Howard Stern has been rumored as a judge for many of televisions top contestant driven reality TV shows and on Thursday yet another rumor sprung from the ashes. According to the Wall Street Journal the king of shock jock radio may soon be a judge on the hit talent series America’s Got Talent.

While Stern has left lucrative judging paydays on the table in the past the newspaper says NBC officials are very serious about hiring the shock jock and have even discussed moving America’s Got Talent from Los Angeles to New York just so Stern will come on-board.

If Stern accepts the offer he will reportedly be paid $15 million a year for his time spent on the show, money he will earn on top of his multi-million dollar Sirius XM paychecks.

If the rumor is true insiders say Stern would replace Piers Morgan who announced this week that he would be leaving the show to focus his efforts on his fledgling CNN program which he took over after Larry King retired.

At this time news of the Howard Stern judging choice is just a rumor and there’s no guarantee that he will accept the gig.

I understand that Stern has made more than half a billion dollars during his radio career but honestly why wouldn’t he take $15 million just to walk down the street from his apartment and host a show where he sits around and criticizes people like he already does so well.

Have you ever been in an accident? Robin Quivers, sidekick to Howard Stern was this weekend and unlike most of us who would just exchange insurance info or write down the other drivers license plate number and be on our way, she’s claims that she was “almost killed.”

According to Quivers she was the victim of a hit-and-run accident over the weekend near her home in New Jersey. She told Stern during an airing of their show:

“I was in a car accident,” while adding, “This guy came out of a parking lot or some kind of side street like a maniac and he lost control of his car and he hit me.”

Quivers went on to tell Stern that she was driving on New Jersey’s Route 9 when she tried to slow down but Crockett “spun around in a 360″ and then “backed up and drove off.”

For all the fuss about the incident, police in Barnaget Township, New Jersey found and ticketed Robert Crockett, 50, for slamming into her car on Sunday, while citing him for leaving the scene of an accident and charging him with reckless driving, failure to report an accident and operating an unregistered vehicle.

In the meantime based on Robin Quivers’ idea of “almost dying” I have nearly been killed on 5 occasions in my life, thankfully never when I was the driver, however I typically just told people “someone hit our car today” which seems a lot less dramatic but also probably wouldn’t play as well on a shock jock’s radio show. Don’t let Quivers fool you, she had plenty of time to carefully choose the words she used in her story. Regardless of how serious the situation may have actually been I’m glad she’s okay, I like Robin.

Earlier this week, our own James Johnson mulled whether Jesse James could have possibly handled the Sandra Bullock situation in a douchier way.

James appeared on Howard Stern and, in a quite ungentlemanly fashion, opined that reality show star Kat Von D outstripped Bullock in the sack. Crass, you may say, of James to further embarrass his Oscar-winning ex. But James wasn’t done spilling, going on CNN’s show with Piers Morgan to attempt to redeem his character in a most irredeemable way.

James told Morgan he should have walked out on Bullock before tomcatting around, instead of letting her walk out on his sorry ass:

“I should have did the honorable thing,” Jesse James tells CNN’s Piers Morgan. “I should have left her, you know? If I wanted to screw around, I should have, you know, ended it…”

“I’m 100% to blame,” continues James. “I take full accountability for my actions, you know? No one was holding a gun to my head to do what I did.”

However, reading the piece on CNN, it doesn’t seem James genuinely thinks he did anything wrong or disrespectful, and he adds that he and Bullock were “never friends.” He admits the pair no longer speak, which seems entirely reasonable on Bullock’s part under the circumstances.

The three time divorced (no surprise there) father of three was asked to compare Kat Von D to Sandra Bullock in bed to which he responded:

“Kat Von D. One hundred percent,” while adding, “She’s a vixen. If she cheated on me, I would forgive her and still love her.”

Wait, doesn’t that mean since Sandra Bullock wouldn’t forgive him for cheating that he’s the world’s worst lover…I think so.

Howard Stern announced on his show this morning that he has signed on to do an additional five years at Sirius XM radio, although the terms of his latest contract might not be as favorable as his original $500 million deal.

