Director Guy Ritchie and his model girlfriend, Jacqui Ainsley, have just had a baby boy. Ritchie’s son doesn’t have a name yet, at least publicly, but a spokesman said that the baby was happy and healthy at a hospital in London.

Jacqui went into a labor a few days early and gave birth to her new boy via an emergency cesarean section at London’s Portland Hospital. Despite the surgery, Ainsley and the child are fine.

Ritchie’s Rep said:

“Mother and baby are doing well.”

People reports that Ritchie and Ainsley have been dating since 2010.

Ritchie reportedly called his ex-wife, Madonna, to deliver the news shortly after the delivery. Madonna, who also has a son with Ritchie, sent her congratulations to the couple and a big bouquet of flowers to the new mother.

Guy and Madonna had a messy divorce but they both seem to be warming back up to each other.

Madonna thanked Ritchie, and another former husband, Sean Penn, last week at the Venice Film Festival.

Madonna said:

“I was and am attracted to very creative people. That’s why I married Sean Penn and Guy Ritchie, two very talented directors, and they both encouraged me as a director and as a creative person to do what I did. They were both very supportive.”

According to Access Hollywood, Madonna and her son, 11-year-old Rocco, are scheduled to fly out to London in the next few weeks to meet Ritchie’s new son.

I grew up reading Sir Arthur Conan Doyle’s Sherlock Holmes and still have fond memories of seeing t he sun come up as I turned the last few pages of many of the classic tales. There has been many a movie and television rendition of Sherlock Holmes through the years but none of them – that I remember – ever depicted my childhood hero as an action star.

That could very well change with the upcoming release of of Guy Ritchie’s re-imaging of the character. Like Madonna, Guy Ritchie has also got back into the dating saddle. On a horse called Jemima Goldsmith. Jemima is famous for being a multi-multi million and for being the ex of Hugh Grant.

Others are saying that Guy Ritchie has a thing for rich hand-me-downs. We would never be that judgmental and besides, eventhough his movies are crap, surely the Madonna pay out would see him in chips and beer or is that beer and pies for a while.

Guy and Jemima were introduced by Uma Thurman’s fiancé, Arki Busson who is the ex of Elle McPherson. Keeping up so far? Excellent, there will be a test later.

E! says this new release is an attempt to “play down the exorbitant figures” of their settlement. Some think that Madonna was secretly getting back at Guy, and that Ritchie hit back at reported figures that were ”far too high.” 

The joint statement officially states “The financial details of the settlement will remain private, save to say that both of us are happy with our agreement.”

And on to the custody battle! Of course, they’ll be “happy” with whatever is decided– publicly, that is.

Madonna and Guy Ritchie have settled their divorce in what has been called “one of the largest payouts ever in a divorce settlement” by representative Liz Rosenberg. The payout, which is estimated to total “at least” 50 million pounds (76 million USD), dwarfs even that of Heather Mills’ settlement with Paul McCartney.

The two had an estimated joint worth of a staggering $525 million (Guy has a respectable fortune of his own totaling $35 million). Custody details for their children have yet to be released, but at least Guy’s got their London pub, The Punchbowl, and their country house in the bag right now!

Malawian official Penston Kilembe says the split with Guy, 40, means the adoption cannot be approved.
‘One fundamental condition in scrutinising adoptions is the connectedness of a family,’ he says.

The Child Services Director then goes on to suggest that Madonna could be responsible for the divorce? On Guy Ritchie’s payroll perhaps?

‘We can’t approve a child to go into a broken family because the divorce could be the result of the behaviour of the party trying to adopt. Madonna should forget this one.’

Madonna has gone totally high school! The Mirror ran a hilarious exclusive that describe Madonna’s text fights with Guy Ritchie– “dozens” of super-vindictive message, which The Mirror called “weird.” While he was working on his Sherlock Holmes film (and soulfully strumming his guitar?), Guy supposedly received a text that read “You’re going down,” which he then showed to all of the film crew.

I guess he’s used to it by now, although it’s said that he admitted that “[...] It’s not funny. Imagine what it was like living with her.” A source commented on Madge’s behavior, saying “She loves to wind Guy up and this is just another example of her oddball humour. He doesn’t take these things too seriously. If he did, it would drive him mad.”

If this is true, then I don’t blame Guy Ritchie for getting as far away from Madge as possible: according to The Sun, Madonna used a “marriage contract” to “control him.” It sounds weird, but it gets weirder:

It stated that Guy had to ‘work to enrich his wife’s emotional and spiritual wellbeing’ and ordered him to devote several hours a week to reading Kabbalah texts with Madge. It even had instructions on what words Guy should use during rows ‘to resolve conflicts in a constructive way.’”

It’s a joke, though, right? It sounds like something that would never be enforced (because it’s entirely too ridiculous), but one source even told The Sun that when Guy would deviate from said guidelines, Madonna would simply say “Contract, Guy, contract.”

Guy is probably the happiest guy ever right now. He’s learning to play the guitar and live without The Rules.

The Sun says early settlement comes after their daughter Lourdes pleased with them to be nice. An insider said that Madonna told the kids they will live with Mummy in New York but will see Daddy often.

Its unlike Madonna to to smoke anything, let alone a peace pipe. The report of peace also covers other rumours that Guy and Madge’s staff are being rounded up and being forced to choose sides.

Choosing sides is hard, Madonna is allegedly a control freak, and Guy Ritchie says being in bed with Madge is like cuddling up to a piece of gristle. Madonna said that Guy Ritchie is emotionally retarded. Will no one think of the kids?

We at the Inquisitr kind of like Ritchie though, he seems normal, he doesn’t get Kabbalah and sneaks his kids out for normal meals, including the odd meat pie and chips. I suspect when Madonna finds out, the daily contact Ritchie is hoping for might not eventuate.

Interestingly, Star had picked up on one of her recent concert declarations in which she said “In exactly 29 moves, the Queen will dump the King!” With 29 concerts left over in the States at the time of her announcement in New York, things are looking very not-coincidental.

The soon-to-be-divorced couple’s PR co., Freud Communications, released a statement that “Madonna and Guy Ritchie have agreed to divorce after 7 1/2 years of marriage, their representatives confirmed today.”

Is Madonna really on the outs with husband Guy Ritchie? The rumors are building up pretty fast, and soon they’re going to have to address information coming from more and more reputable sources, including recent tips that Guy went to New York City this weekend as a last-ditch attempt to save the marriage.

Judging from TMZ’s video this weekend, Madonna is not ready to admit anything, but oddly enough, sources leaked that Madonna plans to announce that the marriage is over in November. Meanwhile, I guess she’ll still be trying to get photographed with Guy to dispel current rumors.

Somehow, the denial issued by Ritchie’s mother that “no conversation about divorce because there is no divorce” isn’t really helping. I mean, who really tells their mother the intimate details about relationships, especially when they happen to be a grown man in the spotlight. Please!
