Jennifer Aniston thinks Botox makes women look “harder”.

The Hollywood star, who has previously confessed to having the skin-smoothing injections once before, but didn’t like the results. hates how it takes the character from people’s faces and leaves them expressionless.

She said, “You see women and you know they’re not young but you can’t tell how old they are. It makes them look harder. The warmth in their face goes away. It is not a good look.”

Instead of cosmetic surgery, the 40-year-old actress credits her youthful appearance and slim figure to a healthy diet.

Jennifer, whose ex-husband is Brad Pitt, insists it is vital to look good if you want to have a successful career on the big screen.

She explained, “I’m a realist. If I eat burgers and fries everyday I won’t get the parts I’m offered. I’d become a character actress, that might be fine one day but not right now. ”

Jennifer recently admitted she doesn’t pay any attention to how she looks.

She said, “I don’t think a lot about my physical appearance. It is what it is and I can’t control it. I pay attention to the extent that I put on clothes today, I decided which shoes to wear with them and I even combed my hair! But apart from that, I just feel I am what I am.”

Jennifer Aniston doesn’t mind being single because she loves her own company.

The Hollywood actress who hasn’t had a boyfriend since she was dumped by singer John Mayer earlier this year, is happy spending time on her own because she has a “great relationship” with herself.

She said, “I don’t think you can plan or control love. I think you have to just be willing to take what comes and however it comes, you know? I have a really great relationship with myself and that’s a lifelong process. I have a great job, a great family and great friends. I have my health and I love what I do.”

Meanwhile, the 40-year-old actress has confessed she didn’t warm to her character in new movie ‘Love Happens’.

Jennifer, who plays unlucky-in-love florist Eloise in the film opposite Aaron Eckhart’s widowed character, asked for the script to be rewritten so the story had a happy ending.

She explained to Britain’s Daily Mirror newspaper, “‘Love Happens’ is not your typical love story. It’s about two people who are embarking on a scary new beginning. Eloise is content with the choices she has made, but when she meets the self-help guru she sees an opportunity to fix something.

“There wasn’t a lot of depth to Eloise and you didn’t root for her. But it’s a beautiful idea that these two characters are out there fixing up other people but not really doing it for themselves. So the script was changed and it got to a really nice place eventually.”

Friends: The Movie in the works

The success of the Sex and the City movie is driving a new TV show reunion for the big screen: Friends: The Movie.

James Michael Tyler, who played Gunther in the series, spilled the beans, saying that David Schwimmer, Jennifer Aniston, Courteney Cox, Lisa Kudrow, Matt LeBlanc, and Matthew Perry are all returning.

“Friends: The Movie is definitely on. I still keep in touch with a lot of the cast and they say that they are really keen. I am definitely on board to do the film. I really loved my time on the show and I am looking forward to meeting up with the old gang again. I just hope we can do justice to the show in a film.”

Original series writers David Crane and Marta Kauffman have been signed to write the movie, according to News of the World.

“Everyone knew the story had to be right and well written. Getting the creators on board was a massive step forward for the project. The show did lose a lot of its shine in the last few seasons, but with the actors all in the forties it would be a real interest to see how their characters have developed.”

Friends: The Movie is scheduled for release mid 2011.

Jennifer Aniston Picked Vodka Over Dating A Mormon

Jennifer Aniston, the ‘Love Happens’ actress once dumped her Mormon partner because it would mean she’d have to give up drinking vodka.

Jennifer – who was married to Brad Pitt and has dated Vince Vaughn and John Mayer – said, “Mormons are fascinating… I dated a Mormon once.”

However, when she was told there would be “no vodka”, Jennifer changed her mind, saying, “Leave it at that.”

The former ‘Friends’ star who is rumored to be romancing her ‘The Bounty’ co-star Gerard Butler, has also given potential suitors advice on what drink to buy her at the bar.

