The Kim Kardashian, Kris Humphries divorce is going to descend into Chaos.  TMZ is reporting that Kris Humphries intends to make a stand against the reality star by putting not only her and her family on trial but the whole reality TV industry.

Sources tell TMZ that Humphries intends on making his case before the judge that Kardashian was never interested in staying married to him.  She just wanted to marry him and use the publicity to increase her brand awareness and bring higher ratings to her show.

Funny enough, Humphries intends to put the whole trial onto the internet and TV.  Humphries has asked the judge for permission to allow TMZ to fil the whole trial.

Kim Kardashian filed for divorce on the grounds of irreconcilable differences.  Humphries countered by filing for an annulment on the basis of fraud.  Legal experts are saying that Humphries is going to have a huge problem with his case.  The first major problem is that he proposed to Kim.  The second is that while he might be claiming that the reality star wanted to gain from the sham marriage, he wound up being the real beneficiary as he is now way more recognized and marketable as a result of the marriage.

Another major factor in Kim’s favor is the prenup.  Kim went to the hassle of having an extremely long and complicated prenuptual agreement written up and signed.  The prenup states what is to happen between the couple for years and years into the future. A person looking to end a marriage after a few months would not have gone through all the trouble of having the prenup so intricate.

We reported on gossip yesterday that Kardashian and Sanchez were an item. There were suggestions that the pair were seeing each other whenever Kardashian was in New York. Not so, say sources close to the star, and there’s also no truth in her and Tim Tebow having a thing. In fact, the reality star says she’s through with dating footballer players as a whole. And who’s to blame? Reggie Bush, that’s who.

The same sources who spilled the beans over the footballer ban told TMZ that her split with Bush was particularly heart-breaking. As a split with one NFL player was very negative, it goes without saying that relationships with other men who play the same sport will … end, er … the same way? Kardashian logic, I guess.

Anyway, the NFL collective shouldn’t be too disheartened. This is, after all, the woman who said “I do” to Kris Humphries, so we’re not talking about the most committed decision-maker in celeb-land. Speaking of Monsieur Humphries, it’s curious that NBA players have not been announced as out-of-bounds. You’re still in Kim’s Krosshairs, boys. Perhaps Kris did something right after all.

Oh it seems like so long ago that Kim Kardashian was tying the know with a huge paycheck, I mean with Kris Humphries. Then it seemed like only 72 days later that they were divorced.  Oh yeah, it was 72 days later.  Well since then the Reality Star has been linked to many different guys around the world. This time the rumor mill has it that Kardashian is dating NY Jets quarterback Mark Sanchez.

Sanchez, who is officially dating Kate Upton, has been mum on the topic and Kardashian only fleetingly addressed the issue in a non denial denial about the star, or did she?

Kardashian took to her twitter account and sent out a personal tweet (not one of the advertising tweets she gets paid $10,000 to send out) saying,

“dating rumors are always fun when u don’t even know the people your supposedly linked to! Who makes this stuff up!”

Kardashian has always been linked to various sports stars.  She officially dated the National Football League’s Reggie Bush in a high profile relationship that seemed to captivate the reality tv world.

She also had her 15 minute marriage to Kris Humphries of the National Basketball Association.

It would be interesting to see if Mark Sanchez and Kim Kardashian could actually make a relationship work.  Sanchez has been criticized by some of his Jets teammates for being lazy and self absorbed.  Kim Kardashian is routinely mocked in the media for being a soulless money grubbing skanky publicity whore.  Such would be the relationship both deserve.

Kim Kardashian actually just went down a peg in my book (a feat I did not even think was possible).  She is suing the Gap for a commercial aired by its subsidiary Old Navy.  In the Old Navy commercial a model appears that famously used the slogan SOOOOOO Cute. She also was in a commercials where she sexily convinced

Well it isn’t the slogan that is bothering Kim and her parasitic clan.  Kardashian is saying the model, Melissa Molinaro,   looks too much like her.

Kardashian says The Gap used her likeness (Molinaro) without her consent.  Even better (heavily sarcastic on that one)  Kim is claiming that by sing a model that looks like her they sullied her reputation to the tune of $20 million dollars.

The Gap is mounting a strong defense and one of their arguing points is that Kardashian’s reputation is so bad that there is nothing they could do to make it worse.

Molinaro says in response,

“I just think the whole thing is a little silly. I mean, they held auditions in Miami, New York and L.A. to find this girl, and they wanted to find a Fergie from the Black Eyed Peas type of girl – I mean, (Kardashian’s) name never came up – it was not on their radar whatsoever.”

