Former reality TV star Heidi Montag has announced plans to write an autobiography.

News of Montag’s book comes after her and husband Spencer Pratt went broke while spending millions of dollars on plastic surgery, clothing and other pointless spending sprees.

The former “Hills” actress is expected to reveal shocking details about her marriage to Spencer Pratt, talk about the couples sex tape hoax and reveal details about her friendship with Lauren Conrad and what made it fall apart.

According to one insider:

“She’ll talk about the control that Spencer exerted over her, which forced her to make bad decisions that ultimately got her kicked off The Hills. A big chunk of the book will be about how Heidi befriended Lauren and how devastated she was when she ended up dumping her as her BFF. Maybe something positive will come out of it. She’s happy to have people read the full story and make up their own minds.”

Will you be picking up the Heidi Montag memoir? Considering she has spent most of her young life in front of the camera and when given the lies her and husband Spencer have admitted to I highly doubt anyone will take her seriously, regardless of what she reveals.

We all knew Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt wouldn’t be famous forever, after all they can’t act, can’t sing and after a while their entire persona was just plain annoying and now the married couple who are living in the same home as Spencer Pratt’s parents have opened up about their fame and inevitable downfall.

Speaking to the Daily Beast the couple say that their break-up, divorce petition and eventual reconciliation was all staged in a last ditch effort to regain their fame.

Spencer, 27, tells the publication:

‘At that point, we were pulling our last cards,’ while adding, ‘We felt the hot-air balloon losing its gas. And at that stage, our income would be selling the photo that would go along with the divorce.’

The fall was swift for the couple who use to receive thousands of dollars for staging paparazzi shoots then spent $2 million on Montag’s failed music career and $1 million on a wardrobe for Spencer.

The couple says that they no longer frequent top clubs in Hollywood but instead spend their time watching movies at home and eating Mexican Food, while Heidi says she regrets getting ten cosmetic surgeries in one day.

Perhaps if they couple didn’t act like spoiled little children their careers could have went the way of The Hills co-star Lauren Conrad who has launched several very successful business ventures.

Heidi Montag isn’t getting into trouble on her new reality show as she has in the past and probably for good reason Famous Food is about the cutthroat business of running a restaurant, not sunbathing and drinking with friends like her last TV appearances.

Speaking to MTV News Montag said of her time on the show:

“I really want to stay away from all of the drama,” while adding, ”And I just try to be like, ‘OK, let’s open a restaurant.’ “

Heidi does have a bit of experience over her fellow competitors, her parents were in the business when living in Colorado and she said of that experience:

“I grew up in the restaurant industry; my parents had a restaurant since I was 2 years old,” while adding, “There was nothing easy about ‘Famous Food.’ Really it was very difficult.”

In a recent interview with US Weekly magazine, 24 year old celebutante Heidi Montag revealed the secret to her 27-pound-lighter body- 14 hour-a-day workout routines.

“I’ve been working out from, like, 5 a.m. to 7 p.m. for two months now,” Montag told told the popular gossip magazine at a pool party in Las Vegas this weekend. “I’ve been working out really hard because I had this pool party and I was like, I have to be in shape. And I was actually a lot overweight. It was the most I’ve ever been because I’ve kind of been in hiding eating pie with my husband and puppies, so I needed to get back in shape.”

So what exactly was “a lot overweight” to the now 103 pound actress/model who became popular thanks to her role in MTV reality series The Hills?

A whopping 130 pounds, according to Montag, is what forced the change in her diet and lifestyle, which now includes a lot of running and weights.

In retrospect, Heidi- who is no stranger to ‘the knife,’ having undergone 10 cosmetic surgeries in 2009- admits that her previous methods for achieving the perfect bikini body were not the wisest.

“Sometimes I wish I could go back to the original Heidi,” she said. “I don’t want the biggest boobs in the world and, to be honest, I would take them out and downsize them but I don’t want to go under the knife again. I feel like I’m stuck with them now.”

Not even a year has passed since Fameball Heidi Montag got a dozen plastic surgeries at once and emerged looking like a partially melted Barbie doll.