She said in an interview for US TV programme ‘The Chelsea Handler Show’, “Vodka’s what I drink. That’s my drink of choice actually. It’s a clean, um, liquor, yes. You know, no sugar.”

Jennifer, 40, recently revealed she would consider having a child through artificial insemination.

She said, “I’m ready for anything. Bring it on. I wouldn’t rule anything out. It would not be my first choice though.”

Jennifer Aniston amazed crew on the set of the new movie, which also stars Gerard Butler, by getting up at 5am and running laps around New Jersey’s Monmouth Park racecourse, which is near where she has been shooting on location.

A source said: “She showed up every morning at 5am to run laps on the giant oval for a solid hour before cameras rolled.

“She’s really disciplined about keeping fit. She’d get there before everyone else and zip around that huge track like a winner!”

The 40-year-old actress’ main exercise is running and she prefers it to other fitness routines because it keeps her thighs and calves toned.

This is not the first time details of Jennifer’s early morning exercise schedule have been revealed.

Earlier this year, it was claimed she was getting up at 3am to ensure she still had time to work out and stick to her hectic shooting schedule for ‘The Bounty’.

A source said at the time: “Jennifer has had a totally overhaul for this film. She wants to be seriously fit, yet remain curvy.

“There are a lot of early starts on set, so she has had to get up at 3am to get two hours in the gym before getting ready for filming.”

Movie Review: Love Happens

Our response to the title of this romantic drama? True, but not between us and the movie.

Love Happens (which carried a working title of Brand New Day during production) is a character-driven tearjerker about two people who are the main obstacles to their own romantic relationship.

That’s because each feels that (s)he has met the right person but at the wrong time. No surprise there, when you consider that each has decided that any time is probably the wrong time.

Aaron Eckhart portrays Dr. Burke Ryan, the best-selling author and self-improvement guru whose specialty is helping people grieving to confront their pain and emotionally recover from the loss of a loved one.

Would that he, a widower still reeling from the death of his wife — which motivated him to write his best-selling self-help manual, “A-Okay” — could take his own advice.

He arrives in Seattle to face a sold-out getting-over-grief seminar audience and meets Eloise Chandler, played by Jennifer Aniston, a disillusioned floral designer and flower shop owner who works for the hotel hosting the seminar and who has just ended a problematic romantic relationship with yet another undependable man.

Over a long weekend, they struggle with their new beginning while trying to make sense of what has happened before.

Debuting director Brandon Camp (who wrote the screenplay for Dragonfly and whose father Joe created the dogged Benji franchise), co-wrote the screenplay with Mike Thompson. Their script is drenched in sadness and the film sustains that mood throughout, but there are just too many directions the narrative doesn’t quite go in and not nearly enough suspense of any kind along the way. The combination of abandoned plot strands, misleading indications, arbitrary personality quirks, unsurprising surprises, and overly familiar cliches eventually wears us down.

Aniston and Eckhart are charming and accomplished performers. But their chemistry here is minimal, and although their performances in underdeveloped roles are technically sound, the tug between their characters never presents itself in a way that makes us buy the relationship, even though we may root for it.

The supporting cast — including Martin Sheen as Burke’s angry father-in-law, Dan Fogler as Burke’s aggressive manager and publicist, Judy Greer as Eloise’s opinionated employee, and John Carroll Lynch as a reluctant grieving attendee — is competent enough. But although each has a moment or two to shine, none manages to shed much light on the main relationship, which is, after all, the point here.

LH is not an unpleasant viewing experience, but it’s not a rewarding one either. And what is unpleasant is the outrageous product placement throughout, which sometimes makes this weepie seem downright creepy.

Perhaps the most appropriate target audience are viewers actually dealing with grief who can embrace the film as a form of vicarious therapy and thus don’t have as much invested in its quality as drama.

Stuff happens in the not-quite-happening rom-dram, Love Happens, just not enough of the right stuff.

Jennifer Aniston’s new movie ‘Love Happens’ may be cancelled over plagiarism claims.