The situation wasn’t helped by the fact that three weeks after the commercial aired Molinaro started dating Reggie Bush, Kim Kardashian’s ex.

“What’s crazy about that is I’ve known Reggie for going on three years now. People thought that it was just because of the commercial, but I mean, I’ve known him for years. It wasn’t anything new – not for us.”

What’s the best way to sell jeans? Yep, topless women. Kim, Kourtney, and Khloe Kardashian recently posed topless to promote their Kardashian Kollection jeans.

The topless photo of the Kardashians was taken by fashion photographer Nick Saglimbeni. Saglimbeni also had the girls put their shirts back on for a more store friendly photo.

Kim wrote on her blog:

“Kourt, Khloe and I decided to go natural in only our favorite jeans… I think it’s such a beautiful shot and Khloe and Kourtney both look so stunning!”

Kourtney added:

“We banned tops from our Kardashian Kollection denim shoot! Jeans only, baby!!”

Khloe wrote:

“How hot is this new promo image for our denim Kollection?!? We thought it only appropriate to wear JUST our jeans LOL.”

US Magazine reports that the Kardashian Kollection will be available at Sears. According to a press release the jeans will “hug your curves and compliment your figure while remaining affordable and comfortable to wear.”

The Kardashian girls worked with Bruno Schiavi to create the Kardashian Kollection. Schiavi said:

“We’re very excited about it. It launches in about four weeks. The girls love denim.”

The Kardashian Kollection of jeans will have three styles models off of the three sisters. Kim explained last week:

Our Kardashian Kollection for Sears denim line is officially here!! There are three styles, each named after my sisters and me’.

“I’m wearing The Kim, which is a sexy, low cut, straight leg jean. Then Kourtney is wearing The Kourtney, a gorgeous skinny leg jean, and Khloe is wearing The Khloe, a tall curvy, high rise, boot cut!!”

The Kardashian Kollection will also include home goods and a bikini line. E! reports that those products are expected to hit store shelves sometime this year.

Speaking under his pseudonym Nemo, the rapper said Humphries should never have agreed to marry Kardashian. Why? Well …

“He shouldn’t have tried to wife that b****, man. She’s not that type of a h*. She gets around, man.”

In Snoop’s view, Kardashian being a “ho” doomed the business arrangement, sorry, marriage from the start. And the rapper hadn’t finished there with his opinions of the reality TV star who he’d never met:

“She’s cold-blooded. I’m pretty sure she’ll have a book in a month talking about all the n****s she got and how she played ‘em. [...] So my advice is, look, you can’t make a h* a housewife. Don’t try to reinvent the wheel. Let her do what she was born to do. H*.”

Kim Kardashian was forced to call police late Saturday night after a stalker showed up at her Beverly Hills home with luggage in hand.

The stalker planned to stay at Kardashian’s home and was found standing outside the game to her house.

According to a source close to Kardashian the man rang her intercom system at the homes security gate and then claimed that Kim herself had flown him in to stay at her residence. The stalker who has not yet been identified also claimed that she had offered him a spot on her reality TV show.

When the man refused to leave Kim had her security detail call local police.

It’s not clear at this time if the man was booked for any type of crime.  If she would have just waited 73 days he might have announced that it was all a planned stalking that was meant to end at that time.

Kelly Ripa still hasn’t found a permanent replacement for Regis Philbin. Jerry Seinfeld, Neil Patrick Harris, and several other celebrities have already taken their turn playing co-host on “Live With Kelly,” and today it was Kim Kardashian’s turn.

Kim used her appearance on “Live With Kelly” today to try to dispel some of the rumors about her divorce. Kardashian lost a lot of fans after rumors started to circulate that the wedding was staged and that marriage was just a scheme to make money. A boycott even started to try and get Kim off the air.

Today on “Live,” Kardashian said:

“I’m such a hopeless romantic. I wanted to believe in something so badly. But if you really think about it, if this was a business decision and I really made all that money that everyone was claiming that we made off this wedding, and if the wedding was fake and just for TV – I’m a smart businesswoman, I would’ve stayed married longer. I really didn’t think following my heart would create this much backlash.”

Kim’s former publicist said that the whole wedding was a sham last November. Kardashian filed a lawsuit after the damaging comments were made public and Kim is still trying to prove to the world that she married for love.

Kim said:

“I definitely tried everything I felt like I could … I want babies. I want forever love. I just felt like, you know, if I feel in my heart that this isn’t right, then why wait years to have the same result?”