But now Montag says the procedures were a mistake and that they helped break up her marriage to fellow attention whore Spencer Pratt. Montag did a “tell all” with a gossip magazine this week in which she says the effects of the multiple surgeries on her life are “heartbreaking”:

But now, she’s changed her mind, telling Life & Style that nine months after her last operation she is still in pain and that her body hasn’t gotten used to her new form: ‘I have major anxiety about it,’ she says. ‘ I was taking painkillers but they weren’t working so I stopped. It hurt.’

Montag says she is unable to hug her four dogs and is only able to wear special custom made clothing: ‘I’m obsessed with fitness but it’s impossible to work out with these boobs’ she says. ‘It’s heartbreaking. I can’t live an everyday life.’

Montag, whose divorce from Pratt will become final early next year, says her husband “begged” her not to get the procedures in the first place. She also indicates that she hopes to “downgrade” to D or DD sized breasts soon.

The sudden car crash death of plastic surgeon to the stars Dr. Frank Ryan yesterday was ruled today to be both due to blunt force trauma to the head… and Twitter?

Dr. Ryan’s last interactions with the world were immortalized, in two final tweets about a hike with his collie, Jill:

And while blunt force trauma was Dr. Ryan’s official cause of death, an ex-girlfriend says police believe that the high-profile doc- who treated patients such as Heidi Montag and Shauna Sand- may have been distracted by Twitter at the time of the fatal accident:

Charmaine Blake, who lived with Ryan for three years and had remained friends with him, told People magazine that Ryan’s family was told by investigators that Tweeting caused the wreck. Blake said Ryan was sending a Twitter message about his dog Jill when the crash occurred. The dog was in the car at the time but survived with head and paw injuries.

The California Highway Patrol has confirmed that Dr. Ryan was tweeting just before his death, but hasn’t officially said the two are related. Toxicology reports may take as long as eight weeks to be completed.

50-year-old Dr. Frank Ryan, plastic surgeon to Heidi Montag, Vince Neil and Janice Dickinson, died Monday after his Jeep went off the road in a “horrific crash.”

Just prior to the accident, Dr. Ryan was tweeting about hiking in Ventura County with his collie, Jill. Dr. Ryan tweeted twice:

The pet survived the collision, and was located in the ocean by the California Highway Patrol:

Ryan had gone for a hike with his dog just before he got back in his jeep. As RadarOnline.com previously reported, Ryan’s jeep careered of the side of Pacific Coast Highway at Deer Creek Road in Ventura County around 4:30 pm on Monday… His dog survived the accident, and was taken to a local vet hospital for treatment.

After the crash, Dr. Ryan was trapped in the Jeep and an attempt was made by first responders to evacuate him from the vehicle to treat the major head injuries he sustained in the crash. The attempt was unsuccessful, however, and the surgeon was pronounced dead at the scene.

An autopsy is scheduled today to determine the exact cause of Dr. Ryan’s death.

Heidi Montag and husband Spencer Pratt, who appeared on MTV’s The Hills and wed in 2009, have separated, a rep for Montag has confirmed.

Montag’s rep didn’t take the high road in announcing the split, either:

“Heidi is looking to move out due to all the fake bad press that Spencer controls.  She’s tired of it and is looking for a place and wants to focus on her acting career.”

The couple hasn’t created a massive impression of stability in the press, with Spencer publicly threatening to leave Heidi if she got pregnant and Montag’s admission that her plastic surgery addiction severely financially burdened the couple. The two also created a lot of drama on last summer’s I’m a Celebrity, Get Me Out Of Here, leaving the show several times amid claims Montag had fallen ill.

Montag has not yet discussed her marital issues on Twitter. She is reportedly seeking new digs in Malibu, and a source says the split was a long time coming.

Heidi Montag, the reality show participant who has heavily courted press attention due to her many plastic surgeries, claims to have undergone a procedure she calls a “back scoop.”

However, when pressed during a visit to On Air with Ryan Seacrest, Montag admits to having no idea what such surgery might actually entail:

In addition to familiar-sounding enhancements — nose, cheekbone and chin jobs, eyebrow lift, breast enlargement, fat injections — Montag said that she also “had my back scooped.”

