Jessica Simpson gave her fans a rare glimpse of her past on Twitter’s “Throwback Thursday,” posting a video from her high school musical.

Simpson tweeted the vintage video of her high school performance of the A Chorus Line number “The Music and the Mirror.”

Though it’s a throwback, Jessica Simpson is definitely recognizable in the video. She’s got the same trademark blonde locks, and shows off some of the dance moves that she flashed a bit earlier in the pop star career. In the number Jessica shows off some high kicks and jazz hands, getting a big ovation from the crowd.

It was clear from the video that Jessica Simpson had the potential to be a star, and within a few years of that she would embark on her pop career. The video wasn’t dated, but appears to be roughly from 1996 or 1997, placing it about two years before she would score her first hit with “I Wanna Love You Forever.”

Today Jessica Simpson has crossed over to mega-stardom, with an empire that stretches across movies, music, and fashion.

Recently Simpson placed her luxurious Beverly Hills’ home on the market for $8 million after she moved into a new house. Simpson is pregnant with her second baby in the last year and engaged to boyfriend Eric Johnson, so she decided to put up for sale the home she bought with former husband Nick Lachey. Simpson got the house in her divorce from Lachey, but had recently bought Ozzy Osbourne’s old household for a reported $11.5 million.

Jessica Simpson has placed her Beverly Hills’ home on the market for $7.995 million as she no longer needs the luxurious pad after she moved into a new house. With a second baby on the way and her marriage to fiancé Eric Johnson soon to come, Simpson has decided to put her old house up for sale that she bought after the split with Nick Lachey.

The news of the sale was revealed by the real estate website Redfin, which also noted that the house was owned by other celebrities as well. Ellen DeGeneres bought the place in 2001 and eventually sold the house to Rick Yorn, a manager who’s worked for Leonardo DiCaprio and Cameron Diaz.

Simpson became the owner in 2005 after her divorce with Lachey, but she bought Ozzy Osbourne’s old household in late April for a reported $11.5 million. She originally purchased the Beverly Hills’ home for $5.275 million, more than $2 million less than she is selling it for now.

The house has five bedrooms and spans 5,500 square feet. Jessica Simpson recently had the place renovated, and its location is smack dab in the middle of an A-list celebrity community.

Corina Galen, a real estate agent at Redfin, said “this area of Beverly Hills is dotted with homes owned by celebrities. You can often spot a star walking their dog through the many canyon trails nearby.”

It’s right next to Kimora Lee Simmons’ old house when she was filming Life In The Fab Lane and it’s also just up the street from Keith Urban and Nicole Kidman. The private estate was custom built in 1991 and features a massive kitchen and five bathrooms, and, of course, it has a pool.

The 32-year-old Simpson is now set for her second go-round with marriage, and selling her old place could go a long way as she prepares for the next step in her life.

Jessica Simpson has a bone to pick with her ex-husband Nick Lachey.

According to recent reports, the singer, actress, and fashion designer isn’t too happy about the insensitive remarks Lachey made about her father.

The trouble started when the 98 Degrees singer appeared on Watch What Happens Live. While chatting about his ex-wife, Lachey made some unkind comments about Jessica’s father, Joe Simpson.

“The best thing about not having Joe Simpson anymore as a father-in-law is I don’t have to play grab-ass under the table on Easter Sunday,” Nick Lachey told host Andy Cohen.

“It may not be [funny] tomorrow, but it is tonight,” he later added.

These comments have not settled well with Jessica Simpson. Understandably upset by her former spouse’s accusations, she is said to be extremely furious with Lachey.

Of course, all of news regarding Jessica Simpson’s reaction to Nick Lachey’s inappropriate joke are coming from a host of anonymous sources. As such, it’s probably best to take reports of Simpsons’ response to her ex-husband’s appearance with a grain of salt since she has not addressed the situation in an official capacity.

One of these anonymous individuals reportedly told Star magazine that Jessica Simpson sent Lachey an angry text message indicating that he should keep his mouth shut about her father. A rep for the Dukes of Hazzard star told Gossip Cop that these rumors were entirely false.

Another anonymous source told Radar Online that Simpson was hurt and angry over the comments Lachey made during his appearance on the Bravo chat show.

