Chris Brown is getting death threats, and they’ve gotten the attention of the Los Angeles Police Department.

Multiple threats against the R&B singer were reportedly phoned to the office of his attorney, Mark Geragos. TMZ reported that the called threatened to kill Brown, though specific details of the death threat were not reported.

Geragos took the Chris Brown death threats seriously and called the LAPD, which collected information about the menacing calls.

Chris Brown did not appear too phased by the death threats, at least publicly. He’s continued with appearances and his love life remains on the front page of tabloids. Since splitting up with on-again, off-again girlfriend Rihanna, Brown has been in contact with ex-flame Karrueche Tran.

The singer tweeted a birthday message, and in response Tran sent a picture from her birthday party last year, rubbing her rear end in Brown’s face.

With the picture, Tran included the message: “TBT my birthday last year. Who’s face am I gonna put my a** in this year? Lmao I’m kidding.”

Sources say that it appears to be Chris Brown who is pursuing Tran, possibly in an attempt to reunite.

“He’s been initiating contact with her, not the other way around,” A source told Hollywood Life.

Chris Brown has landed in some hot water after a mural on the side of his house frightened neighborhood children.

Some folks who live in the singer’s neighborhood said the painting has scared their kids. The artwork, which is done in the style of Los Angeles graffiti, is said to depict giant creatures with large eyes.

Since the Hollywood Hills is considered a nice place to live, many people are asking Chris Brown to remove the scary mural from the outside of his home. Authorities tend to agree with the singer’s neighbors; Brown was fined $376.32 after receiving several complaints from area residents.

Hollywood Dell Civic Association president Patti Negri isn’t a fan of the images on the side of Chris Brown’s house. He said the disturbing images have frightened many children who live in the neighborhood.

“There are lots of babies, lots of children, and they’re literally frightened. It’s like devils on the wall — big scary eyes and big scary teeth, and just the whole vibe is not what we’re used to,” he said.

Councilman Tom LaBonge also believes the musician should comply with the request to remove the mural. If Chris Brown fails to remove the offending artwork in a timely fashion, then he could face heftier fines than the one that has already been issued.

“But that is not for a home of this nature. I am a strong voice for the community and in this case, the community has spoken,” LaBonge explained. “I certainly hope Mr. Brown complies and takes them down.”

Attorney Mark Geragos believes that Chris Brown’s neighbors are essentially trying to “suspend the First Amendment.” He said the rapper intends to fight the citation that requires the mural to be removed within 30 days. Geragos described the neighbors’ behavior in the matter as “harassing.”

Rihanna and Chris Brown don’t seem to be finished with each other, at least when it comes to taking veiled potshots in social media. Rihanna posted a message to Instagram very early this morning that seemed to be directly aimed at her soured and sometimes violent relationship with Brown: “If I drop all of my hoes for you and we still don’t work out you owe me some hoes.”

Mm-kay. Well, that’s special. But the  fans loved the jab and responded with comments like “LMAO” and “LOL.”

In fact, they may have even egged her on a little. A little while later she tweeted a link to another Instagram, which showed her out and about, looking absolutely terrific without the troubled Chris Brown anywhere to bother her.

As a fan posted in response to that photo, “cb is a dumb ass. Your fans love you, stay strong.” Other fans said things like “fabulous,” “nice haircut,” and “Yaassss, I love this picture.”

So who needs Mr. Brown?

Well, he may or may not realize that he screwed up something special. A short while ago, Chris Brown apparently decided to fire back on Twitter with the terse statement: “She’s not mine if she’s everybody else’s.” Sounds like there could be a jealousy thing going on.

Of course, everybody’s being very cagey and not naming any names. So maybe these tweets are just random jabs aimed at who-knows-who. Read ‘em yourself and decide for yourself.

As previously reported by The Inquisitr, the Chris Brown, Rihanna breakup was confirmed by Chris Brown himself and friends of Rihanna.

Chris confirmed the breakup with Rihanna during an interview with ‘The Kyle and Jackie Show’ on 2Day radio station. When asked why Rihanna was absent at his recent birthday bash Chris Brown indicated he was back to being single:

“I’ll just put it like this, one thing I always want to do is never disrespect nobody or put nobody down. The way I look at it is that I am always gonna love that person and people have different wants and needs.  At the end of the day, she’s a young girl. I can’t really be focused on wifing someone that young. And I’m young too so I can’t focus on that right now. I gotta step forward and be a man and be the best Chris Brown I can be instead of worrying about whoever else is gonna be on my side pocket.”

