Baauer’s “Harlem Shake” is filling the 2013 void where PSY’s “Gangnam Style” and Carly Rae Jepsen’s “Call Me Maybe” existed in 2012. YouTube is awash with dozens of parody videos already, but the latest quite literally blows all of the others out of the water.

The University of Georgia men’s swim team made what is probably the best “Harlem Shake” video yet, filming the entire video underwater seated around a table while the designated “shaker” does his slow-mo routine while wearing a Stormtrooper mask.

Moms, if you ever wanted to know what kind of antics father and son get into when you’re out of town, the below viral video is a pretty good introduction.

Yes, when mom is away, the kids will play, and that goes double for the unique combination of young father and young son. At the perfect intersection of age, imagination, and good old-fashioned stay-up-all-night fun, dad Matt McClard dons a bike helmet and a bathrobe to dance the Harlem Shake with his young, enthusiastic son.

McClard’s video, uploaded to YouTube on February 7, has quickly gone viral with over 700,000 views as of this posting, and 11,000 “likes.”

“Mom was out, so uhm this happened,” McClard writes.

Out of over 1,000 comments, the Harlem Shake video has primarily been well-received among YouTubers, with comments like “Father of the year. Well done, sir. Well done,” being the most common.

Another point of fascination among viewers seems to be the reaction of the dog in the background (which I circled for you in the above image, because some commenters seem to have trouble finding it).

“lol the dog’s reaction is so damn funny XD,” writes a top commenter.

Violent video games aren’t just for young whipper snappers. In fact, an 84-year-old grandpa was recently introduced to Black Ops 2 and Halo 4, and it turns out that he LOVES violent video games.

The grandpa’s grandchildren didn’t expect him to react like he did, but thankfully they caught the entire thing on video.

Uploaded to YouTube on January 27, the video already has over 382,000 pageviews.

For the record, I love this grandpa’s “he he he” laugh.

For the past four months, Jose Barrientos, an Iraq War veteran turned stand-up comedian, has been faking a Mexican accent in his public speaking class. But earlier this month, he finally revealed to a room full of his shocked classmates that he had been pranking them the entire time.

Having enrolled in Speech 101 at the Los Angeles City College, Barrientos, decided to create an alter ego, and disguised himself as a new Mexican immigrant. This cover-up meant that Barrientos had to create a fake history and personality, which included a deep and undying love for the actor David Hasselhoff, plus a story that revolved around him riding a donkey to school every day in his native land.

However, Barrientos, recently decided to reveal to his school chums that it had all been a lie, but documented his ordeal in a Youtube video that has now gone viral. You can watch the footage at the foot of the page. Speaking to the Daily Mail website, Barrientos revealed, “It wasn’t planned, I was just sitting in class and I hadn’t talked to anyone yet. During the roll call, I decided to give it a try. It was a do or die moment. If I decided to do it, I know that I had to commit to it and I had to do it.”

We all know the “mom tone.” It puts the fear of God into even the coldest among us. But how does mom-scolding fare in the animal kingdom? Pretty well, according to a new viral video in which a woman shoos a bear off her deck.

A woman only known as “Nishanto” faces down a bear and lives to tell about it in a video uploaded to YouTube a few days back. The video, titled “The Bear Meets Nishanto,” has already gotten about 300,000 views as of this posting, and, after watching it, you’ll understand why.

In the video, a pretty large black bear curiously saunters through Nishanto’s back yard, working its way up to the porch. Whoever is taping the video apparently knows what’s coming, announcing “Nishanto, the bear’s here!” The bear slowly makes its way up the steps to the deck, when a seemingly meek looking woman — the titular Nishanto — emerges fearlessly from a screen door.

There isn’t a second’s pause, no beat of fear, in this lady’s walk. She pushes through the screen door like this type of thing happens all the time. Like she heard “Nishanto, the bear’s here!” and thought “Not on my watch” instead of the more rational “HIDE!”

At this point, she screams at this bear to get down off the porch and shoos him off with the mom-finger. The bear immediately jolts and starts to back down, eventually retreating away from the frustrated woman.

I don’t know if Nishanto is fearless or just plain frustrated with bears digging up her petunias, but, for some reason, I sleep better at night knowing she’s out there.

We here at The Inquisitr have what you might call a weak spot for cute and/or funny animal videos. So when a dog decides that trolley tracks are a perfectly good place to take a nap, well, we tend to take notice of that sort of thing.

In the video, the lazy pup plops down in the middle of some trolley tracks on the road and apparently decides to take a nap. If you notice, there are a couple of other dogs doing the same several feet away in the left side of the frame, though they picked an arguably safer spot for a nap: A parking space.

In any case, cars swerve to avoid the dog in the street, who was apparently banished by the other two. There’s just one problem: The oncoming trolley doesn’t have that option.

The trolley honks and slows to a stop as bystanders laugh. One woman decides to intervene, jogging over to the track where the dog and the trolley are locked in an intense stand-off. She tries to get the dog to move (if you can call standing next to it and “shoo-ing” it trying) but the dog just looks at her like she’s stupid.

She sort of gives up, the trolley’s operator steps off the train, and … well, why don’t you watch it?

Move over “David After Dentist”, we have a new anesthesia induced, viral video YouTube hit that has stolen our hearts and our laughter.

Luckily for us, just like “David After Dentist”‘s Dad, Chaddy’s mother was gracious enough to film the hilarious event from start to finish.