“Jessica was disappointed that he would even speak about her at all. It’s been eight years since they were married and six years since they last spoke. Jessica doesn’t feel that Nick has a right to speak about her business anymore,” the source explained.

For those who don’t follow the intimate details of Jessica Simpson’s life, her father was accused in 2012 of having an affair with male escort Bryce Chandler. Joe and Tina Simpson later separated. The couple’s divorce was finalized earlier this year.

Nick Lachey and Jessica Simpson haven’t talked for about six years.

Lachey, who recently rejoined the boy band 98 Degrees, talked about his non-existent relationship with his ex-wife on Watch What Happens Live with host Andy Cohen.

Cohen asked the singer if he ever re-watched episodes of Newlyweds: Nick And Jessica. Lachey nearly “Plead The Fifth” but eventually answered the question.

Lachey said: “Wow. Is this the part where I can plead the Fifth? It’s been years. Honestly, probably six years. It was like another lifetime ago.”

The singer has definitely moved on from his marriage with Simpson. The singer married Vanesssa Minillo in 2011 and last year they welcomed a son Camden John.

The singer added: “I have not (watched the show). As you can imagine, that’s not popular viewing in my house. We don’t sit around as a family and watch the old DVDs.”

Lachey’s career faltered after the initial success of 98 Degrees but the singer and his band mates are in the middle of a comeback. The band has been touring and they just released their first album in more than a decade.

Lachey said: “We are really excited to bring our fans new music and get out on the road. This is a long time coming.”

The fashion designer and her family purchased the sprawling home earlier this month. The house, which is situated in the Hidden Hills section of Los Angeles, set Simpson and her fiance back a cool $11.5 million.

Jessica Simpson, husband-to-be Eric Johnson, and her 11-month-old daughter have quite a bit of space at their disposal. Ozzy Osbourne’s old house sports around 11,000 square feet and some luxurious views of the California coast.

The abode, which sits on 2.5 acres of land, also comes equipped with several bedrooms, plenty of bathrooms, a movie theater, spa, workout facilities, offices, and studio space. There’s also a separate guest house for anyone who decides to stop by for an extended visit.

It’s currently unknown if Jessica Simpson and Eric Johnson intend to renovate any of the rooms in order to made it their own.

Rumors are suggesting that Jessica Simpson and her family encountered a few neighbors wandering around their property when they arrive at their new home on Friday.

“Jessica had just bought the house from ex-’America’s Got Talent’ judge Sharon Osbourne and rocker hubby Ozzy, and is totally renovating the interior,” an insider explained to the National Inquirer.

The anonymous individual added, “The house was open, with more than a dozen workers coming in and out, so the neighbors just decided they’d have a look — not expecting to come face to face with a furious star.”

Simpson reportedly became angry that people were just casually walking around her new home. She demanded that everyone “get off her property.” Since this information comes from the National Inquirer, it’s probably best not to take this report as gospel. Besides, one of Simpsons’ reps has already stated these reports aren’t true.

It seems that the star is experiencing another common lesson for new parents — and Simpson says it’s not all baby bumps and stroller shopping. Jessica says:

“I think originally I had wanted three, and now that I have one and another one on the way, I feel like I could stop here. It’s a lot of work. Obviously it pays off and it’s totally worth it, but it’s a lot of responsibility.”

Simpson, who is pregnant with her second child with fiancé Eric Johnson, will reportedly name the new tyke Ace.

“[She's] told people she’s going to name the baby Ace!” a source was quoted telling US Weekly magazine.

The singer has yet to reveal how she and Johnson, 33, decided upon the name.

Simpson and Johnson had their first child, Maxwell Drew, in May 2012. Maxwell, now 10 months old, was named after Simpson’s mother’s maiden name (Drew) and Johnson’s middle name.

“It’s nothing shocking and nothing you’ll have to add to the dictionary. Still, when people hear it they’ll know …why,” she told Elle magazine last year, when asked about her name choice.

Simpson revealed her second pregnancy via Twitter on Christmas Day, only seven months after the birth of her daughter Maxwell. Though she is ecstatic about about baby Ace’s arrival, she admits getting pregnant a second time wasn’t planned.