Considering that Chris Brown is actually younger than Rihanna, that seems a fairly odd comment to make.

The Chris Brown, Rihanna breakup might have been the point of some comments made by Rihanna before singing the song What Now. Rihanna said:

“How many of you are in love? How many of you hate love? How many of you don’t f––ing understand it? I’m in that group.”

The lyrics to What Now begin this way: “I’ve been ignoring this big lump in my throat/I shouldn’t be crying, tears were for the weaker days/I’m stronger, now what, so I say/But something’s missing.”

Chris Brown has acknowledged his most recent breakup with Rihanna, confirming that the volatile on-again, off-again pair were off-again as of now.

Chris Brown and Rihanna have a famously tumultuous pairing, culminating in a violent 2009 incident in which the R&B singer was arrested for violently attacking the Umbrella singer and physically injuring her.

Brown has resented the negative publicity for some time now, frequently whining that no one has forgotten his brutal outburst.

But now it seems Team Breezy can rejoice in their hero being back on the market, as he dished about his ostensible split from Rihanna to an Aussie radio show.

Speaking on The Kyle and Jackie Show, Brown says that he will always have affection for Rihanna — but he seems to indicate that for now, he’s playing the field.

Brown mused:

“I’mma do it solo. I mean, at the end of the day, shawty doing her own thang, she on the road. It’s always gonna be love. I’m a grown man, just gotta fast forward … I’m always gonna love that person. I cant be focused on wife-ing someone that young. I need to be the best Chris Brown I can be.”

And while Brown was spotted out with another former flame, Karrueche Tran, Yahoo says he eschewed her company for that of random women:

“He didn’t appear to be paying much attention to her and was partying around a lot of girls.”

A friend of Rihanna’s appears to confirm the Chris Brown split, saying of the pair’s relationship status:

“Of course tomorrow they could be all over each other again, but for now she’s done and just living her life and touring. It’s how it always is.”

If history is any indication, however, it doesn’t seem that Chris Brown and Rihanna are able to quit each other — at least not for very long.

Chris Brown On Rihanna Split: ‘Can’t Focus On Wife-ing Her’ is a post from: The Inquisitr

Karrueche Tran was spotted with ex-boyfriend Chris Brown at the singer’s 24th birthday party on Friday.

If Tran’s name isn’t immediately familiar with you, then chances are you don’t follow Brown’s personal life very closely. Karrueche and Chris previously dated before he famously hooked up with fellow singer Rihanna.

However, Brown’s current romantic interest is touring the country at the moment. This ultimately prevented Rihanna from attending her beau’s birthday celebration on Friday.

Anonymous sources explained to Us Weekly that Karrueche Tran arrived with Chris Brown’s entourage at the Emerson Theatre in Hollywood. Although she was spotted at his table during the first part of the evening, she later disappeared with another group.

“She didn’t look very happy. He didn’t appear to be paying much attention to her and was partying around a lot of girls,” the insider explained.

Chris Brown apparently likes to celebrate his birthday for as long as possible. The singer has attended festivities around the country since last week. Brown reportedly showed up in Los Angeles, Las Vegas, and New York to celebrate his May 5 birthday.

Following his celebration at the Emerson Theatre in Hollywood on Friday, the singer was expected to show up at the 1 Oak Nightclub inside the Mirage in Las Vegas on Saturday evening. It’s unclear if Karrueche Tran attended this particular event as well.

Rumors have been swirling about the status of Chris Brown and Rihanna’s relationship after he was spotted at his birthday party with his ex-girlfriend in tow. Adding fuel to all of this speculation is the fact that Rihanna has yet to mention Brown’s birthday on any of her social media accounts.

According to Chris Brown’s father, Rihanna isn’t grounded or logical enough for his son, which is why their relationship will ultimately end in tragedy … again.

Clinton Brown, father to 23-year-old R&B entertainer (and aspiring pugilist) Chris Brown, told the New York Daily News that he hopes his son’s relationship with Rihanna doesn’t last. The 48-year-old said that he wasn’t thrilled to learn that they had reunited, and would prefer his son to stay away from RiRi for good.

“I personally really didn’t want him and Rihanna back together,” he said. “You have to have a balance in a relationship. You have to have someone who is spontaneous and whimsical but you also have to have someone who is grounded and logical.”

And Rihanna is not that girl for Chris Brown.