The romantic comedy – which also stars Aaron Eckhart – faces being pulled from release because screenwriters Greg Crowder and Tony Freitas have filed a lawsuit against NBC Universal.

The pair claim they showed a script titled ‘The Truth’ to Scott Bernstein in 2006, when he worked at Universal Pictures as the Vice President of Production.

In the federal lawsuit filed on Tuesday September 15, Crowder claims he met with Bernstein several times over the script but a deal wasn’t finalized despite the company’s interest.

The writer says he offered to rewrite the storyline if Universal would pay, but their offer was refused.

Crowder says he first became aware of the similarities in the plotline when another film company – who he submitted the script to earlier this year – told him they were “concerned” he had stolen the idea from Jennifer’s latest movie.

Crowder and Freitas have asked for the release of the movie to be stopped from its planned opening today September 18, or $100,000,000 in profits.

‘Love Happens’ depicts the story of a widower’s struggle to cope with new love after the loss of his spouse.

Despite the legal action, Aniston and Eckhart were all smiles as they hugged and posed for photographs on the red carpet for the film’s Los Angeles premiere at the Mann Village Theatre on September 15.

When asked if she would consider the process, she said: “I’m ready for anything. Bring it on. I wouldn’t rule anything out. It would not be my first choice though.”

Jennifer is currently preparing to star in ‘The Goree Girls’, a film about a group of prisoners who form a country and western band to get parole.

Despite expressing doubts about the quality of her vocals, Jennifer impressed new ‘American Idol’ judge Ellen DeGeneres with her singing skills.

After the talk show host begged her to sing on her programme, the embarrassed actress sang a few lines of ‘I’ve Got a Crush on You’ before admitting: “I’m absolutely mortified.”

However, Ellen said: “I would put you through to the next round.”

It seems Jennifer was lucky to be praised by Ellen – head judge Simon Cowell admitted he is expecting the comedienne to replace him as the show’s meanest panellist.

When asked if he expected her to be tougher than him, Simon told X17: “Yes. I do.”

Writers Sue Jennifer Aniston’s “Love Happens”

Jennifer Aniston’s next film might not see the light of day. Two screenwriters claim NBC Universal stole their script for “Love Happens,” Aniston’s upcoming film with Aaron Eckhart.

Greg Crowder and Tony Freitas filed a suit against the film production company on Tuesday, alleging that they gave their script, titled “The Truth,” to former Universal VP of Productions Scott Bernstein in 2006.

Crowder claims he had meetings with Bernstein about the script, but the VP told him that it needed a rewrite before Universal would buy it. The scribe insisted that he would only rewrite their work if the company paid them, but since Universal wasn’t willing to pay, the deal fell apart, TMZ reports.

The writer then submitted the script to another company, who told him they were concerned that he might have stolen the story from another existing project, Aniston and Eckhart’s “Love Happens.”

Crowder and Freitas are asking a judge to block Universal from releasing the film, which is scheduled to hit theaters on September 18. And if it gets released, they want share of the profit, which they estimate at over $100 million.

“Love Happens” tells the story of a widower (Eckhart), whose book about coping with loss turns him into a best-selling self-help guru. On a business trip to Seattle, he falls for a woman (Aniston) who attends one of his seminars, only to learn that he isn’t truly over his wife’s death.

She said: “Why does the romance leave relationships? I think it’s laziness. I really do. I think a good relationship is about collaboration. That’s the way to go in a relationship.”

The ‘Bounty’ actress also believes communication is the secret to a strong union, and believes most problems can be overcome if couples are vocal about what makes them unhappy.

She explained to Australia’s Harper’s Bazaar magazine: “I think you just need to talk to each other. Say what you need. Say what you want. That way it’s not threatening. You just need to say, ‘This is important to me.’ Don’t expect your mate to read your mind.”

This is not the first time Jennifer has publicly shared her relationship wisdom.

The actress has previously blasted women who do everything for their partner, but then complain they are taken for granted.

