Donald Trump Loved Daughter’s Unforgettable Wedding

Donald Trump will never forget daughter Ivanka’s wedding day.

The ‘Apprentice’ host was a very proud father as he walked his girl down the aisle on Sunday October 25, as she married publisher Jared Kushner and he knows they will be very happy together.

He said, “It was a spectacular wedding and a day that I will always remember.

“Ivanka and Jared are an amazing couple – I know they will do great things together.”

The 27-year-old heiress’ representative added, “She was the most stunning bride.”

The blonde beauty wore a delicate Vera Wang wedding gown as she tied the knot at her father’s luxurious Trump National Gold Club in New Jersey in front of 500 friends and family.

Speaking before her nuptials, she wrote on Twitter, “Just finished a gorgeous hike. The leaves are spectacular and the sun is shining. Everything is simply perfect! I’m getting married today!”

The night before the wedding, the businesswoman-and-model spent the evening relaxing with a handful of her closest friends.

She wrote, “At a very casual ‘rehearsal’ dinner with friends… just five of my lady friends and me having a casual dinner and getting excited. Perfect!”

It seems pretty funny to me that Donald Trump gets such a free pass. No other guy in America could go on TV and call Rosie O’Donnell a fat pig and have virtually no one question that act. Worst than that many sports fans give The Donal a free pass when he played a large role in the demise of the old USFL.

Since there are rumors that the USFL is making a 2010 comeback with many original team names and owners one has to hope that Trump will not be among them. It was Trump who encouraged his fellow owners to sue the NFL, it was Trump that convinced these people that the NFL would settle and merge with the league much the way they had with the old AFL. It was Trump that convinced the USFL owners that they could turn their minimal investment in the USFL into highly profitable NFL franchises. In this respect Trump could not have been more wrong.

In the end he though that the NFL had an illegal monopoly of American Football on TV, in the end the Jury agreed with him. However Trump, and his fellow USFL owner forgot that Millionaire owners do not get a lot of sympathy from juries. In the end they were awarded 1 dollar in damages. Trump tried to get something for nothing and in the end got 1 dollar to split with his fellow owners.

Of course that is only one side of the story, the other is the USFL was a league that was terribly mismanaged. It had a weak central management system that allowed teams to violate salary cap rules, had owners that spent themselves out of revenue, and a few owner far to eager to fight the NFL in Court. Hopefully the new league will have learned its lesson from the old one.

Carrie Prejean Finally Stripped of the Miss California Crown

Carrie Prejean has finally been stripped of the Miss California crown.

Donald Trump and the Miss California camp have just issued a statement saying that Carrie Prejean has been fired from her Miss California position for violating her contract – “specifically for lending her famous face to outside organizations without getting permission from her handlers.”

Donald Trump said:

“I told Carrie she needed to get back to work and honor her contract with the Miss California USA Organization, and I gave her the opportunity to do so. Unfortunately, it just doesn’t look like it is going to happen. Carrie is a beautiful young woman and I wish her well as she pursues her other interests.”

Miss California runner-up Tami Farrell will now take on the role of Miss California USA and take over all of Carrie Prejean’s responsibilities, including appearance requests.

Donald Trump: Miss California Won’t Lose Her Crown

Carrie Prejean, the Miss California model who’s found herself in a world of controversy, will get to keep her crown. Donald Trump — who owns the Miss Universe Organization — announced today he would not pull Prejean’s title, despite the numerous calls for him to do so.

Donald Trump’s Miss California Ruling

At a press conference Tuesday morning, Trump announced: “Carrie will remain Miss California. We are in the 21st century.”

Trump went on to say that the organization had “really studied” the revealing photos that surfaced of Prejean earlier this month.

“We’ve made a determination that everything we’ve seen to date that she’s done — some were very beautiful, some were risqué — the pictures taken were acceptable, were fine, and in some cases were lovely pictures,” he said.

In response, Prejean thanked God for “trusting [her] with this large task and giving [her] the strength to stand by [her] beliefs.”

Carrie Prejean will keep her Miss California title through November, when a new winner is announced.

Donald Trump on Rihanna: “She’s A Loser For Going Back To Chris Brown!”

Donald Trump has always had an interesting outlook, but his latest missive is going to make him a new army of haters.

Trump told Inside Edition he would have “fired” Rihanna for going back to Brown.

“She better get the hell out,” he says. “If she goes back, she’s a loser and she doesn’t deserve to have any future success.”

Now I’m as shocked and dismayed as anyone that Rihanna has reunited with the man that beat the sh&t out of her, but this might be a little too harsh. A serious head reading might have been a fairer call, but loser? what do you think?

Trump Entertainment Bankruptcy: Third Time’s the Charm?

Trump Entertainment Resorts (TRMP) — the group of three New Jersey casino-hotels run by Donald Trump until last week — has just declared bankruptcy for the third time.

The Trump Bankruptcy

Trump Entertainment filed for Chapter 11 protection this week, just four days after Donald Trump resigned as chairman of the board on Friday. Trump’s name, however, is still listed as part of the company, reports indicate.

Trump reportedly resigned because the company shot down his offer to purchase the company and take it private. His daughter, Ivanka, stepped down at the same time, Bloomberg reports.

The Trump Entertainment Resorts bankruptcy filing indicates assets of $2.1 billion and debt of $1.74 billion as of the end of 2008.

Trump Entertainment Resorts: Past Problems

The Trump Entertainment casinos went through bankruptcy previously in 2004 and once before in the 90s. The company’s properties include the Trump Taj Mahal casino Resort, the Trump Plaza Hotel and Casino, and the Trump Marina Hotel Casino. The properties are expected to function normally during the current bankruptcy process.

Saint Donald Saves McMahon

Donald Trump announced that he would save Ed McMahon’s Beverly Hills mansion from foreclosure by buying it and leasing it back to McMahon.

Nice. I am deeply touched by his act.

It was just his way of adding another property under his portfolio, masquerading as a good deed. Or maybe, he really wanted to help the former sidekick of Johnny Carson. He has not worked for 18 months because of a neck injury, defaulting $4.8 million in mortgage loans.

Trump said that he does not personally know McMahon but he watches him every night when he was still studying in Wharton School of Business.

Since Trump is so selfless with this act even to someone that he does not personally know, I would like to invite him to save the one in every 464 household in the U.S. that received foreclosure filing last month.

By then, we can call him Saint Donald.
