Megan Fox has been doing a few commercials lately. She joined Billy Crystal in an a preview for the Academy Awards and now the ”Transformers” star is on a foreign commercial for the Brazilian foreign-language school CCAA.

And if you’re a Megan Fox fan you’ll be happy to know that the commercial features dozens of Megan Foxes on a remote desert island.

Yahoo TV reports that Fox isn’t the first Hollywood star to appear in a foreign commercial. Hollywood heavyweights like Leonardo DiCaprio and Jennifer Aniston have also done a few ads over seas.

Ok, maybe not, but those were the actors chosen to star in the trailer for the upcoming 84th Annual Academy Awards.

“We wanted to try something a little bit different this year instead of a traditional, clip-based piece,” says academy chief marketing officer Christina Kounelias in a statement. “The trailer has a fun twist that conveys how excited everyone is to have Billy back.”

In a video produced with Will Ferrell’s Funny or Die, former Transformers co-stars Duhamel and Fox are assigned on a quest to find the missing “host” (Billy Crystal).

Their hunt takes them to the far off corners of Mongolia where the elusive Oscars host pretends to be living in a cave.

The Oscars trailer also features William Fichtner, “Snatch” actor Vinnie Jones, who initially points the duo on their way to finding the missing Hollywood legend, a shaggy, bearded Robin Williams, and at the end of it, a frizzled, long-haired Crystal.

“You could have just texted,” Crystal quips to Fox and Duhamel after the pair finally find him.

The Academy Awards, hosted by Billy Crystal, will air on Sunday, February 26 on ABC.

Megan Fox has appeared in some of the biggest movies of the 21st centuries, and it hasn’t been because of her acting talent. The sultry ‘Transformers” star has just teamed up with Giorgio Armani to be the face of the its “Designing Lift” foundation.

This isn’t the first time that Armani has used Fox in one of its ads. Earlier this year Fox was chosen as the new face, and body, of Armani jeans and lingerie.

The designer has since replaced Fox with Rihanna, but it looks like the relationship is still in tact. Fox has moved from modeling lingerie for Armani and is now modeling for its makeup. Here’s the Armani ad starring Megan Fox.

The Daily Mail reports that Megan Fox is channeling Liz Taylor in the new ad, but I’m not sure if I see the resemblance.

Fox was famously fired from her gig in “Transformers 3,” but the actress still has plenty of acting gigs. “Passion Play,” “Jennifer’s Body,” and “Jonah Hex” may have not been received well by critics, but Fox could turn things around next year with her role in the new Judd Apatow movie.

Fox is also making her Broadway debut in the “24 Hour Plays” project. As James Johnson reported earlier this month:

“In the production 24 stars team up with six writers, six directors and two musical guests to produce six plays, one day later the actors perform them in front of a live audience.”

Actress Megan Fox will make her Broadway debut this November when she stars alongside other Hollywood celebrities in the hit “24 Hour Plays” project.

In the production 24 stars team up with six writers, six directors and two musical guests to produce six plays, one day later the actors perform them in front of a live audience.

Produced by the 24 Hour Company and Freestyle Picture Company for Urban Arts Partnership the project is an annual fundraising event which this year includes the likes of Tracy Morgan, Jack McBrayer, Jesse Eisenberg, Sarah Silverman, Jason Biggs, Julia Stiles, Woody Harrelson, John Krasinski and others.

24 Hour Plays will be performed live on November 14 at American Airlines Theater in New York City with tickets costing $250 each. Proceeds from the production go to support the Urban Arts Partnership which aims to advance ”the intellectual, social and artistic development of underprivileged  public school students through arts-integrated education programs to close the achievement gap.”

Fox who rose to fame for her role in the first two Transformers movies recently wrapped work on the movie Friends with Kids for which she stars next to Mad Men’s Jon Hamm.

I can’t take Fox seriously after she “acted” in Jonah Hex and Jessica’s Body, this is definitely not a Broadway play I would be willing to pay a premium to watch.

Megan Fox is getting rid of her prominent Marilyn Monroe tattoo, the actress has confirmed.

It’s not even because the iconic ink is losing Fox work or causing other trouble- the actress says that she wants the tattoo lasered off because of a newly acquired distaste for the troubled screen star. It seems pretty insulting to Monroe’s memory and legacy that Megan Fox would get and frequently display the ink, then remove it- but Fox has also blasted the Hollywood legend in disclosing her removal plans.

Perhaps the move attacking one of the biggest stars of film ever is a calculated publicity grab, because Fox- quite disrespectfully- says:

“I’m removing it… She was a negative person, she was disturbed, bipolar. I do not want to attract this kind of negative energy in my life.”