Chris Brown and Rihanna 1.0 ended in 2009 when he brutally beat the Barbadian singer before the Grammy Awards. They rekindled the flame late last year, inspiring criticism from just about everywhere. Brown is unquestionably to blame for the 2009 beating, but many fans and media figures found Rihanna at fault for going back.

And it’s all going to end in tragedy yet again, according to the elder Brown.

“I hate to use examples, but Michael Jackson, Whitney Houston and Amy Winehouse — I mean I could go on and on!” he noted.

So which girlfriend did Clinton prefer for his son? He said that he liked American Idol alum Jordin Sparks, who collaborated with Brown on “Shortie Like Mine.” He also liked Karrueche Tran, Brown’s girlfriend after Rihanna.

“I liked her a lot. They seemed to get on terrifically,” he said of Tran. “Whenever she was around me, the quiet, meek, accommodating, respectful image is what she portrayed.”

He also added that Rihanna “was very respectful and polite as well.”

Chris Brown’s Father Says Rihanna Relationship Will End In Tragedy … Again is a post from: The Inquisitr

Will.i.am admitted to accidentally ripping off a house music dance track from artists Matt Zo and Arty. The track that the Black Eyed Peas front man apparently grabbed was for his new song, Let’s Go.

The song is actually a collaboration with Chris Brown. When it went online last week, Arty claimed that the singers had performed copyright infringement because of how similar Let’s Go was to his own work Rebound.

Will.i.am admits to using the song after originally remaining silent by saying “Arty is a dope producer so I wrote this song to ‘Rebound’ this last year.”

The Black Eyed Peas member went on to say that he had originally changed the tune enough for his own song that it really didn’t sound all that similar.

Something changed in the last year and he decided to go back to the original track. The Delorean driving rapper and singer then said that he thought the right people were contacted in order to get their permission to use music.

For their part, neither Arty, collaborator Matt Zo or Anjunabeats CEO Jono Grant say that they were ever contacted about sampling Rebound.

The group actually said that  no one from Interscope, which is Will’s label had ever reached out to them about the song at all.

Arty said that they had heard the offending track once it was released to the general public. It doesn’t appear that the apology, or explanation of sampling the track has really been accepted or believed.

Chris Brown, who has largely managed to stay above the fray on this, claimed that he really didn’t have an opinion. Rihanna’s on again, off again boyfriend said that he doesn’t even listen to songs that he lends his vocals to anyway.

Rihanna rumors have the internet in a tailspin after the pop singer cancelled a fourth stop on her Diamonds tour earlier this week. She backed out of a Houston show on Monday, a Dallas concert on April 12, and two other scheduled performances back in March.

Last month her representatives told TMZ that she had a throat infection. It was the end of flu season, so the claim wasn’t too weird.

However, the infection seems to have gone on for an awful long time.

And another gossip site, Hollywood Life, published a photograph that they said showed Rihanna leaving a doctor’s office in Beverly Hills on Tuesday. She was making a gesture that could be construed as being protective of her stomach — admittedly odd for a throat infection.

When a young woman is sick to her stomach, then it’s a given that some people will guess that she’s pregnant. And, indeed, many of the Rihanna rumors running wild are claiming that she’s having a baby with on-again, off-again erstwhile girlfriend beater Chris Brown.

However, there’s another rumor swirling — that she partied a little too hard in Vegas and let down her fans further down the line. Rihanna has posted some perhaps ill-advised photos and comments to Instagram, and a lot of people have left some pretty peeved-off posts as a result. Much of the language used both to attack and defend Rihanna for the no-shows can’t really be described in a family publication.

However, one angry fan left a message that we can pass on:

“Stop cancelling your shows. You weren’t sick when u were getting high at Coachella.”

Drake has taken more swipes at Chris Brown, reminding his rival, “The woman [you] love fell into my lap.”

Drake and Brown, who previously brawled in a New York nightclub, have been keeping up a war of words for the past few months.

After Brown used Young Jeezy’s song “R.I.P” to urge Drake to “come out the closet,” Drake returned fire when he appeared on East Village Radio’s “Keep It Thoro” show. Speaking to host Elliot Wilson, Drake said:

“Don’t ask me s**t about that man when I come up there. Leave that man alone. Stop preying on his insecurities. His insecurities are the fact that I make better music than him. I’m more poppin’ than him.”

Rihanna, a common subject in Drake’s goading, came up again when the rapper said:

“At one point in life, the woman that he loves fell into my lap. I did what a real n***a would do and treated her with respect. She’s not up there talking down on me.”