When Ryan Seacrest asked her to clarify what a “back scoop” is, Montag replied, “I actually didn’t know. I might be the first one to try it. It carves out your back a little bit.”

Montag also disclosed that she extensively chronicled her many surgeries, and insinuated that the footage (she hopes) will be used some day in a future reality show. Montag told Seacrest that she’d like to be the “blonde Tomb Raider,” but also said that with her new “E or F” cup breasts, jogging and hugging are two activities in which she can no longer participate.

So what is “back scoop surgery”? As a medical esthetician who has worked with several cosmetic surgeons, I’ve never heard of a “back scoop” procedure. It might be possible to do liposuction on the area, but there doesn’t appear to be any surgery that remotely resembles a “back scoop.”

How romantic…

Reality TV douchenozzle Spencer Pratt told press that if wife Heidi gets pregnant, it’s all over. The 26-year-old star feels that he’s too immature to reproduce, and even seemed to address his missus’ veiled threat to get knocked up “accidentally” in the meantime. Heidi said:

“I think I’m ready… I think I was born ready. I’m very maternal. I’m very loving. I would be the best mom ever. [Spencer doesn't feel] quite the same, but maybe he just doesn’t know he wants kids yet. I think he never wants kids, but maybe I’ll have a surprise for him.”

Hmm… Heidi, for someone who’s so Christ-y, that doesn’t seem like a very Christian thing to do in your marriage. But Spencer won’t be falling for that babydaddy stuff. Regardless of what he promised in front of God and their families, if Heidi gets pregnant, she gets kicked to the curb. Spencer explains:

“What happens if she does? I told her there’s a divorce or adoption… If she’s not down with the adoption, I think it’s divorce.”

“Heidi is, like, trying to have a baby like it’s going to buy a new pair of Louis Vuittons. She’s really ready to start this family. She’s not playing. And that’s what I’m saying — you can’t sneak a baby.”

I think many people would agree that there’s probably not any point in our lifetimes where the world will “want,” as he refers to the possibility, a “Spencer Pratt spawn.” Still and all, even a vapid, vacillating irritant like Heidi doesn’t warrant that kind of treatment publicly.

According to People magazine:

“Heidi Pratt is definitely proud of her figure, flaunting it in string bikinis at the beach and even doing “some nudity,” for September’s Playboy cover. Now, The Hills star has plans to share her fitness secrets in The Heidi Workout. “Staying fit is something I’m really passionate about,” Pratt, who changed her last name from Montag after marrying Spencer Pratt, tells PEOPLE. “I work out with a strength-and-conditioning coach 90 minutes a day, five days a week.”

Now she’s planning to share the specifics of her routine of “full-body, intense resistance exercises” in a new downloadable workout series developed with trainer Chad Waterbury. The series features full-body conditioning exercises executed as rapidly as possible, “so you burn fat faster,” says Waterbury, who does both light and heavy weights (think 75-lb. kettlebells!) with Pratt to give her body “a hard look with a feminine shape.”

Today Show weatherman Al Roker has spoken about his interview Monday with Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt.

For those who missed it, Roker actually showed up other journalists by not going easy on a pair, who among other things claim they’re the most famous people in the world after Obama, and only in second place because Obama lives in the White House.

Roker stood by his interview, telling Today Show host Meredith Vieira that he “asked what a lot of people wanted to know” during the interview. In response to Spencer’s suggestion after the interview that he would have ripped Al’s “head off” except that he “was recently saved by Jesus,” Roker replied “I would have dumped him like a bag of dirt.”

Spencer Pratt and Heidi Montag (or is it Pratt….we’re not sure which she’s using) appeared on NBC’s Today show Monday morning (June 15) for a sit down interview post their disastrous performance on I’m a Celebrity, Get Me Out of Here.

Before the interview started, Speidi were forced to sit through an intro video that was not exactly kind to the couple, setting the scene for weatherman Al Roker to start asking the question.

Asked about their appearance, Heidi responded that “I’m not ashamed,” but Roker wasn’t willing to stop there, asking questions about whether Spencer was a jerk, whether the show was all a big act, and more. The best line was asking whether Speidi represent everything that’s wrong with celebrity culture in America.