NBA baller Kris Humphries has fired his entire PR team after they failed to properly handle his 73 day marriage to reality TV star and fake wedding planner Kim Kardashian.

According to reports Kris chose to part ways with Anderson Group Public Relations because of how they have handled his off-the-court career.

It wasn’t until Kim Kardashian chose to end the couple’s short marriage that the Anderson Group began working with Chris and now sources have revealed that the baller isn’t happy about how his image came through during a tough period in his life.

Another source says AGRP wasn’t happy with the way Kris was carrying himself, specifically his appearance during a Good Morning America interview in December. During that interview Kris brushed off questions about Kim and instead baked desserts with his mom during a cooking segment.

The NBA player is believed to already be in talks with other firms in New York City. According to TMZ while he may find a new PR team he wants his primary focus to remain on his NBA career.

While he may have left the PR agency behind sources say the firm and Kris Humphries both left on good terms which is more then we can say to his sorry excuse for a marriage to Kim Kardashian.

Khloe Kardashian is trying to bat down two persistent rumors about her personal life. Is Khloe a legitimate Kardashian and is Robert her real father? Is the reality star seeking fertility treatments? Khloe shot one of those rumors down today on Twitter, and the other, well, radio show hosts  ”Opie and Anthony” are hoping that she’ll agree to take a paternity test.

Opie and Anthony offered Kris Jenner $250,000 if she could prove that Khloe Kardashian was Robert’s child. 

“You’re telling me there’s five daughters. Four out of the five are beautiful and then you got one that looks like Chyna and is a mosnter and you’re trying to tell everyone they have the same father? Get the f*** out of here. There’s no way… Let’s make headlines… I am willing to bet a quarter million dollars, right here, right now, I’ll even sign an affidavit, if Kris Jenner can prove that [Robert] Kardashian is the father of Khloe Kardashian…”

Kim Kardashian may be worth $35 million but that hasn’t stopped her from attempting to earn more  money through the misfortunes of others. A recent report has found that Kim only donates 10% of the proceeds she earned from her eBay Giving Works charity sales to the actual charities she’s supporting.

While it’s true that the percentage given to charity is listed on the charity sales page a Fox News PR professional points out that ”many times the public assumes that all the proceeds go to charity and not the celebrity.”

Kim’s sister Khloe on the other hand gives a whopping 15% of the auction price to charity.

When you consider that celebrities these days tend to receive large sums of items for free in the first place, just so they’ll tout them to the public the Kardashian’s are basically reaping huge profits in the name of “charity work.” A source close to the family says the stuff the Kardashians sell are typically not swag items but there’s no way to verify that fact.

The charity work reveal is just another nail in the Kardashians falling empire. Anderson Cooper recently revealed that he would ban the Kardashians from his talk show if he could and many of the shows original viewers walked away when Kim staged a wedding following by a quickie divorce.

One star who’s not stingy with their charity work? Justin Bieber. The kid literally sticks his name on products just to turn around and give his profits from the items immediately to charity.

Khloe Kardashian is shutting down today’s rumor that the late Robert Kardashian is not her biological father. The youngest of the Kardashian three went ballistic on Twitter today, hacking away at any suggestion that she’s anything but 100% Kardashian.

“The audacity you have to mention my father’s name like this! Should be ashamed of urself! I let a lot of things slide but this one is really low,” she tweeted.

27-year-old Khloe continued:

“YOU ARE DISGUSTING! (yes you know who YOU are),”

“Khloe is not his kid. He told me that after we got married, [...] He just kind of looked at me and said (it) like it was a matter of fact [...] He said, ‘Well, you know that Khloe’s not really a Kardashian, don’t you?’ And I said …’Okay,’ and that was it.”

“Khloe brought it up all the time, [...] She looked nothing like the rest. She was tall, had a different shape, light hair, curly hair. Didn’t look anything like the other three children.”

“This is the same woman who locked Kim, Khloe and Kourtney out of her house and wouldn’t let them see their dying father,” said the source.

Today, Rose was on the radio to talk about the situation. In chapter 1, Rose called Kardashian a “home-wrecker” for breaking up Rose’s relationship with sometimes-good-rapper Kanye West. In chapter 2, Kardashian fired arrows back into Rose’s camp, causing her to apologize for her comments.

Well look who Googled herself this morning and found no one’s been talking about her for a day or two (except for maybe news of her yawn-worthy single). And Rosie knows, anything with ‘Kardashian’ in the title is good circulation.

