New intimate photos of Prince William and Kate Middleton have surfaced online. And no, these weren’t taken by a snooping member of the paparazzi with an extreme zoom lens.

Prince William and Kate Middleton recently uploaded several new photos to the DukeandDutchessofCambridge.org. The photos show the royal’s “life in pictures” and give an intimate glimpse at how the couple lives when they are not in the spotlight.

Most recently, the royal couple uploaded a photo album from the the Duchess of Cambridge’s tour of Borneo. That album consists of images of the jungle of the Danum Valley research station and Mount Kinabalu but doesn’t contain any images of the royal couple.

Another album, however, focuses on Prince William’s living quarters while stationed at RAF Valley. William can be seen inspecting his plane, drinking coffee, eating with the crew and taking a nap during his 24-hour shift on the base.

The re-vamped website contains several photo albums of the couple dating back to the royal wedding. The website has photos of Prince William from as far back as 2004.

The Kate Middleton bottomless photos are generating a lot of headaches for the Duchess of Cambridge and lawsuits for the magazines that have dared to publish the secretly taken photos, but the pictures are generating something else too: a lot of money for the porn sites that link to them.

An analysis by the Telegraph‘s Willard Foxton found that Kate Middleton was the third most popular “porn babes” searched on freeones.co.uk, a site that aggregates free pictures of mostly porn actresses with some celebrities mixed in. She has since fallen out of the top five, but Foxton predicts that will rise again after Danish  magazine Se og Her published photos of Kate Middleton bottomless.

He linked to a graph that showed a huge spike in people looking for nude pictures of Kate Middleton online, searches that “undoubtedly channeled a huge amount of cash into the pockets of a huge amount of people making their living on the internet.”

Bottomless photos of Kate Middleton have been circulating around the internet this week courtesy of a Danish Magazine. This, however, is old news. The editor-in-chief of SE og HØR said today that the magazine has not published any new nude photos of the Duchess of Cambridge.

The images that appear in SE og HØR appear to be from the same collection of images that have already been published in various magazines from France, Italy, Sweden, and Ireland.

The magazine wrote in an email:

“Apparently there has been rumors in several international Media that weekly magazine SE og HØR this week (September 27th) has published new topless and nude pictures of Kate, the Duchess of Cambridge. This is not correct.”

According to CNN, SE og HØR published several photos of Kate Middleton topless over a 16-page spread on September 20th. Those images came from the same set of photos that were originally published in the French Magazine Closer. The magazine has not published any additional photos.

Before publishing the photos on September 20th, Editor-In-Chief Kim Henningsen said:

“It’s a set of unique photos from an A-class celebrity. We are a leading gossip magazine in Denmark, and it is my job to publish them. If the British royal family want to sue us, then it will happen then and we’ll deal with it.”

The rumors of new bottomless photos of Kate Middleton were started earlier this week when scans of SE og HØR made their way onto the internet courtesy of sites like Egotastic. The photos were a week old at the time and were identical to the photos published in other magazines.

But since the words “bottomless” were used instead of “topless,” and since the internet apparently only needs a tiny little push to look at naked photos of Kate Middleton, the photo scandal went viral once again.

The entire world has seen Kate Middleton topless thanks to an extremely long zoom lens and questionable publishing etiquette. Danish Magazine Se Og Hor recently added to the scandal by publishing a few bottomless photos of the Duchess.

The photos appear to be from the same set of photos that were published by magazines in France, Ireland, and Italy. Se Og Hor published the photos on September 20.

A lawsuit will likely follow but Se Og Hor doesn’t seem to mind.

Se og Hør Editor Kim Henningsen, said:

“It’s a set of unique photos from an A-class celebrity. We are a leading gossip magazine in Denmark, and it is my job to publish them. If the British royal family want to sue us, then it will happen then and we’ll deal with it.”

Kate Middleton’s topless photos have been published in various magazines from Italy, France, and Ireland. French Magazine Closer even said that it had photos of Prince William and Kate Middleton having sex.

The royal family recently won their legal battle against the French magazine so it isn’t likely that the explicit photos will be published in Closer. Unfortunately for Kate and the Royal family it looks like there are plenty of other magazines willing to go to court over Middleton’s nude photos.

Investigators in the Kate Middleton topless photo scandal are now investigating the possibility of an inside job, interviewing every staff member at the private French chateau where the Duchess of Cambridge and her husband, Prince William, vacationed.

Police are considering the possibility that a staff member is at least partially responsible for the photos, which the royals have called a “gruesome” invasion of their privacy, reports The Examiner.

Investigators believe that the photographer who took the nude Kate Middleton photos was possibly tipped off by a staff member, and are now investigating how the photographer was able to know exactly where to stand to get the topless photos of Middleton.