Just to show he wasn’t obsessed or anything, the 26-year-old rapper then attacked Brown’s musical skills again:

“I don’t want to hear that man rap. Nobody wants to hear me rap against him. I really do this s**t. Let him put out that, whatever, ‘Project X’ or whatever he’s working on and I’m going to put out that real s**t for the people. Nothing good can come out of that situation.”

Drake then said he wasn’t dwelling on his tiff with Brown:

“I’m not thinking about that man at all, or that girl, straight up. My life has moved on.”

Chris Brown kept his response to Drake’s barbs brief, tweeting just three letters:

Last June, Brown and Drake (and their two entourages) brawled in New York’s SoHo club after Drake allegedly sent Brown a note that read, “I’m f**king the love of your life.” The not-so-subtle reference to Rihanna didn’t go down well with Brown, and the two were soon engaging in fisticuffs.

For Rihanna and Chris Brown the course of true love hasn’t exactly been smooth.

The Bajan singer was assaulted by Brown in 2009 and their relationship came to an end. Fast forward past her Oprah Winfrey interview and the couple were reunited by September last year.

Recently however, trouble has visited Breezy and RiRi’s brand of paradise, with reports that the pair had ended their rekindled romance after an evening out at an L.A. club on April 8. Brown was reportedly chatting to a blonde woman but as it turned out it was an innocent exchange.

The blonde in question, Kesha Kimball, told TMZ:

“I am always Chris’ waitress … Nothing has ever happened. I just work there. In the photos, he was handing me a bottle to drink out of. Of course people are going to twist it another way. I don’t go for black guys.”

She added: “Whatever is going on between Rihanna and Chris Brown is between them. I’m not trying to be a home wrecker.”

Since then, Rihanna sparked more rumors that all is not well in her relationship when she spoke to the crowd at her Los Angeles concert on Monday night.

“How many of you are in love? How many of you hate love? How many of you don’t f––ing understand it?” Rihanna told the Staples Center audience while on stage, before singing “What Now.”

“I’m in that group,” she declared.

In case that isn’t enough of a clue on how the Unapologetic singer was feeling, the lyrics to “What Now” begin:

“I’ve been ignoring this big lump in my throat/I shouldn’t be crying, tears were for the weaker days/I’m stronger, now what, so I say/But something’s missing.”

But for those that weren’t exactly singing it from the rooftops when Brown and Rihanna got back together, don’t count the couple out just yet.

Following her stage admission, the “Diamonds” singer posted a photo of her and Brown to Twitter on Wednesday.

In it, the pair can be seen enjoying the L.A sunshine, with Rihanna resting her head on Brown while he drives a convertible.

Laughing at her ‘crazy-in-love’ hair, the 24-year-old captioned another shot:

“This s*** look like a toupee.”

Rihanna and Brown reportedly then went on shopping together after meeting up with RiRi’s best frriend Melissa Forde.

So, it seems like it’s back on for the tempestuous twosome. Until, of course, next time.

Rihanna and Chris Brown have reportedly ended their rekindled romance, but it also seems that, no matter what happens, the pair can’t seem to quit one another.

Rihanna and Chris Brown famously split after he assaulted her several years back, but, eventually, the couple tentatively began to contact, see, and date one another.

Rihanna received a significant amount of criticism for returning to the man who’d harmed her, and Brown’s public image has never fully recovered from the incident — despite his frustration and seemingly feeling as if he’s suffered enough for his taboo transgression.

TMZ spies snapped and papped Rihanna out clubbing in L.A. last night after her alleged latest Chris Brown split, puffing the magic dragon openly in a venue. The site says Rih was “ripping a fat blunt inside a Hollywood nightclub early Monday morning,” adding:

“Sources inside Greystone Manor nightclub tell us, Rihanna arrived around 1am with her assistant and security guard … and pretty much kept to herself. She left an hour or so later.”

The site had reported earlier that a “mystery blonde” got between Rihanna and Chris Brown, but later spoke to the woman — who not only denied seeing Brown, but also dating any black men in general? Really, that’s what she said:

“I am always Chris’ waitress. I know him and am friends with his friends. Nothing has ever happened. I just work there. In the photos, he was handing me a bottle to drink out of. Of course people are going to twist it another way. I don’t go for black guys.”

The woman, Keisha Kimball, added:

“Whatever is going on between Rihanna and Chris Brown is between them. I’m not trying to be a home wrecker.”