Jessica said:

“Apparently [my second pregnancy] was a part of God’s plan for my life. I was extremely shocked… because I was going through a lot of hormonal changes, trying to get back to the old, vibrant Jessica. You know, it was kind of like a one-night stand. And it happened, all over again!”

Despite being surprised by her pregnancy, Simpson said she was overjoyed on the reality of expanding her family.

Paltrow’s rep confides to Us that the actress isn’t planning on giving up acting completely, adding:

“She won’t quit acting. Her plan is to do one, maybe two supporting parts a year.”

A self-declared nutrition and health obsessive, reportedly the 40-year-old star wants to focus on building her lifestyle website, Goop, and the fitness company she co-owns with trainer Tracy Anderson.

When Jessica Simpson ended her run on the MTV reality series The Newlyweds, it didn’t look promising that Simpson would return to lead a television vehicle. However, that was then and this is now where reality television pretty much runs the show in prime time entertainment.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, Simpson isn’t going back on her word per se, but she will be starring in a NBC comedy that’s loosely based on her life. Currently, the singer and mommy-to-be is on the show Fashion Star, but soon she will be teaming up with NBC for an untitled scripted comedy.

The deal has been made between Universal Television, and Fashion Star producer Electus to co-produce a pilot for the upfronts, which will be based on a pitch developed by Robin and Nick Bakay. The pair will fashion the show which will be inspired by Jessica Simpson’s colorful life. We’re expecting some lines like “Is this chicken or is this tuna?” to spring up on the series.

“We are thrilled to team up with the multitalented Jessica Simpson to bring this new sitcom to life on NBC as she is truly a modern-day Lucy with incredible comedic chops. Encino, CA – Joe and Tina Simpson, the parents of Jessica and Ashlee, have put their Encino mansion back on the market yet again, though this time for a dramatically lower asking price than what was originally listed in October.

The Simpson mansion was just put back on the market for $3,595,000, which is considerably less than the $4,395,000 it was originally listed for back in October. The 1.5 acre estate on which the Simpson mansion sits is at the heart of a guard gated community of 19 similar mansions in Encino’s Royal Oaks.

Joe and Tina Simpson’s home was listed at the beginning of October. Around mid-October, the couple announced that they were getting a divorce, with much of the gossip alleging infidelity (and possibly a young, gay lover for Joe) as the primary reason.

“Tina realizes there’s a lot at stake in this divorce case, especially considering the financial earnings for her and Joe through their joint-management of Jessica and Ashlee,” a source told Radar. “But now the battle lines have been drawn and with Joe’s selection of attorney it just got a little more complicated.”

Either way, the Simpson mansion saw another drop by late October, suggesting a desire for expediency in the selling of their home.

Joe and Tina Simpson bought the mansions back in 2001 for $2.1 million, according to property records. The couple are originally from Texas, but decided to move to Hollywood as their daughters’ fame grew, and they moved into managerial positions.

In a grabbing headline that seems like a punchline after the announcement of Jessica Simpson’s second pregnancy, both Simpson and Hudson are seen in a new ad for Weight Watchers posing while showing off their bodies.

Simpson is Weight Watchers’ first pregnant spokesperson. Jennifer Hudson and Simpson stood alongside each other and discussed the struggle to balance weight with their roles as mothers. Hudson, who started out being known in the industry as a full figured woman, said she was “just born that way.” However, Simpson, who years ago was seen posing in her daisy dukes, said that she was “always on some new life-stopping diet.”

Before announcing her second pregnancy with partner Eric Johnson, Simpson had lost a total of 50 pounds following her efforts on the Weight Watchers program. A representative from Weight Watchers via PEOPLE has spoken on Jessica Simpson’s behalf to clear up rumors that have sprung up with the concern of a speedy second pregnancy, noting that Jessica, “will not be following the [weight loss] program during the pregnancy while her weight and well-being are monitored by her obstetrician.”

Before Jessica Simpson made her second pregnancy official to the world, there was some speculation that a quick second pregnancy, after a high profiled weight changing first one, would ultimately result in her firing. However, it looks like Weight Watchers has decided in good taste to stand by Simpson, waiting until her pregnancy is over, while smartly taking the campaign in a whole new direction with an emphasis on motherhood.

Earlier in the week, Jessica Simpson put the worriers to rest by using Weight Watchers as an official platform to announce her pregnancy in a commercial that was filmed in November, which shows the singer visibly expecting.