Although Monroe had her share of difficulty before succumbing to a drug overdose at the age of 36, it’s not like she was an epic trainwreck the likes of which grace the pages of tabloids and gossip sites nowadays. In her time, she was known to push a few boundaries, and made waves with her sexy rendition of “Happy Birthday” for then-president John F. Kennedy, Jr. (Kennedy remarked afterwards: “Thank you. I can now retire from politics after having had ‘Happy Birthday’ sung to me in such a sweet, wholesome way.”)

Fox said that the laser removal process was painful, but hinted she might remove more of the nine tattoos currently inked on her flesh. She also admitted to piercing her navel and then removing it, because at the time, she was a big Britney Spears fan.

Judd Apatow is currently working on his next film titled This Is Forty a spin-off of the popular 2007 hit Knocked Up which will star Megan Fox and now a photo posted on the actress’ Facebook page appears to confirm that at least one of the movies original actors will make a cameo with Jason Segal shown swimming in a pool with Fox and fellow co-star Chris O’Dowd.

For skeptics who believe the three may have been just swimming around somewhere together Megan attached the following caption to the photo:

“On set of THIS IS 40 with Jason and Chris…Two very handsome, very tall, VERY funny men.”

It’s likely that more cameo’s will make their way into the film, although Katherine Heigl once called the movie “a little sexist” which might rule her out.

Other possible actors who could appear include Seth Rogen, Martin Starr and Jay Baruchel.

If you’re unfamiliar with Knocked Up Segel played Jason, one of Ben’s best friends who continually hit on Leslie Mann’s character Debbie, even while her husband Pete was by her side.

According to the official synopsis This Is Forty focuses on the relationship between Debbie and Pete as they raise their two daughters and go through the ups and downs of marriage.

Already confirmed for the movie are John Lithgow, Albert Brooks, Robert Smigel and Melissa McCarthy

This Is Forty is set to reach theaters June 1, 2012, a quick turnaround for Segel who will release Five Year Engagement just one month earlier.

Writer Stephen King recently threw Lindsay Lohan’s name into the mix for the upcoming remake of his popular book Carrie, but it looks like another actress wants to rain on her parade with Megan Fox campaigning to win the role in the movie remake being produced by MGM and Screen Gem.

News of the remake broke last week and various 20-something stars have been named as possible contenders for the role of a teenage girl who develops the power to star fires after being repeatedly teased by her fellow classmates.

Showbiz Spy says Fox wants the role because “she wants to move on to more serious roles.”

Fox does have experience playing the creepy teenager role having portrayed Jennifer in the supernatural movie Jennifer’s Body.

It would be interesting to see how the uber-hot Megan Fox could pull off the outcast type character so masterfully portrayed by Sissy Spacek in De Palma’s excellent retelling of the Stephen King Book, perhaps Lohan would make a much better choice for that reason alone.

Megan Fox won’t be appearing as Shia LeBeouf’s love interest in a third installment of Transformers, although the party behind that decision remains unclear.

Paramount Pictures reps say the studio passed the actress over to reprise her role as Mikaela Barnes:

…according to Nikki Finke at Deadline.com, it was director Michael Bay who made the call.

“Giving Shia a new love interest [for Shia LeBeouf's character] makes more sense for the story,” an insider said, according to Finke.

PR flak for Fox wouldn’t let the comments stand, insisting that Fox rejected the role and not the other way around. Reps for Fox say:

“It was her decision not to return. She wishes the franchise the best.”

Fox and Bay took some shots at one another in interviews since Transformers 2 hit theaters, with Fox comparing the director to “Hitler” and calling him a “nightmare to work for.” Bay hit back, saying:

“She says some very ridiculous things,” Bay responded at the time. “And she still has a lot of growing up to do. You roll your eyes when you see statements like that and think, ‘Okay Megan, you can do whatever you want.’”

It seemed for a while that the starlet and the director had made up, and as recently as October, Bay said on his blog that he was looking forward to working with Fox on Transformers 3. Reportedly, Emmanuelle Chiriqui , Zoe Saldana, Bar Rafaeli and Brooklyn Decker are all possibilities for Fox’s former role.

No Super Bowl over the last few years has been complete without Danica Patrick strutting her hotness for GoDaddy, now I’m sitting around hoping Megan Fox decides to make her Motorola touting self available year in and year out. The super hot superstar was spotted in a Motorola Devour commercial on Sunday, while taking a bath and pictures of herself.

The commercial, meant to show how integrated MotoBlur technology has become and how unsexy the Devour can look when placed next to Megan Fox is definitely worth a closer look.

It’s not the funniest commercial from the night, but it’s pretty damn sexy.

Michael Bay, the director of the Transformer movies announced on his website that the newest installment, Transformers 3, will hit theaters on July 1st 2011, well ahead of the expected 2012 date.