The chateau is allegedly being treated like a crime scene, as well as the area where investigators believe the photos were taken from. The scandalous photos were supposedly taken from a hill in the road about a half mile away from the chateau.

Police are combing the area for DNA and any other evidence they can find as they attempt to identify the photographer. The Daily Mail notes that the latest investigation at the chateau comes after French paparazzo Pascal Rostain stated that an Englishman living in southern France is the photographer who staked out the Royal couple at the chateau while they were on their holiday.

A source near the investigation has said that:

“Officially the crime scene is the chateau and its environs. This will be visited by detectives who will then have to work out how the photographer came to be there – who alerted him to the presence of the royal couple and where he took the pictures from. This kind of investigation involves interviewing as many potential witnesses as possible.”

If (or when) the photographer is found, they could face a year in jail and a hefty fine, due to the Kate Middleton nude photo scandal being a criminal investigation.

Closer Magazine is currently facing legal action from the Royal Family over a set of topless photos of Kate Middelton. The pending lawsuit will make it a little harder for the magazine to publish the explicit sex photos that it claims to have of the royal couple. Well, thanks to porn company YouPorn, Kate Middleton’s sex photos might see the life of day after all.

And YouPorn is apparently willing to pay whatever it takes to make that happen.

TMZ reports that Youporn sent a letter to the editor of Closer magazine saying that they would pay whatever it takes to buy Kate Middleton’s sex photos.

YouPorn CEO Corey Price writes:

“We’d like to make an offer on this footage since we believe this is an incredibly newsworthy story, and we are already being slammed with emails from our site’s loyal visitors begging us to make an offer… We feel very confident that we can show this footage legally, and would like to make you aware that we have an ‘open checkbook.’”

Closer editor Laurence Pieau eluded to the fact that the magazine was in possession of several explicit photos of Kate Middleton and Prince William. They Royal Family is hoping to make sure that any additional photos stay out of the public eye.

That is turning out to be a daunting task, however. Irish magazine the Daily Star published Kate Middleton’s topless photos earlier this week and French Magazine Chi is planning on publishing more than 200 photos of a the Duchess topless. It’s unclear if those 200 photos will include any of the alleged sex photos.

The 46-year-old actress wants to move to France with her four-year-old daughter Nahla and fiancé Olivier Martinez. However, according to TMZ, the now-infamous shots of a topless Kate Middleton on holiday will be used as ammunition by the lawyer for Gabriel Aubrey, Berry’s ex-husband, in his bid to prevent the actress from taking their daughter to France.

Aubrey’s representatives are now expected to raise the issue of the Kate Middleton naked photos as an example of how French paparazzi are more ruthless in their hunt for intrusive photographs than their American counterparts.

Lawyers for Aubrey were already using the case of paparazzi in Paris chasing Princess Diana to her death as a justification for not allowing Berry to relocate. Now, they have a more topical example of French press intrusion to present to the court.

Kate, the Duchess of Cornwall, was photographed topless by a paparazzi’s telephoto lens while on a secluded balcony during a recent holiday. After the French magazine Closer published the pictures, the royal couple announced they would sue the magazine.

Privacy laws in France are the toughest in Europe, with huge fines for offending newspapers and magazines. However, many larger publications will pay the hefty fine for the sake of being able to print law-breaking pictures that bring a big rise in circulation.

The rumor mill cranked up even before she was married.  There was talk of a shotgun Royal wedding.  There have been so many reports of a Kate Middleton Pregnancy that they barely make news anymore…until now.  Recent pictures of the Dutchess of York are looking more and more like she sporting a baby bump.

Duchess Catherine and Prince William were in Scotland at the Order of the Thistle in Edinburgh on Thursday.  The Order of the Thistle is a major British ceremony held yearly.  Both Kate and William hold Scottish title, the Earl and Countess of Strathearn. Kate even carried a scarf made of Strathearn tartan to further join the party.

Style-wise, Catherine looked glowing in a custom Emilia Wickstead yellow coat-dress — her third choice from the designer, following that pink garden party dress that she repeated twice, and the green St. Patrick’s Day coat dress. But it wasn’t her clothes that are making news, it was that her Tartan scarf was placed directly in front of her belly in almost all of the photos.  All the photos show a Kate with a fuller face than normal and the beginning of a bump under her dress.

It may be time for the Royals to break out that zillion dollar bottle of champagne they save for these types of occasions. Well not for Kate at least but the rest can celebrate.  And if she isn’t pregnant and we just insulted her weight, we offer a royal size apology. We just want the best for the newly married couple, and more news about a royal family offspring!