Rose said this in the interview:

“Initially, when I went into that interview, I wasn’t going in to say I’m going to go in and say what happened with Kim and Kanye. It was kind of like the lady said how do you feel about Kim and Kanye dating now, being as though you’re the cause of her and Reggie not being together … and I’m just like, whoa. That’s not the case. I’m gonna let y’all know what the case is. And then I want y’all to leave me alone about this. They ask me that in like every interview …

The story is very, very true, what I said to Star Magazine. I just felt bad, ’cause I’m not the type of person to hurt anyone’s feelings, even if they hurt mine first. I feel bad for calling her a homewrecker, even though what happened in the situation. I’m all about women empowerment and I feel like I stooped down to her level by calling her a homewrecker. It was just the heat of the moment. I was just upset ’cause I feel like her and her family manipulate the media and they make it seem like me and Reggie [Bush] did something bad, or I broke up her relationship with Reggie. And it’s just not the case.”

Kim Kardashian has been urged to support a proposed tax increase on millionaires in California.

The reality TV star is the focus of a new video from the Courage Campaign, who reveal Kardashian made more than $12 million in 2010, but only paid 1% more in taxes than a middle-class Californian. Next time someone uses the “but they worked hard for their money,” point them to Kardashian, a woman who charges $10,000 for a 140-character tweet.

The video (embedded below) says Kardashian’s 2010 earnings of $12 million saw her pay 10.3 percent tax in income taxes. A Californian earning $47,000 would pay 9.3 percent. It includes shots of Kardashian sporting disgusting bling and squeaking things about “the best thing about being on TV is I get lots of free stuff.” Kardashian’s Kushy tax arrangement isn’t fair, argues the Courage Campaign:

“That’s not OK, especially when budget cuts are decimating schools and critical programs for children, the elderly, and the disabled. It’s exactly why Courage Campaign and two dozen other organizations are putting the Millionaires Tax of 2012 on the ballot.”

“Not everyone was born a Kardashian,” adds the video, “but we all need to pay our fair share.”

The Courage Campaign and several other groups (including the California Federation of Teachers) are backing a ‘millionaire’s tax’ that would raise income tax rates by 3 percent to 5 percent for anybody making more than $1 million a year.

Supporters of the new tax rate say it would raise around $6 billion, and help fund public schools and local services that have suffered budget cuts in the recession. They’re hoping to get the tax proposal on the November ballot, and if they succeed a television ad with a similar theme would follow, according to Courage Campaign spokeswoman Ana Beatriz Cholo.

Naturally, it’s far from only Kardashian who is deserving of all the bile on this issue, but hey, she’s a convenient celebrity figurehead who’ll get people talking over such discrepancies. As it happens, there was no response from a Kardashian spokesperson when the The Associated Press requested one on Tuesday. Somehow, I don’t think Kardashian will be fronting this – even though she could do with a popularity boost.

Kim Kardashian is a homewrecker. American model Amber Rose said that her relationship ended with Kanye West in 2010 because the rapper was cheating on her with Kim Kardashian. Rose also added that Kim was in a committed relationship with Reggie Bush when she was sleeping with West.

Rose told Star Magazine:

“Kim is one of the main reasons why me and Kanye are not together. She’s a homewrecker… They were both cheating. They were both cheating on me and Reggie with each other.”

Rose said that Kim repeatedly sent provocative photos to Kanye while they were dating. Rose tried to confront Kim via email but the reality show star never responded.

Rose said:

“She was sending pictures, and I was like, ‘Kim, just stop. Don’t be that person.’ I thought at least she’d be woman enough to respond to me. She never responded.”

Kanye and Rose split up in 2010. But Rose isn’t bitter about Kim Kardashian’s homewrecking ways. Rose said that if Kardashian didn’t seduce West then she would have never met her current boyfriend, Wiz Khalifa.

Rose said:

 ”I want to thank her, because if she was never a homewrecker, then I never would have met Wiz, and I wouldn’t be as happy as I am now.”

Rumors about Kim and Kanye hooking up have been circulating for years, but now that Kim is a single woman again (which apparently doesn’t really matter) they rumors are beginning to come out again. The Global Grind reports that Kim and Kanye were spotted cuddling after a “Watch the Throne” concert last week.

Mitt Romney decided to take his campaign to the point of negative but funny overkill on Monday when he compared President Obama to reality TV star Kim Kardashian.