In the realm of celeb gossip, however, it’s expected that Rihanna will take up with her on-again, off-again beau in short order.

Rihanna, Chris Brown Reportedly Split, Surprising No One is a post from: The Inquisitr

Chris Brown’s court troubles never seem to end. The R&B singer found himself in front of a Los Angeles judge on Friday, where he was told that he will be expected to attend a follow-up hearing on June 10.

At issue? There are lingering rumors that he misreported his community service, filing false claims that he cleaned stables, scrubbed floors, and performed other not-too-glamorous tasks in Virgina. Los Angeles County isn’t convinced that he actually completed his legal obligations, and there are rumors that he may be required to return for more — this time in Los Angeles.

Richmond, VA police chief Bryan Norwood has already resigned from his job in the wake of the investigation into whether or not Brown really did all the work he said he did. Norwood is the official who signed off on the paperwork stating that Chris Brown had finished the 180 days (1,440 hours) of required community service.

But the Los Angeles County court thinks that Chris Brown’s documents are either sloppy or downright fraudulent, according to a motion filed by L.A. County prosecutors in February.

Just one example from a previous The Inquisitr report by Page Mackinley: “Brown claimed he picked up trash in Richmond between 9 am and 5 pm on December 12, 2011. But LA prosecutors say the Department of Homeland Security can provide evidence that Brown cleared customs at Dulles International Airport, some 120 miles away, at 6.44 am that day, after landing from Dubai.” And there’s a whole lot more.

Unless you’ve been living on Mars, you probably already know that Brown was ordered to perform the community service as a result of a 2009 assault on his celebrity girlfriend Rihanna. He has since called the attack his “greatest regret.”

Rihanna actually appeared at the February hearing to offer support, but she wasn’t to be seen in court on Friday.

While the two stars are reconciled, at least for the moment, it’s an open question whether she’ll be there for Chris Brown’s June 10 court date.

Chris Brown Court Trouble Over Questionable Community Service Claims is a post from: The Inquisitr

Justin Bieber’s ongoing media roasting and legal issues aren’t things most will experience, but to Chris Brown it’s ‘been there, definitely done that’ and he is now showing some support for the embattled Canadian.

Ostensibly plugging his upcoming album X and new single “Fine China,” the 23-year-old recently spoke with Power 105.1 FM’s The Breakfast Club.

During the discussion, Brown talked about Bieber’s much debated behavior and bad press and said he understood what the 19-year-old was going through.

“With him [Bieber] it’s a case of how I feel. It’s being young, having limitless amount of income for whatever you want to do as a young guy. And then, at the same time, you don’t have nobody that’s gonna say, ‘Hey, bruh, you look whack right now.’”

Most will remember that Brown brutally assaulted his then, and now, girlfriend Rihanna in 2009. Subsequently put on probation and given a community labor sentence — now disputed by the L.A County District’s Office — the Virginia native had some strong words on how race factors into media narratives.

Referring to some of the current opinions (US mostly) floating that blame Lil Twist and Lil Za for Bieber’s troubles, Brown continued:

“I feel like the mainstream media, and I don’t care I ain’t in it but this my own [what] I’m going say about it. I just feel like they’re gonna target the little black boys around him [Bieber] and say, ‘Hey, so this is why he’s doing it. I’m damn sure glad I’m not around!”

He added: “I pray for him [Bieber] I pray for myself. I think we both go through it because we’re great artists. He’s a big artist to his fans and everybody, you know? He’s like Baby Elvis out here.”

Brown makes a good point and it’s one that was discussed by another Inquisitr writer when pictures of Lil Twist and Bieber allegedly smoking weed surfaced in January.

In the US, with its blood stained, racially divided history there is an undeniable  ’stay in your lane’ theme that rears its head when blame is being assigned and different races are involved. Justin Timberlake and Janet Jackson’s 2004 Super Bowl ‘nipple-gate,’ a clear case in point.

They may not be best buddies but Brown and Bieber worked together on 2011′s “Next To You” which appeared on Brown’s fourth album F.A.M.E . Likewise, for those are interested, there are YouTube’s galore out there of a young kid from Statford, Ontario singing Brown’s hits.

Bieber is currently waiting to hear whether he will be prosecuted over battery allegations. A neighbor has claimed that the pop star spat on and threatened to kill him during an argument outside his Calabasas, Calif., home last Tuesday.

Right about now, Brown’s prayers will come in handy.