She said: “I think that’s because it’s just instinctual as a woman to be the caretaker of your home. Women complain that men don’t do enough, but it’s your own fault. You train your man to do nothing. You can’t blame someone for not knowing what his or her job should be if you don’t ask for it right off the bat.”

The former ‘Friends’ star and the Scottish actor look very happy together on set and seem relaxed in each other’s company.

Another source said: “The relationship is cool and sweet. They look like they’re in the beginning phase of a relationship that’s really nice.”

Meanwhile, Jennifer has told friends she doesn’t care her rumoured ex Bradley Cooper is dating Renee Zellweger.

The 40-year-old beauty reportedly dated the handsome actor earlier this year but is said to be over him.

A source said: “She didn’t care that he was enjoying being single and seeing other people. So is she. Now that Renee’s relationship has intensified, Jennifer is bored with the whole thing. She’s saying he can have her.

Gawker has an interesting post this morning proving that newspapers may have not quite lost their relevance yet.

One of the site’s bloggers pointed out a picture in today’s paper that appears to show the ex-Mrs. Pitt’s cash and prizes. In the snap, Aniston is on set, being shoved into a trunk by rumored beau Gerard Butler. The shot shows Jennifer, legs in the air, and apparently not wearing any panties.

Gawker describes the possible oopsie:

What is no laughing matter is, if you look really close, it looks like, well, Jen is smiling at the camera…and her face isn’t visible. Like a color commentator for the celebrity set, we have circled and blown up the offending area. While we’re no experts in these matters (we were initially distracted from her womanhood by Butler’s ass in the bent over position) it looks like we’re getting the whole kit and caboodle. This has got to be the first time we’ve gotten into an actress’ personal space getting into a car rather than out of one.

So can you really see Jennifer Aniston’s vagina? It’s definitely… ambiguous. Click through for a larger, unobscured version of the picture. Jennifer Aniston has won a parenting award – despite having no children

Jennifer Aniston and her father John were handed the iParenting Media Award in the 2009 Outstanding category for ‘Loukoumi’s Good Deeds’, the book they both narrate.

The tome is based on author Nick Katsoris’ cleaning woman Daisy, who worked with him for years and who gave him some gold cufflinks because he always said “good morning” to her.

The story follows the good deeds of Loukoumi the lamb and her friends Gus the Bear, Fistiki the Cat, Dean the Dog and Marika the Monkey.

Jennifer voices Daisy on the CD of the novel, which was released with the tome in April.

A sequel called ‘Loukoumi’s Gift’ will be available from October 24, which is National Make a Difference Day in America.

Proceeds from sales will go to Jennifer’s charity of choice, St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.

Meanwhile, Jennifer has revealed her pals enjoy visiting her because her kitchen is always crammed with good food.

She said: “My friends love coming over to my house, because they get fed. It’s the best restaurant in town!”

One of the 40-year-old actress’ chefs Jewels Elmore said: “Her friends are in and out all the time. Jennifer’s a homebody. It’s been so much fun to create a place where everybody feels comfortable, like one big family.”

She told Elle magazine: “I’m not going to ignore the pink elephant in the living room. It’s fine. I can take it. I am supportive of anybody who is in a place that’s not their strongest but is ready to push forward.

“If I’m the emblem for ‘this is what it looks like to be the lonely girl getting on with her life,’ so be it. I can make fun of myself. And I’ll bring it up as long as the world is bringing it up.”

The former ‘Friends’ star also revealed she has used humour to cope with personal heartbreak. She said: “My parents made each other laugh like nobody’s business. I put a lot of value in that at a very young age. I remember being seven and asking my mom if I was as pretty as my best friend Monique. And with all the love in the world, my mom looked at me and said, ‘Oh, honey, you’re so funny.’ So, she doesn’t lie to me – she answers the question by not answering and instead tells me what she thinks is my greatest strength.”