Simpson may be “bumpin’ and proud” at the moment but she’s also unemployed. The beautiful blonde recently said that she’d be temporarily quitting Weight Watchers now that she’s pregnant with her second child. After she welcomes her new baby, however, Simpson will get back to work and start losing the baby weight with the famous diet program.

She was spotted with her fiancé Eric Johnson and their daughter Maxwell on the beaches of Oahu, which also made the news recently because the island is supposedly disappearing over time.

But what makes this green fashion statement memorable is when Jessica Simpson told People her favorite sweater “has been through a lot … It’s my magic sweater!” She also shared a little too much information in regards to her usage of the magical sweater outside of the public eye:

“I like to wear [it] with just underwear around the house.”

In news that’s vaguely related to that statement, according to Huffington Post Jessica Simpson also posted pictures of herself looking very casual, and voluptuous, inside their vacation house.

The presence of Jessica Simpson’s magic sweater was thought to cover the presence of her baby bump since temperatures on the island beach reached a high of 82 degrees. Jessica Simpson finally announced on Twitter that her 7-month-old daughter Maxwell Drew was going to be a “big sis.”

According to OMG!, some wondered if Jessica Simpson’s $4 million deal with Weight Watchers could be in jeopardy. On Tuesday, the Weight Watchers tweeted out their congratulations to their famous client:

“Congrats…what an amazing year you’ve had.”

They also put out a press release, noting some obvious health tips when pregnant:

Now it’s official: The actress and singer has decided to quit her diet while she’s expecting her second child. According to the Los Angeles Times, the company will still use Simpson’s recent weight loss in their “Expect Amazing” ad campaign.

Weight Watchers seems to be rolling with the punches at the moment. In a recent statement on the pregnancy, Senior Vice President of Marketing Cheryl Callan said the company was delighted with Jessica Simpson’s pregnancy announcement.

Callan explained:

“It’s wonderful news and we couldn’t be happier for Jessica, Eric and big sister-to-be Maxwell. We’ve seen first-hand that Jessica has a refreshed outlook on food, activity and the importance of developing healthy habits, which we hope will guide her through this next pregnancy and beyond. She has come a long way and we know her story and success will continue to inspire others.

“We know that one of the most important factors for having a healthy baby is being a healthy mother, and though Jessica will not be following the program during her pregnancy, we feel good that what she’s learned during her time on our program can help her make healthy choices in any life stage.”

Today reports that Jessica Simpson will remain a spokesperson for Weight Watchers despite not participating in the diet. In fact, the company has already prepared a new commercial in which the mother-to-be addresses her recent announcement.

On the night of August 4, Joe Simpson was stopped at 10 pm on Ventura Boulevard in Sherman Oaks, and apparently spent the night in jail after he was arrested. Not to be shaken up by the incident, Simpson stood in court and pleaded not guilty to the charges.

According to sources, it’s said that Joe Simpson only had “a couple of glasses of wine at dinner with his wife” and was so confident about his sobriety that he took a voluntary breathalyzer test.

The picture of the four-month-old in a lacy yellow bikini drew critics almost immediately after the broadcast ended.

“It is very disturbing to see a young baby presented to the world wearing a bikini,” Claude Knights, the director of Kidscape, a British child welfare agency, told the Daily Mail.

“Celebrity choices carry great influence, as can be seen by the manner in which their accessories and behaviors are copied widely. It is to be hoped that parents will understand that ‘baby bikinis’ are totally inappropriate, and that they contribute to the sexualization and commercialization of childhood. We should not be compromising the sanctity of our children’s early years.”

BuzzFeed writer Whitney Jefferson joined in the debate, writing:

“Dear baby Maxwell: this may be your first embarrassing moment that you’ll end up hating your mother for, but it won’t be the last.”

But others said they didn’t understand the fuss about the Simpson baby picture. One BuzzFeed reader noted that babies often go around in just diapers — or even naked — so it didn’t make sense to fuss about a bikini.

Jessica Simpson has been talking about her weight loss recently. After reaching about 170 pounds while she was pregnant, Simpson has been working hard to take the pounds back off and is already close to her goal.