Rihanna visited a strip club on Friday evening, and decided to keep her fans documented of her visits by constantly updating her Twitter account with pictures and descriptions of her night’s activities.

The first image showed three women pole dancing in skimpy underwear, under the caption, “I love my job #3girlzon1ph**inpole.”

However the pictures started to get more and more risque as the night progressed with one even showing a completely nude women as she stood up. The third picture, which was taken from behind, documented a woman bending over as she wore nothing but a piar of thigh high boots.

She decided to use lyrics from her song, “Pour It Up,” to caption each pictures, writing, “‘I got mo money’ and $trip club$ and $$$bill$.”

The strip club that she frequented was in Calgary, Canada, where she is currently touring. She is set to play a concert in the city on Saturday night, for her Diamonds Tour.

Rihanna soon regretted uploading the pictures though, and deleted them, tweeting, “This is terrible.” She then followed this up by posting a poll which named her as the UK’s most influential pop artist, and then appeared to have a dig at her rivals.

“I only know how to be number 1!! I could use a challenge … How dat feel down there on ya knees, Huh?!” stated the singer.

Yesterday, Chris Brown, Rihanna’s boyfriend, stated in an interview with Power 106 that he had split up with the Barbados singer.

The interviewer asked Brown, “Are you still with Rihanna?” To which he responded, “Uh, no – that’s the short answer.”

However, it has now been revealed that this was an Apri Fool’s joke, and that it was spliced up from an old interview.

Chris Brown has been helping to raise money for charity by spray painting various graffiti designs in honour of Symphonic Foundation Global Best Buddies Day.

Brown worked alongside Romero Britto in Miami, and the duo then spray painted the side of a house together as they looked to assist disabled children and young adults.

Several of the children also painted portraits of themselves, as did Brown, and they will each be sold and all of the proceeds will then be given to charity.

A witness to the event, stated, “They inspired each other. After they painted the mural to auction for Best Buddies, Chris and Britto went outside to paint the wall at the entrance to Britto’s studio.”

Commenting on the work, they also stated, “It’s amazing to see the different styles and process of the two artists come together into this incredible piece of work. Everyone got along great and was excited to be a part of this. The Best Buddies kids were so excited!”

Brown has also been discussing the ideas behind his new album, X. “The song and the album title X has a couple of different meanings. It can refer to an ex-girlfriend, in terms of you always look forward to moving forward from,” the singer remarked.

“It’s also about being a reject in a sense. In me being myself, being able to grow up, me not always hanging around the right crowd or doing the right thing all the time – it’s me saying, ‘I’m over it. I’m past the bulls*** now’.”

Brown and Rihanna’s on-off relationship is still up in the air after he told a Los Angeles radio station that he had split up with the singer.

Conflicting reports have emerged over the state of Rihanna and Chris Brown’s relationship.

Brown revealed in an interview with Los Angeles hip-hop station Power 106 on Friday afternoon that he and Rihanna had in fact split up.

The interviewer for the programme asked Brown, “Are you still with Rihanna?” “Uh, no – that’s the short answer,” replied the rapper.

The radio station then revealed the news to the internet, by releasing a tweet that read, “”Are stil w/ @Rihanna?” @ChrisBrown: “Uh,no-that’s the short answer” just now to @BigBoy POWER 106 LA @TuneIn.”

The interview has yet to air, but was recored this week and it is though that they plan to release it in segments over the next few days.

People have questioned whether the statement is true, but Power 106 responded to these allegations by stating, “We wouldn’t have tweeted it if it wasn’t true.”

Rihanna also sent a cryptic Twitter message on Friday morning to her followers, stating, “This is terrible.”

However she soon deleted this, and replaced it with a message about her star sign, stating, “It’s the heart of a #Pisces that makes us soft mannered BUT is that same heart of a #Pisces that will make us get in your ass if needed.”

However the claims that Rihanna and Chris Brown’s relationship is in trouble were then quashed, after a source to Hollywoodlife.com told the publication that Chris is currently having a hard time spending time apart from the singer.

“He’s been busy working,” stated the source. “Being apart from her takes a toll on him and her. She badly wants his a** out there, but he can’t just jump up and go every time she asks. He’s trying to be there for her and spend time with her while she is doing her thing, but he gotta do his s*** too.”

Chris Brown is seemingly owning his sins when it comes to his on-again, off-again girlfriend Rihanna. Now, the two are back together, and Brown is “eternally grateful” for it.

