The situation is between them.” Yeah. Yet somehow he’s still bothering to comment on it at all?

Lindsay Lohan is a magnet for drama, and I totally blame her dad for stirring the pot when she’s finally getting boring (in a good way).

According to reports, our favorite drama girl was clipped by a motorbike and had to make a stop off at Beth Israel in New York, and her father confirmed it to the NY Post by saying that she was hit “outside a club on 32nd Street” and that “She’s not hurt. That’s all I really care about.”

Oddly enough, Lindsay’s rep has denied the accident, saying “I spoke to Lindsay and she said nothing happened.”

If she had been wearing her kneepads, she could have been protected from some bumps and bruises. Maybe they are more useful than we had thought. . .

Michael Lohan loves to blab, and I pretty much ignore him. However, in this case, I’m going to pay more attention to Mr. Lohan in the next week or so. . . since he has revealed that he had a child by another woman after his separation from Dina (but while he was still married, mind you)!

Why didn’t he dump this on us sooner when he was yammering on to all the tabloids about I-don’t-even-know-what? This is dirt, and I like it:

“Years later [the woman] contacted me, convincing me that I was the only person she was with and that she had my child.”

It does sound a little bit creepy when Michael starts talking about how much his daughter looks like Lindsay, but we’ll soon see for ourselves, since OK! will be publishing the photos next week. This is probably the first and only time that I’ll be intrigued by the Lohans.