Bay also responded to claims by his leading lady Megan Fox that  “working with Michael Bay is not about an acting experience” and that her and costar Shia LaBeouf  “almost die when we make a ‘Transformers’ movie… He has you do some really insane things that insurance would never let you do.”

In response to her comments Bay had this to say:

“Megan Fox, welcome back. I promise no alien robots will harm you in any way during the production of this motion picture.” He goes on to say, “Please consult your Physician when working under my direction because some side effects can occur, such as mild dizziness, intense nausea, suicidal tendencies, depression, minor chest hair growth, random internal hemorrhaging and inability to sleep. As some directors may be hazardous to your health, please consult your Doctor to determine if this is right for you.”

On a side note, apparently the director of Jennifer’s Body also asked Megan to not act in any convincing type of manner, perhaps she should look for better scripts or just learn how to act.

Megan Fox might be many things (such as freaky-thumbed, immature, and topless), but she’s also brave. Incredibly brave.

This weekend, Fox will be dipping her celebrity toe in the disgusting, polluted waters of Xbox Live, mingling with the various racists / homophobes / insecure, horny teens that appear everywhere on Microsoft’s online gaming service.

Obviously, she’s doing this for a massive pile of cash. Also, she’ll only be playing one specific title, the multi-coloned Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen: The Game. Is that game even worth playing? Not really. Will this news still result in half a million horny fanboys snapping up a copy for the weekend? Uh, yes. Some canny marketing there, Activision.

So there you go: if you’ve ever wanted to trade “Yo Mama” jokes with Megan Fox, she’ll be on Xbox Live this Sunday at 3:00 Pacific, using the Gamertag “Megan Fox 2009.” Let’s all behave ourselves, okay? Fox took a liking to the Asian superstar and actively persued him, even to the extent of formally inviting him on a dinner date via his management company. Imagine how deflated she must have felt when the company got back to her with Rain’s prompt “I’m not interested.”

This will be an ego bruise for Megan Fox, who publicly expressed a fancy for Raine, saying of her persuit: “I’m really on his situation now. I’m trying to fix this up. I’m working hard.”

“Well, that’s Megan Fox for you. She says some very ridiculous things because she’s 23 years old and she still has a lot of growing to do. You roll your eyes when you see statements like that and think, ‘Okay Megan, you can do whatever you want. I got it,’” Bay said in an interview this week.

“I 100% disagree with her. Nick Cage wasn’t a big actor when I cast him, nor was Ben Affleck before I put him in Armageddon. Shia LaBeouf wasn’t a big movie star before he did Transformers — and then he exploded. Not to mention Will Smith and Martin Lawrence, from Bad Boys. Still out power-promoting the horrid Transformers 2 movie like nobody’s business, Megan Fox showed up at the Ed Sullivan Theater for Thursday night’s episode of The Late Show with David Letterman.

Fox delighted groupies outside the venue, wearing a little black dress with a revealing see-through top, striking poses for fans and paparazzi like a true champ. On the show, she talked about important things like her Marilyn Monroe tattoo, why she dropped out of high school, etc.

Now, I’ve seen a lot of Megan Fox online and on TV lately and yes, she looks amazing, but there’s not a lot there in the brain department. She does, however, smoke pot which could be an excuse for the diminished intelligence, and for some reason I find it appealing.

Dumb or not, she’s honest. On the topic of marriage, she indicates she won’t be getting married any time soon because she’s young and too “irresponsible and immature.” So let’s recap – she looks great, she’s a movie action figure, smokes pot and admits she’s irrisponsible and immature – Megan Fox is now my dream woman.

Britain’s Daily Mail has awarded Megan Fox their award for the dumbest celebrity ever.

According to the paper “The American has amazed fans with her ignorance as she travels the world promoting her movies with red-carpet comments and magazine interviews.”

Some recent Fox eyebrow raisers include an interview with Entertainment Weekly where Fox questioned her mental health saying, “I think that I’m so psychotic and so mentally ill that if I could tap into that I could do something really interesting.” And who could forget her thoughts on Scarlett Johannson using her brain: “I don’t want to have to be like a Scarlett Johansson, I don’t want to have to go on talk shows and pull out every single SAT word I’ve ever learned to prove like, ‘Take me seriously, I am intelligent, I can speak.’”

Unfortunately the paper didn’t included the term over-rated to describe her as well.

Talking to EW, Fox said ”I have a really badass personality. I’m smart and I can be really funny and interesting and I can go toe-to-toe with anybody in a conversation. So I’m not afraid to speak, and I think that’s what people read as this überconfidence. I have a mouth and I’m not afraid to use it.”

Um…no, and wrong on so many levels. People who are highly confident don’t feel the need to tell others that they’re highly confident. Insecure arrogant big mouth would be a better definition.