Stern didn’t go into cash money specifics about the deal on the air or on his website, only saying the terms of the renewed contract were “very fair.” Sirius XM’s CFO David Frear insinuated recently that high compensation packages like Stern’s would be up for re-negotiation soon, saying:

“At the time of the merger, we were in many long-term contracts… As they come up for renewal, we’ll have the opportunity to get more favorable economic terms there.”

Of the newly negotiated deal, Stern said:

“I have come to the conclusion that the real innovators, the real geniuses are the people here at Sirius,” he said. “I have signed a five-year contract to stay at Sirius.”

He also told listeners that he could say with “almost certainty” that he would not remain on the radio after his new contract expires.

Rapper Jay-Z has spoken out in defense of his much maligned friend Kanye West on the subject of both his outburst at a telethon to raise money for victims of Hurricane Katrina as well as his stunt interrupting Taylor’s Swift’s award acceptance to complain that Beyonce hadn’t won for her “Single Ladies” video.

Hova could have shown support for his boy a bit earlier, but he still spoke up in his characteristic, far-less-hyperbolic than Kanye manner on both issues this morning on Howard Stern’s radio show. In reference to Kanye’s “George Bush doesn’t care about black people” statement, Jay-Z says:

“It was bad timing, but it was absolutely an honest emotion. We all felt like that. We didn’t feel like Katrina was a natural disaster. We felt like it as an attack on black people. All you saw was black people on the roof with HELP signs. … White people felt like that.”

On the topic of Kanye’s behavior at the MTV Video Music Awards in 2009, Jay said:

“It’s bittersweet in a lot of ways,” he said about West’s interruption of Swift’s acceptance speech. “If we look back, everyone would agree that he was right. It was bad timing. It was not her fault. It’s not Taylor Swift’s fault. She didn’t nominate … she didn’t elect herself. She just sat there and she had a dream and she’s seeing that dream being realized, and he had the same dream, so he realizes that now. He was fighting for the integrity of the award, and he knows how hard he works on his videos. It was bad timing, but we agreed.”

Bush has said recently that Kanye’s dis was “one of the worst moments of his presidency.

The tragic story of child star Dana Plato has an even sadder addendum- her 25-year-old son Tyler Lambert has committed suicide.

Lambert’s death came almost eleven years to the day on which his mother took her life after years of hardship following her run on 80′s sitcom Diff’rent Strokes. Plato played the character of Kimberly Drummond, but failed to maintain the same level of success when the show ended. She appeared in an X-rated movie (Different Strokes: The Story of Jack and Jill…and Jill) had run-ins with the law for a robbery and drug related incidents, and served thirty days in jail.

On May 7th of 1996, Plato appeared on Howard Stern’s radio show, attracting a large amount of verbal abuse from callers. The next day, during a trip in the RV she lived in with her boyfriend, Plato was found dead in what was ultimately ruled to be a suicide. Sources say that Tyler Lambert never truly recovered from the trauma of his mother’s death:

The National Enquirer reports that Tyler was so obsessed by his mother that he recently honored her by getting teardrop tattoos on his face with her ashes added to the ink. He also had a tattoo on his forearm with his mother’s name…

His grandmother told the National Enquirer “Tyler wanted to be with his mother.”

Lambert died on May 6th, reportedly of a self-inflicted gunshot wound to the head.

In a shocking turn of events, Howard Stern has said something sort of racist, undeniably misogynistic and totally dick.

Stern, not known for his charitable feelings toward the fairer sex, blasted the praise heaped upon breakout actress Gabourey Sidibe on his show yesterday. For lack of a better term, Stern seems to think that Sidibe is a bit of a one trick pony, and won’t work again due to being “the size of a planet” and, ostensibly, “black.” (Someone should tell this year’s fat black Oscar winner Mo’Nique that fat black women don’t have futures in entertainment because she’s probably under the opposite impression, having won an Academy Award and all.)

Stern railed:

“There’s the most enormous, fat black chick I’ve ever seen. She is enormous. Everyone’s pretending she’s a part of show business and she’s never going to be in another movie,” he said. “She should have gotten the Best Actress award because she’s never going to have another shot. What movie is she gonna be in?”