Brown is not normally one to talk about the mistakes he’s made (at least not without throwing chairs and trashing a set), but he did open up about his relationship with Rihanna briefly to Ryan Seacrest on his Tuesday morning KIIS FM radio show.

In 2009, Brown was arrested for a violent domestic dispute against then-girlfriend Rihanna. What happened between the two on Grammy night is still unclear, but the aftermath photos seemingly said it all: Rihanna was shown beaten, bloody, and swollen.

The two have since reconciled, albeit slowly and quietly, before Rihanna announced the two were officially “back on” recently. RiRi usually does all of the talking to the press for the two, and Brown rarely, if ever, says anything about 2009.

With Seacrest, Brown broke the silence, though briefly. He said that he is “eternally grateful” to Rihanna for giving him a second chance, and admitted that he wasn’t sure she ever would. He considers what happened a “learning step,” telling Seacrest:

“I just tried my best to be the best man I could be over the years and just show her how remorseful and sorry I was for the incident and that time was probably the worst part of my life and being that she has and she’s a wonderful person I’m eternally grateful and thankful.”

Explaining his mistakes further, Brown added:

“I could put that on my age but that would just be making an excuse. I think for me that at age 18, 19 I was capable of writing and producing songs, so I’m also capable of making the right choices. So I think it’s about a learning process now. Being at that young age I can tell you I was arrogant and definitely hotheaded. Everybody has a temper, but for me it was not knowing how to control it when I thought I had the world in my hands.”

Brown also says that some of his silence is due to his attempt to stay out of trouble: On Instagram, Twitter, and in public.

“People are entitled to their opinions. I can’t go around blaming. It’s all about my responsibility and me growing up as a man. So I think now that I’m becoming older, and trying to mature in this life under the public eye at all times, I have to focus on doing the right thing and being more of a humble individual.”

Currently prepping her tenth album, Jennifer Lopez let the world know she is collaborating with Chris Brown after she tweeted a picture of her and Brown in the studio on Thursday.

It will be the first time the pair have worked together.

In the picture, the former American Idol judge can be seen resting her head on a smiling Brown’s shoulder while producer Cory Rooney completes the trio.

Accompanying the affectionate tableau with a roll call of names, the 43-year-old wrote:

“@chrisbrown @CORYROONEY @BEAUcasperSMART @missgillygrace#studiolife #makinghistory #Album10 #SAMEGIRL”

Some music heads speculate that the mother-of-two is working with Rooney in an attempt to tap into the creative space that produced her run of hits such as “Jenny from the Block,” ”I’m Real,” “If You Had My Love,” and “Ain’t It Funny.”

Rooney was the co-producer behind those hits and one of the six co-writers on “Jenny from the Block,” the lead single from Lopez’s third studio album This Is Me …Then.

To date, the Queens, New York native has worked on six of Lopez’s albums.

The hitmaker has also produced and penned chart-toppers for big name artists like Toni Braxton, Lopez’s ex-husband Marc Anthony, Mariah Carey, Destiny’s Child and Mary J. Blige — to name just a few.

Rooney retweeted Lopez’s studio shot, adding a message of his own:

There will be many who will be interested to hear what emerges from Lopez’s studio sessions with Brown. Notwithstanding the R&B singer’s 2009 assault on then — and present — girlfriend Rihanna, few can deny that Brown is a musical force.

Brown recently attended a court hearing in Los Angeles last month, where he is facing allegations brought by the Los Angeles District Attorney’s office that he committed fraud in his community labor sentence handed down in 2009. The judge asked for more information and another hearing is scheduled for April.

In addition to working with Chris Brown, Lopez has also enlisted Atlanta rapper Future, aka Nayvadius Wilburn Cash, to work on her album. The singer tweeted pictures of their studio sessions last month.

Jennifer Lopez And Chris Brown Get Cozy For Latin Star’s New Album is a post from: The Inquisitr

Rihanna’s “Diamonds” world tour bus convoy came to a stop on Wednesday after border authorities reportedly “smelt” marijuana and conducted a full scale search.

According to TMZ, all 10 tour buses were pulled over at the border between Michigan and Canada. The buses were grounded at the Ambassador Bridge, which separates Windsor, Canada from Detroit.

Rihanna, who has been pictured in the past smoking what appeared to be weed, was not on any of the buses at the time.

However, a full inspection of the fleet by drug-sniffing dogs led to one member of the tour member being cited with a civil penalty after a “small amount” of weed was found in his possession.

