After performing the “last song [she] wrote about love” at the Mohegan Sun casino, newly single Jennifer Lopez suffered an embarrassing bout of waterworks during her set.

Lopez did renditions of some prior hits, including “If You Had My Love” and launched into new song “Until It Beats No More” before the sobbing attack hit. The singer and fellow star Marc Anthony announced their split earlier this year, and the two are parents to twins Max and Emme. While most people who have been through a divorce can relate to the sudden onset of emotion, Lopez’s outburst still made headlines. But the singer was not ashamed, and explained and said that the audience’s reaction salved her pain:

“After I sang the song, I’m standing there, and I realized that I did bare a little bit of my thoughts in this song. I also acted it out, kind of, for the audience. The way they received it was very touching.”

Lopez said she feels that the moment made her more relatable to her fans:

“I think that they felt what I felt, which is, you know, I’m just a girl, just like everybody else, trying to find my way. I felt like they got that, and they understood it, and we were all like one at that moment.”

Lopez says the moment floored her, and she added:

“It was very, very touching. I think they felt that, and I felt it from them. It kind of overwhelmed me.”

The performance was to mark the 15th anniversary of the popular Connecticut casino.

Jennifer Lopez broke down on stage while performing at the Mohegan Sun’s 15th anniversary celebration on Saturday night when singing an acoustic rendition of her song “Until It Beats No More.”

After singing her hit single If You Had My Live Lopez introduced Until It Beats No More to her fans by saying:

“I’m going to sing you the last song I wrote about love.”

Lopez and Husband Marc Anthony recently split and during Saturday’s performance of the song a dancer who looked like Lopez danced with men who looked like her exes including Diddy, Cris Judd and Ben Affleck. For the final “couple” the two dancers performed a routine in the spotlight that mimicked the dance Lopez peformed with Marc Anthony during a May performance on American Idol. 

After the song ended Lopez told her fans “I took a trip down memory lane” and then she started crying as her crowd applauded.

Putting herself back into a better mood she showed her fans a picture of her twins Max and Emme, 3½, and proclaimed:

“There’s love – and then there’s love.”

The entire performance seemed to be touching tribute to the loves of her live, then again she’s also an actress. Do you believe her emotions on stage were real or an attempt to gain some publicity.

At least four concert goers at the Indiana State Fair are dead after the stage where the band Sugarland was suppose to perform this past Saturday collapsed.

The winds were reportedly between 60 to 70 miles per hour; and it is only because the band manager decided to hold everyone back in the underground pit of the stage after hearing about the severe weather warning that the country duo of Jennifer Nettles and Kristian Bush, along with the band members, weren’t among the reported 40 injured people.

Immediately following the stage collapse the band stagehands and techs jumped into the area of the collapse and helped rescue the injured.

Four concert attendees are reported to have died and another 40 taken to area hospitals. “It was a perfect blue sunny day until this, it’s just heartbreaking,” says the source, who adds that watching the video footage later was “surreal.”

A Sugarland staffer referred to the band’s tweet following the collapse, which read: “We are praying for our fans, and the people of Indianapolis. We hope you’ll join us. They need your strength.”

State police have said that the fair will be closed on Sunday but re-open Monday.

Sugarland concert stage at Indiana State Fair collapses killing 4 [Video] is a post from: The Inquisitr

One person was killed and three other were wounded when a gunman opened fire on a crowd of people at a George Clinton concert in Cleveland, Ohio.

The shootings took place right before 10pm on Saturday night and occurred during the eighth annual Unity in the Park festival.

No arrests have been made and a description of the shooter has not been provided to police. According to onlookers a fight had broken out among younger show visitors and a police spokesman wasn’t sure if they were involved in the incident.

“These were younger people, so we’re not sure,”  said the spokesperson, while they added, “George Clinton is an older (artist). We’re not going to speculate.”

The shooting involved a 16-year-old boy who died from a gunshot to the head, a 20-year-old female who was shot in the neck, a 14-year-old boy and a 23-year-old man who were both shot in the leg.

Anyone with information about the shooting are encouraged to call the Cleveland police department.

Poor Rihanna– she was giving a concert in a super-tight leather getup when she stumbled to the edge of the stage and passed out! Chris Brown managed to keep things together through “Umbrella,” even though his heart must have been *bursting* for his Lady Love. If you listen closely at the end of the vid, you can hear “paramedics!” being shouted. Sh*t.

Maybe she’s just so sick of the song that she had to make her escape, or maybe she’s pregnant! That’s it, she’s added to my list of celeb baby bump watches.