“I’m 10 pounds away from my pre-baby size,” the singer-designer told Us Weekly.

The work hasn’t all been easy, noted Simpson, the newest spokesperson for Weight Watchers. She told USA Today that, during her pregnancy, she was “constantly hungry” and turned to her comfort food, macaroni and cheese.

Simpson isn’t the only famous individual who has battled DUI charges over the past few months. Singer-actor Rick Springfield was arrested back in May of 2011 for driving his 1963 Corvette Stingray while under the influence of alcohol. According to Mercury News, Springfield cut a deal in the case earlier this week, pleading no contest to the charges hanging over his head.

More recently, country music star Randy Travis was arrested for driving while intoxicated after crashing his vehicle during a late night car ride. Various reports indicate that Travis was completely naked at the time of the accident. Earlier this year, Randy was busted for public intoxication outside of a Baptist church in Sanger, Texas.

According to the MADD website, “over 1.41 million drivers were arrested in 2010 for driving under the influence of alcohol or narcotics.” Additionally, one-third of all drivers arrested or convicted of driving while intoxicated are repeat offenders.

To officially mark the occasion, Simpsons took to the popular micro-blogging site Twitter to announce her decision to her millions of fans. “Responsibility has drastically changed my life! Saturday night drink of choice…. WATER!” Good for her.

However, the new child might not be the only reason Simpson has decided to say goodbye to alcoholic drinks. As anyone with a beer belly will tell you, consuming these beverages can ultimately take a toll on your waistline. Since Jessica currently has until the end of August to dump 70 pounds of baby weight in accordance with her Weight Watcher deal, dropping margaritas from her diet might be a necessity.

“[Weight Watchers] focuses on healthy habits for the long-term (and I can still indulge in my guilty pleasures every now and then, too),” Simpson explained on Facebook. “I have actually gotten a group of friends together who are going to be doing it with me.”

An insider recently spoke to OK Magazine, stating that Simpson has been extremely dedicated to shedding her baby weight. However, like most human beings with an insatiable sweet tooth, the actress still gets to indulge once a week.

“Jessica has been sticking to her programme like a pro,” the source explained. “She’s doing the Weight Watchers points programme and she’s got a notebook that she uses to write down everything she eats.”

Another celebrity mom has her back, though. Kendra Wilkinson, the Playmate-turned-reality star who welcomed her son in 2009, said “people need to mind their own business” and not focus on Simpson’s weight, omg! from Yahoo reported.

“That just breaks my heart,” the star of E!’s “The Girls Next Door” told Yahoo. She later added, “Her first priority right now is her child. Her first priority is not losing the weight. You should be proud of her for that. A lot of people just dump their kids off at nannies and lose the weight overnight. We should all be proud of her for being real and taking control and making priorities.”

Wilkinson makes a good point, and speaks from experience. She struggled with the 60 pounds she put on during her pregnancy and also suffered bouts of postpartum depression. Wilkinson even admitted that her weight and depression issues have made her question whether she wants another baby, even though husband Hank Baskett is pushing for another, Yahoo reported.

Adding to Simpson’s pressure is a $4 million contract she signed with Weight Watchers to reach her goal weight of 130 pounds. So while tabloids have been focusing on unflattering pictures of the new mom, Simpson took to Twitter to clear the air and say that she wasn’t under any pressure to lose the weight, gossip blog Hollywood Life reported.

Some people have criticized the media’s obsession with celebrity moms and how quickly they return to pre-pregnancy form, saying it creates utterly unrealistic expectations for the average mother. Simpson herself has been criticized for turning her weight-loss goals into an endorsement deal, though this is nothing new for celebrity moms. Both Mariah Carey and former Spice Girl Mel B signed deals with Jenny Craig following their pregnancies, International Business Times reported.

As if the adorable picture wasn’t indication enough, a source close to the couple recently told Us Weekly that Simpson and Johnson are absolutely loving parenthood. “Eric loves holding Maxwell — that is, when he can manage to get her away from Jessica,” one source told the site. “Everyone is marveling at what a natural Jessica is. She was born to be a mom,” added another friend of the family.

So when are Simpson and Johnson going to get hitched? Well, the singer told Us Weekly that the two were going over possible wedding dates before the birth of Maxwell, but their plans were postponed after she was born.

