It was reported yesterday that “Lost” star Matthew Fox was detained for allegedly assaulting a female bus officer. Police decided not to arrest Fox, and let him take a taxi back to his hotel after the incident. But it doesn’t look like he’s going to get away scot free. Cleveland bus driver Heather Borman officially filed charges against the actor today.

Borman says that the two got into a fight after she refused to let the “Lost” star onto a private bus.

Borman said:

“He smelled like a liquor cabinet, like a bar. I told him, ‘Sorry, buddy, this is a private party. You get off my vehicle. I told him three times.”

Fox then allegedly punched Borman in the chest in stomach, before Borman got the upper hand and left Fox with split lip.

Borman says that she has several bruises from the incident and injured her wrist while punching fox. According to US, Prosecutors said that they have taken photos of the injuries that Borman sustained during the fight.

Fox has yet to comment on the situation.

Borman said:

“He got my pretty good. He was swinging at my legs and, ultimately, my chest and my crotch area.”

I have to admit that the show “Lost” lost me at around the third season but that won’t stop me from sharing a brand new promo trailer for the show that has popped up on the web. It is an extension of the previous 30-second spot that was set to the Willie Nelson cover of “Amazing Grace”.

Lost star, Australian actress Emilie de Ravin is to divorce her husband Josh Janowicz.

A rep for de Ravin said in a statement that “Emilie and her husband have filed for divorce.They have recently been living separately and remain friends.”

The couple married in Melbourne in 2006 and shared a home in Los Angeles. Jonowicz lists his occupation as being an actor, although he has mostly only played bit parts in minor television shows, vs de Ravin who a starting opposite both Johnny Depp, and Robert Pattinson is separate movies due out this year.
