For those not familiar with Flock, the Flock browser is a pimped version of Firefox that delivers a range of social activities built into the browser out of the box. Flock already provides support for services such as YouTube, Blogger, Twitter and many others (although no FriendFeed, Plurk or other cutting edge/ newer services).

Now supported:

Digg: Flock users can now submit or ‘Digg’ news stories, videos, images or other Web content from any Web page by clicking a designated Digg button; track friends’ submissions and votes; and access the top five most popular stories on Digg.

Pownce: people using Pownce can share files and comment on them without opening up a separate webpage.

AOL Webmail: Flock users can now quickly and easily access their AOL email account, joining Gmail and Yahoo! Mail. When new emails arrive, the Flock Mail icon lights up to let Flock users know that new messages are waiting for them.

Flock has had more than 3.5 million downloads of its web browser, with around 70 percent of Flock users choosing Flock as their default browser.