“I really want to enjoy that day, and now I get to have my baby with me,” she said. “I can’t wait — it’s going to be so sweet.”

Simpson and Johnson have been engaged for over a year but decided to hold off on the wedding until after the baby.

If you think $800,000 is a ton of cash to earn for the birth of a baby you’re right, however some sources estimate that Simpson will earn upwards of $14 million annually by announcing a new line of baby products and signing a new reality TV show contract that could be worth $5 million.

Simpson as a weight watchers spokeswoman also earns $33,000 for every pound she loses.

If that isn’t enough to turn your stomach, it is also believed that Simpson could end up with another reality TV show about her time as a mom, a deal that would easily be worth upwards of $5 million.

One of Jessica Simpsons easiest deals could come from Weight Watchers which could push her endorsement up to $3 million. Weight Watchers typically pays stars $33,000 per pound lost and Simpson will have some baby weight she should be able to easily shed.

Simpson is also expected to sell Maxwell’s first baby photos however the Huffington Post believes those photos will go for a smaller $100,000 to $500,000 among, still not bad for a few photos of a newborn.

Simpson has never particularly been famous for her singing chops, her acting ability or her cunning, however when it comes to turning the most mundane moments of life into an enterprise I would argue that nobody has ever done so better than Jessica Simpson.

But Snooki is confident she’ll be able to control for the last, most uncomfortable and puffy days of pregnancy and not look… well, like a pregnant woman. (How many of us looked JUST like Jessica Simpson in the days and weeks before we became moms?)

Snooki, aka Nicole Polizzi, laughed at poor Jess in an interview, saying:

I would die if I were her size.”

Snooki sanctimoniously huffed:

“She said she indulged in everything that she wanted… I’m trying to each healthy- fruits, lots of jelly and Italian ices. Nothing fattening at all.”

Sarah Michelle Gellar and husband Freddie Prince Jr. are expecting their second child. The news was confirmed by PEOPLE, and a srouce tells the publication that the two are incredibly excited about the pregnancy. The unnamed source stated:

“She and Freddie are thrilled. They love their little girl more than anything in the world and know that love will only multiply. She is such a fantastic mom; it is just great news.”

The two originally met while filming horror film I Know What You Did Last Summer, and starting dating three years later. They were married in Mexico on September 1, 2002, and then welcomed their first daughter, Charlotte Grace, into the world in September of 2009.

Shortly after giving birth to her first daughter, Sarah Michelle Gellar told PEOPLE that:

“Becoming a parent is the most selfless act, and you need to be at a point in your life where you can give up anything and everything for a child.”

She went on to say that:

“You need to be at a point in your life where you can give up anything and everything for a child. Every day I look at her and I am in awe…the minute you have a baby, everyone asks, ‘When are you going to have another one?’ ”

The 35 year old actress said that she and hubby Prince Jr., 36, sometimes fight over who gets to stay home with Charlotte. Gellar stated that:

“He loves it. We fight over who gets to stay home. You’d think it would be the opposite, that the parents would be like, ‘No, I’ll go to work!’ but he’s like, ‘You stayed home for two years! It’s my turn!’”

Varvatos goes on to praise the Simpson-clan saying, “I just see that she’s going to be just like her parents. This is one wonderful family and one wonderful woman.”

Simpson has been quite the busy mommy to be in the last few months, giving magazine exclusives, talking to Ryan Seacrest, and working on NBC’s Fashion Star. Just a few weeks ago Simpson revealed that she can no longer wear heels because the bloating of her ankles and feet are too much for her.

Kourtney Kardashian is currently seven months pregnant with her second child, and the reality show fixture and second banana to Kim was snapped struggling to walk straight on a pair of sky-high Christian Louboutins in New York City’s Bryant Park before she was photographed mid-stumble by paparazzi.

Just before Kardashian’s near miss, she spoke to Us Weekly precisely about how hard it is to walk in spiky heels when knocked up. And she said that she’d just been having trouble managing being pregnant and wearing heels, telling the mag:

“It’s crazy. I almost did it yesterday morning for Easter, and then I was like, ‘I can’t. Sorry.’”