Well, Howard, considering there are women in our society who are fat, black or both, perhaps she could portray one on the stage or screen? Yes, Sidibe doesn’t have the marketability of say, Jessica Alba, but “never going to have another shot” is a bit dramatic, isn’t it? Howard wasn’t the only Sidibe detractor though- formerly fat, still black Robin Quivers seemed to agree with Stern:

“And Oprah’s lying and saying you’re going to have a brilliant career,” said Robin.

“Oprah’s another liar, a filthy liar,” said Stern. “She’s telling an enormous woman the size of a planet that she’s going to have a career.”

Indeed! Where would Oprah get the preposterous notion that a black woman of size could ever become successful? That’s like saying a fat black lady could become the richest woman in our society, wield enormous influence over American women and cause books to sell out like they have crack cocaine embedded in the pages. Silly Oprah. What redonkulous claim will she make next, that a fat black woman could get a job as a sidekick to a cranky, misogynistic, plastic obsessed radio host with a giant ego? People are so delusional.

Web searches are off the hook today for Bunny Ranch hooker Cami Parker after a racy (and racist?) Howard Stern show interview which shook my basic belief that most things between consenting adults are a-okay.

Parker is undeniably mass-produced pretty, in the way manufactured homes and brand new malls can be pretty- although even in the product pics on her Bunny Ranch page, Cami looks like uncomfortable. As if she’s smiling through some kind of low level discomfort, like a blister or vagina-sand. Cami describes her “interests” in detail on her page:

I know homegirl has a product to sell, but watching Cathouse just makes me wish these women could do it in a way that’s not damaging to the rest of us that have to walk around in possession of breasts on a daily basis.

Girl of your dreams? Have you got a rainy day fund? Cami Parker also told Howard Stern that she’s auctioning her “other” virginity for a mere $25,000. While I’ve always vehemently thought prostitution should be legal, sex workers like this are just a whole bowl of wrong. Stern touched on a number of hilarious topics- dissing the Eminem/Baron Cohen stunt, Conan O’Brien, and receptionists stealing your radio show in part one.

In part two, Stern and Letterman traded barbs about their respective weddings- Stern rips Letterman for depriving his wife of a celebrity wedding and for “living on a farm in Montana.”

For part three, viewable below, Stern and Letterman discuss keeping Richard Simmons happy and answer some viewer questions. Stern gives some “personal advice” on what makes a happy marriage and divulges his secret on his newlywed strategy, which includes seeing a psychiatrist three times a week.

Stern goes on to critique Rush Limbaugh and dishes on his calling in life- “extracting sexual information from people.”

The account, at http://twitter.com/sternshow, has about 5200 followers as of this posting. The updates from Thursday morning (the first day any tweets were sent) aren’t exactly enlightening, though. Thus far, Howard Stern’s Twitter account has updates such as:

Alana Love — who, by her own accounts, is 20 years old and seven months pregnant — starting working at the Nevada “ranch” last week. She appeared on “The Howard Stern Show” Tuesday morning to discuss her decision.

The interview was decidedly Stern-like, with Howard commenting on how hot Love was and asking her to strip down. When asked how many men she had been intimate with, Love stated she’d only been with three men prior to her start at the Bunny Ranch. She also said her father was the mayor of her town growing up.

As for the child’s father, it appears he is not in the picture. Alana Love said he was only paying her $25 a month for child support. Stern, of course, didn’t leave it at that — he got the guy on the phone. The man claimed Love had been “sleeping with every guy she could find” and said he wouldn’t get any more involved until she had a DNA test.

Alana Love told Stern she plans to work at the Bunny Ranch through January. Her due date, oddly enough, is February 14.

Today was my first day at the ranch. I’ve always wanted to do this and when my baby comes, I think I will be able to give her a better life. I was really excited to start today. I know some people will be critical of my choice, but it’s my life. I am an adult. I’m not doing anything to harm my baby — and it’s legal.

I started my day by getting a tour of the ranch. After my tour, I went to my first lineup, where we girls line up and a customer comes in to choose one – or more haha – of us for a party . A nervous looking 27-year-old man came in and looked me up and down and picked me out of the line. I was more shocked than anything that I was picked. There are so many beautiful women. I took the man to a room with my beautiful friend Ashley and we had an amazing threesome. After the first hour, he kept rebooking and rebooking.