During a campaign stop in Council Bluffs, Iowa the lawmaker revealed:

“I’ve been looking at some video clips on YouTube of President Obama, then candidate Obama, going through Iowa making promises,” while adding, “I think the gap between his promises and his performance is the largest I’ve seen, well, since the Kardashian wedding and the promise of ’til death do we part.”

This isn’t the first time that Mitt Romney has attempted to be in touch with modern day pop culture, he recently referred to the Twilight series which he says is his favorite.

In 2008 Mitt Romney drew slack from younger voters when he referenced the outdated “who let the dogs out.”

This isn’t the first time Obama has drawn odd comparisons, Romney compared him to Marie Antoinette.

His comment is still more pleasant than Rick Santorum who last January said President Obama should be pro-life since he’s black.

Romney’s President Obama comparison to Kim Kardashian arrived just in time for the Jan. 3 caucus in Iowa.

The reality star has been named one of PETA’s ‘Grinches of the Year’ for her ongoing commitment to wearing fur. That’s in stark contrast to her little sis Khloe, who posed naked for her own “I’d Rather Go Naked Than Wear Fur” PETA ad (despite err, wearing fur). Anyway, here’s what PETA had to say about Kim’s fur-ocious appetite for a nice fur … whatever that is in the pic above:

“It took Kim Kardashian just 72 days of marital bliss to shed her husband Kris Humphries. It’s too bad the socialite princess doesn’t have the same penchant for shedding her animal skin collection. Unlike her sister Khloe, who starred in her own PETA anti-fur campaign, Kim just can’t seem to divorce herself from fur and say ‘I do’ to a more compassionate wardrobe.”

*Trying to be outraged by PETA mocking a woman’s broken marriage … can’t … quite … manage … it.*

PETA didn’t stop at Kardashian, however: also on the Grinch list were Janet Jackson and “We Bought a Zoo” director Cameron Crowe. Hell, all three are more deserving of a hysterical PETA campaign than poor old Mario.

Sure, there are more than 200,000 people who are so sick of Kim Kardshian that they signed a petition to boycott her and her family, but the reality star still draws a hefty paycheck. Kim is reportedly being paid $600,000 to host a New Year’s Eve party at Tao in the Venetian in Las Vegas.

According to the Las Vegas Sun, Kim Kardashian was paid $500,000 for the same gig last year. And if you think that’s an excessive amount of money to pay for a party host, your mind might be soothed by the fact that the fat paycheck requires Kardashian to make a few additional appearances at Tao throughout 2012.

The Hollywood Reporter notes that Kim has been plugging the party for the last few days.

Kim wrote on Twitter:

“New Year’s Eve is one of my favorite nights of the year. Time to celebrate everything you’ve achieved in the past year and look forward to everything to come in the New Year… This New Year’s Eve, I’ll be celebrating at Tao in Las Vegas. I can’t wait!!!”

The Stir reports that Kardashian isn’t the only celebrity bringing in the new year with a big paycheck. Fergie will be performing at 1Oak at the Mirage Hotel and Casino for $100,000, and sisters Kourtney and Khloe will be appearing at the Chateau Nightclub & Gardens at the Paris, but the fee, if there is one, has not been disclosed.

If PETA had its way Janet Jackson would be on the naughty list as the singer topped the animal rights’ group list of celebrity grinches this year.

And PETA had some pretty serious words for the Jackson sister.

PETA Writes:

“When Janet Jackson had her infamous “wardrobe malfunction” during the Super Bowl, at least the flesh that popped into view was her own—unlike the stolen animal skins that she drapes herself with, which are as dead as her taste in fashion (not to mention her career). Ms. Jackson, you’re just plain nasty.”

According to StarPulse, Jackson will be launching her own fur line in 2012. Jackson has teamed up with Blackglama to create a luxury mink collection, which will feature everything from coats to gloves.

Jackson said:

“The art of fashion is one of my great passions. I’ve worked for years to bring a collection into the world. Partnering with Blackglama is very exciting.”

Of course, Jackson isn’t the only celebrity to offend PETA this year. Cameron Crowe and Kim Kardashian were both high up on the list of celebrity grinches this year.

PETA took issue with Cameron Crowe’s latest movie, “We Bought a Zoo,” because the movie used real animals instead of state-of-the-art computer imaging, and Kim Kardashian because unlike her sister Khloe she hasn’t starred in her own PETA anti-fur ad.

PETA spokeswoman Wendy Wegner said:

“While the holidays may be known as the season of giving and peace on earth, that’s not always the case for our animal friends.”