Kourtney Kardashian isn’t even the only celebrity to draw scrutiny by wearing heels when pregnant- Jessica Simpson, Victoria Beckham and Jersey Shore‘s Snooki have all worn heels during pregnancy that would be a challenge for a woman who isn’t pregnant to walk in. But doctors have warned against the practice, citing issues with posture as well as shifting centers of gravity- OB-GYN Catherine Lynch says:

“…as you get further along in the pregnancy you’ll probably want to go to a lower heel, because your center of gravity will be constantly changing and walking in heels will be harder to manage. Usually at about 25 weeks I recommend going to a lower heel, especially if you’re having a lot of back pain.”

Pediatrician Jennifer Shu also weighed in on the heels and pregnancy debate, saying even platforms pose a risk:

“Wearing high heels (even wide-based, clunky ones) is not a good idea during pregnancy. That’s because your weight increases and your body shape and center of gravity change, making you walk differently (and less steadily). A fall during pregnancy could hurt you and possibly your baby, so think twice before adding height to your growing girth.”

In her recent photo shoot for Elle Magazine Jessica Simpson appears naked with her arms and legs covering her private areas, however while no nudity is shown one grocery store retailer has chosen to censor the magazine.

A grocery store in Grand Canyon State decided one week ago to place a cardboard sign over the magazine with the word’s “PLEASE DO NOT REMOVE CARDBOARD” scribbled on the outside.

The censorship of the magazine was spotted by a local named Per Jezebel who snapped a photo of the censorship for proof that it existed.

The shoot was an homage to Demi Moore’s iconic photo shoot for Vanity Fair which she also shot naked while pregnant. It’s not clear at this time if that same grocery store chose to sensor Moore’s photo when it was revealed many years ago.

Were sure Jessica Simpson could care less about one grocery store owners choice to censor her work but it seems a little silly that her celebration of the pregnant female form would go hidden behind a piece of cardboard because of one owner’s dislike for the magazine’s cover art.

Well, if you thought you heard it all from sassy Texan Jessica Simpson over the duration of her pregnancy, think again.

The fashion consultant and sometimes-singer Jessica Simpson, 31, stopped by Ryan Secrest’s radio show earlier today to divulge in all the details of her pregnancy, including every TMI tidbit she had to share.

Just weeks away from giving birth Jessica talks about how she packed on the pounds and how she made the decision to go nude for Elle magazine. “I’m like 170 pounds and I wanted to pose nude. I try to be like 110 pounds. It’s funny to be at your heaviest and feel the most confident. I just take such pride in being a mom! I just love my body more than ever now.” However, Jessica also stated that she’s ready to carry her daughter “in my arms and not my belly.”

As for the nitty gritty on Simpson’s sex drive, she says she’s unstoppable. “I am definitely ‘feeling intimate’. I’m kind of unstoppable right now. The Big O is, like, the biggest O ever!” As for fiance and daddy to be Eric Johnson, Jessica tells listeners that “He’s always ready.”

Jessica Simpson’s big baby bump has caused some people to speculate that the star would be having twins, but last night on “The Tonight Show” Simpson put the rumors to rest.

Simpson said:

“I’m not having twins. I know it looks like it but it’s not twins… Labor is really going to hurt… I have so much respect for my mom and all the women across the world.”

Simpson, who will serve as NBC’s new fashion mentor on the show, “Fashion Star,” also stopped by “The Ellen Show” to talk about her pregnancy. Simpson said she was still a few weeks away from her due date but that she was already having contractions.

Simpson said:

“I had contractions last night and I freaked out a little bit. You know those Braxton Hicks things… It’s like these contractions that pregnant woman have towards the end. It prepares your body for delivery. I’m prepared. It’s scary. It’s like oh god, this can happen right now.”

Simpson’s pregnancy doesn’t seem to be slowing the star down at all. She has a new show, “Fashion Star,” which premiers tonight on NBC. And last week she posed nude on the cover of “Elle.”

CBS News reports that the show will be hosted by former supermodel Elle Macpherson. Jessica Simpson, Nicole Richie and designer John Varvatos will sit on the judges’ panel. “Fashion Star” will be unique because it will give the contestants a chance to get their clothes into stores like Macy’s, H&M, and Saks Fifth Avenue every week. If one of the retailers thinks that an item can sell, the clothes will be put in stores the day the episode airs.