In a post-interview interview, Spencer went on the attack, saying that “I’m still trying to figure out, was the weatherman asking us questions? I thought we were getting interviewed by Matt Lauer or something….we were thrown off that the weatherman was even trying to talk to Speidi….”

Heidi added, “I was shocked at how rude he was – I was crying afterwards because I couldn’t believe I felt personally attacked. I wanted to say to him, do you feel proud of how you’re talking to me right now?” Someone break out the violins….

Heidy Montag, who has been all over the celebrity gossip blogs lately because of the on again, off again drama with the reality show ‘I’m a Celebrity, Get Me Out of Here,’ then being rushed to hospital in Costa Rica for an ulcer, will adorn the pages of the September issue of Playboy.

A source told People:

“There is nudity. It’s tasteful – she had a lot of fun with it.”

Now all she needs to round up her career are a divorce or two and a secret sex tape of her to show up on the internet.

Holly Montag will be replacing her sister Heidi Pratt on the reality show “I’m a Celebrity, Get Me out of Here.”

Because of all the drama surrounding Heidi and Spencer Pratt with their “We’re doing the show – no we’re not – ok, we’ll do it…” nonsense, producers of the show had a replacement celeb lined up to take over in case anything more happened. RadarOnline reported last week that Holly Montag had flown to Costa Rica and was on standby in a luxury hotel, ready to teke the helm, and it appears to have been a smart move, since Heidi was rushed to hospital after an ulcer started acting up.

Always have a contingency plan when dealing with celebrities. They may need a body double at any time.

The producers of I’m a Celebrity, Get Me Out of Here have flatly denied allegations that Heidi Pratt (nee Montag) was denied food and drink on the set before she was admitted to hospital.

In a statement released to OK Magazine, ITV (who produce the show for NBC) said:

“ITV Studios, producers of the series, state that press reports at this time are untrue. ITV has been producing this format around the world for many years and the health of the celeb participants are of the utmost importance. A medic and a doctor are present at the location at all times for all participants. All allegations of the celebrities being deprived of food and water are completely untrue.”

In related news, Heidi’s admission to hospital has been attributed to a gastric ulcer. Notably the condition is usually caused by the taking of medicines (including aspirin, ibuprofen and naproxen), or through the use of tobacco, alcohol and caffeine. Which begs the question: how can Heidi’s condition be related to the show, because if she was starved, or as another report suggests, fed only water, rice and beans, none are regarded as triggers for a gastric ulcer.

Another report claims that Spencer Pratt is claiming to sue NBC over the incident. Good luck with that.

Despite having just publicly proclaimed her desire to eat a kangaroo’s penis in the name of quality reality TV programming, Heidi Montag and new husband Spencer Pratt apparently already want off I’m a Celebrity, Get Me Out of Here.

The aptly-named Pratts apparently took issue with the cuisine, accommodations and most shockingly, the celebrity status of other participants- including aging ex-supermodel Janice Dickinson, Baldwin-brother Stephen, former American Idol irritant Sanjaya and actor Lou Diamond Phillips.

NBC reality programming exec Paul Telegdy and a Diva-busting crisis team rushed to the set in Costa Rica in order to persuade the fickle D-listers to stick it out. Douchebagishly, Spencer whined that normally every meal he consumes costs “at least $40″ and the missus bemoaned a lack of “real celebrities like Kevin Federline,” according to an NBC source.

When asked why he chose to co-host I’m A Celebrity, Get Me Out Of Here, Damien Fahey honestly replied, “We’re not even getting paid for the show. We’re just doing it because we’re sadistic and want to see Spencer Pratt suffer.”

Who wouldn’t forgo a paycheck for that?

In the video, Pratt sings to an Iguana, and by that we aren’t talking about Heidi, who sort of moves around in the background through out the entire thing. Tech also gets a call out, with Twitter and iPhones all getting a plug.

There’s simply no other way to say this: I’m a Celebrity is possibly the worst piece of music ever created. Oh, and the video looks like it was shot and edited by a 12 year old boy.