“Are we gonna have a fire tonight?” he asks his sisters.

“Well I don’t want to make it, because I think I’m kinda stoned,” proclaims the groggy teenager.

After asking for and quickly being denied for Panda Express, Chaddy then assures his mother she knows what’s best when it comes to what he should eat.

“You’re the mom, so you know what’s best,” Chaddy says.

The delusional young man continues his slurred speech as his father is on the phone. Quickly jumping onto the topic of money, Chaddy says, ”don’t spend lots of money, because we need to save our money for the Great Depression.”

Adding, “One day I’m gonna make like a million dollars, and I’m gonna buy you a new house. Cause’ the one we live in is nice, but I wanna get you and mom a nicer one for when you guys are old. We can put elevators in it for you! How does that sound? You just keep waiting, and I will buy you one.”

As more and more of these “dentist” video’s keep popping up, they never seem to get old. It really is a brand new experience with each drugged up one.

Residents of Portland, Maine got quite a treat Sunday night when local ABC affiliate WMTW news anchor Meghan Torjussen reached the sports segment of the late nights news cast.

For those tuning in and wandering about the score to game 4 of the Boston Celtics versus the Miami Heat, I think it’s safe to say that they either left more confused than when they tuned in, or they got a hearty laugh out of this clueless news anchors gaffe.

As the news cast flashes their sports introduction across the screen, Torjussen begins “”The Boston Celtics, hosting the Miami Heat in Boston for Game 4 of the Eastern Conference finals,” inexplicably continuing

“I guess the game just ended … it ended in a tie. This is what my producer is telling me right now.”

Admirably passing the blame on to her producer, the screen graphic then appears with the score “Miami 89, Boston 89″ with no other information to accompany it.

For those unfamiliar with Basketball, it’s simply not possible for a game to end in a tie. The next step would be sending the game into overtime, allowing five extra minutes for the game to find it’s conclusion.

Unfortunately for Meghan Torjussen, you can’t get them all right.

“Whoop, there you go,” Torjussen continued. “There’s the score, 89-89. Uh, went down to the wire, 21 seconds left, ended in a tie. … All right, let’s move on to professional baseball.”

The boyfriend, translators say, retorts with: “It’s like this each time we go shopping. I’m not buying this car for you!”

After she revs the engine and drives it back and forth in the showroom while screaming for a while, he finally relents, saying: “Stop, stop! I’ll buy it. I’ll buy it!”

I somehow suspect this guy will be working hard to gain back his friends’ respect now that the video is going viral.

The Mets Streaker

The man, identified as 29-year-old Craig Coakley, ran from the seats near first base in the middle of the fifth inning of the Mets-Brave game. He had “Let’s Go Mets” painted on his back, and — as a video seemingly made by him and his friends suggest — he may have been planning his “exhibition” all along.

“Right now, I’m about to make history,” a man who appears to be the Mets streaker states on the video. “I’m about to go be the first person to streak on Citi Field.”

Coakley was taken away by security guards. He’s been charged with trespassing and interfering with a sporting event.

You have to see this public access television clip it literally embodies the spirit of public access tv.  I am not sure whether its the supreme editing and camera work that makes it so special. I could be the wonderfully juxtaposed flowers, or the upbeat sunny natures of the singers, who don’t look at all like they have been yanked form the nearest trailer park and made to sing tell it to the mountain at gunpoint.

That last bit might of been a lie, but my lie probably didn’t make baby jesus cry as much as Henrietta and Merna’s singing did.

Eminem, Jenny from the Block and just about every other self styled gangsta rapper led us to believe that if you came from a trailer park and had faith in yourself then you really could have a music career.  Henrietta and Merna show us what a bunch of crap that really is.

An application that allows iPhone users to wobble a pair of woman’s breasts has been rejected by Apple’s application store, devastating thousands of geeks, for whom this might bt the closest they get..

The application was rejected on the grounds of “objectionable content”. See what you think, is this objectionable? (safe for work they are in a bikini and just jiggle)

Apple have encouraged the creators “to make the necessary changes so that iBoobs does not violate the iPhone SDK Agreement.”

The app was developed my Mystic Games Development, and it has been alleged is based on an old DOS version. We bet some iphone geeks would get repetitive strain injuries of the wrist with a an app like this.

Devin Harris looked like he was moving in to the Laker’s cheerleaders front line, and damn if he was going to get up.

The Laker girls didn’t quite know where to look as the massive Harris fell on them, and then seemed to want to hang around for a bit if a chat. For the record the Lakers won that game.

Meet Toby R Jones, entrepreneur and owner of Jones Big Ass Truck Rental and Storage. Mr Jones claim to fame is that he will store anything – “got weed? I don’t care” for the ridiculously low price of $10.99 (US) per month.

Apparently Mr Jones was a “street pharmaceutical sales rep in 2003″ before he saw his “Distribution Manager get shot”. He ended up in the Big Ass Truck Rental and Storage Business, through the obvious route of being a roadie for a rap group. When he was on tour he learned about realestate auctions, and bought a “big ass” warehouse for $1.

According to his website, Mr Jones’ mom is making t-shirts.

Now my momma’s been bugging me that I should be selling some t-shirts to promote my business. So she’s in the living room now making them and I need to know how many t-shirts she needs to make. We’ll get the designs soon but go ahead and drop me an electric email message.