However, some events in her life – including when her father John Aniston left the family home when she was a child – proved too difficult to handle. Recalling one of her most traumatic experiences, Jennifer said: “My dad walking out and not seeing him for a year and not knowing where he was. I was trying to understand, ‘Where did that person go?’ “

Jennifer Aniston will take on the role of a 30-something woman who preys on younger men in romantic comedy ‘Pumas’.

The storyline will be based on two women who have a fondness for handsome, youthful guys but find their dating ideals challenged when they go on a French skiing vacation.

A ‘cougar’ is a slang term used to describe a predatory sexy older woman.

‘Pumas’ is not the only film Jennifer, 40, has signed up for.

The ‘Marley and Me’ beauty and her producing partners have secured the financing for upcoming film project ‘The Goree Girls’.

A source said: “Jennifer has finally signed on the dotted line to make ‘Goree Girls’ her next movie as both star and producer. She is gearing up to shoot this during the first eight weeks of 2010.”

‘Goree Girls’ is based on a true story about female inmates in a Texas prison who form the first ever all-women country act in the 1940s, and who are eventually granted pardons after becoming hugely popular.

Angelina Jolie tops Forbes top earning actresses list

Angelia Jolie raked in an impressive $27 million between June 2008 and June 2009 to top this years Forbes Magazine list of top earning actresses.

Angelina beat her partner Brad Pitt’s ex-wife Jennifer Aniston, who came second in the list with earnings of $25 million.

In a statement, the magazine said: “Much of Angelina’s earnings came from her share of the profits on ‘Wanted’, but she also scored a fat upfront cheque for ‘Salt’, an action film originally slated to star Tom Cruise, in which Jolie plays a CIA agent who is accused of being a Russian spy.”

‘Mamma Mia’ star Meryl Streep was placed third with an income of $24 million, while ‘Sex and the City’ actress Sarah Jessica Parker came fourth with $23 million in earnings.

Cameron Diaz was ranked fifth generating $20 million, while Reese Witherspoon and Sandra Bullock tied for sixth place after making $15 million each. Nicole Kidman and Drew Barrymore tied for eighth place, followed by Renee Zellweger.

The magazine compiled the list after speaking to agents, managers, producers and lawyers. Money earned from clothing, perfume or accessories lines was also taken into account.

As usual, the actresses earned significantly less than their male counterparts. This year’s top-earning actor Harrison Ford earned $65 million, $38 million more than Angelina. The top 10 actors earned a combined total of $393 million, compared with the actress’ earnings of $183 million.

Jennifer Aniston Collapses on “The Baster” Movie Set

According to several sources, Jennifer Aniston collapsed while filming her new movie “The Baster” in New York recently.

After working as much as 14 hours per day shooting her new movie, the stress and heavy work load are taking it’s toll on Aniston. One day last month she began to feel faint on the set, acting alarmed and nearly freaking out.

One source close to the filming says:

“She frantically yelled out, ‘I need a break!’ She said she felt dizzy and light-headed. She’s usually so calm. She rushed to her trailer to rest and collect herself, but she lost her balance and nearly keeled over. The collapse really shook Jen up. It was a wake-up call that she needs to slow down.”

Another source says Jennifer is feeling her biological clock ticking away. That, combined with her non-existant love life, has taken it’s toll emotionally:

“She’s upset that she’s 40 and all alone. Her love life is definitely causing her sleepless nights and stress.”

John Mayer moves on from Aniston, dating Scheana Marie Jancan

Fresh from a Twitter related break-up with Jennifer Aniston, John Mayer is reported to have taken up with Scheana Marie Jancan.

23-year-old Jancan is an occasional model who also managed to be a runner-up in a Hawaiian Tropic Pageant. Mayer is said to have met her at the Grand Havana Room in Beverly Hills where Jancan works as a waitress.

A source quoted in Star Magazine spilled the beans: “Scheana was shocked and thrilled when John asked her out. She has always thought he was hot, and she said yes right away, writing down her cell phone number on a napkin.They flirted the whole time, and he told her she was cute.”