The “Diamonds” tour has recently resumed after Rihanna was forced to pull out of two gigs — Boston and Baltimore — due to a bout of laryngitis. The 24-year-old returned to the stage in Philadelphia on March 14, reportedly looking and sounding better than ever as she punched her way through a set that included hits like “Please Don’t Stop The Music,” and “Stay.”

The Grammy winner, who recently went public about her re-established relationship with Chris Brown, does have one less thing to worry about though.

Rihanna’s restraining order against a crazed fan has been granted.

The star requested a permanent restraining order against Steveland Barrow after he was arrested breaking into the home of the singer’s  neighbor.

At the time of the trespass, Barrow fell asleep in one of the houses beds. When police arrived he claimed that Rihanna had invited him to her home. Barrow was later charged with attempted theft of items from the home of the neighbor.

Under terms of Rihanna’s restraining order her stalker must stay at least 100 yards away from her location, and the iudge has converted the temporary restraining order into a three year permanent restraining order.

The singer has not released a public statement following the lawsuit.

Now that a weight’s been lifted off Rihanna’s shoulders, perhaps now she’ll get stuck into those “crazy” summer wedding plans with Chris Brown?

Rihanna is reportedly planning on sealing the deal with on-again boyfriend Chris Brown this summer, and as rumor would have it, the wedding ceremony she has in mind is anything but ordinary.

Sources say that RiRi is planning to tie to knot with Brown in a “wild” wedding ceremony this summer, and even her “dress” will defy convention. “Rihanna doesn’t want a big dress or boring old confetti,” a source leaked to Now magazine. “She wants to get married in her bikini and have a carnival atmosphere.”

The unconventional ceremony will reportedly take place in Barbados, Rihanna’s home country, this July. The celebratory atmosphere is said to be Rihanna’s ” ‘F*ck you!’ to the world,” (and to anyone who has criticized her for getting back together with a man who beat her senseless).

“They want it to be relaxed and fun, like a ‘playground,’” said the source, continuing, “and to celebrate with the people who have stood by them.”

Of course, now comes the part where we stress that all of this is still just a rumor, and the celebrity gossip mill is dubious at best. However, Rihanna did say herself a little while back that she wants to settle down, marry Brown, and have children in the next five years.

The couple has been together again since at least this year’s Grammy Awards, though Ri’s Instagram seems to indicate that the reunion was earlier. It has been four years since Brown assaulted Rihanna the night of the 2009 Grammys, for which he is still on probation.

In an interview with Rolling Stone last January, Rihanna talked about giving Brown a second chance, saying: “I decided it was more important for me to be happy. I wasn’t going to let anybody’s opinion get in the way of that. Even if it’s a mistake, it’s my mistake.” Rihanna clarified, “We value each other. We know exactly what we have now, and we don’t want to lose that.”

But has Brown’s attitude toward women really changed? Just earlier this month he was caught by TMZ over a very NSFW rant in Hollywood during which he said:

“Every guy in this building has said one thing to their female … If you’re not an insecure n—-, and you let her have fun with her friends, I applaud you. But you gotta say that one thing to her, and I made this s–t up. [sings] Don’t make me have to tell you again, that that’s my p—y baby! It is mine, baby, babe, mine. So you better not give it away!”

Brown continued, telling every man in the audience to make sure their “b—hes” know who’s boss.

“So every person in this motherf—– building, if you got a bad b—h you better say that to her. Cause she might f–k another n—-.”

Rihanna is back on the “Diamonds” world tour trail after being forced to cancel two shows due to laryngitis.

The 24-year-old hit the Well Fargo Arena stage in Philadelphia on Thursday, reportedly looking and sounding better than ever as she punched her way through a set that included hits like “Please Don’t Stop The Music,” and “Stay.”

After launching her 27-city tour in Buffalo, New York, last Friday in support of her seventh album Unapologetic, Rihanna pulled out of two dates in Boston and Baltimore leading to fears of more cancellations to come.

Following the Boston announcement, the 24-year-old tweeted that she was “embarrassed” about not being able to make the concert date.

But Rihanna was clearly delighted to be back on the Philadelphia stage tweeting before the gig: ”One of my favorite cities in America #Phillynation #Diamonds WorldTour We Back!!!”

On a more disturbing note, however, according to Heat magazine Rihanna has  been subjected to an increased level of abusive comments on social media sites like  Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook in recent weeks — in particular about her relationship with Chris Brown.

“Rihanna is scared. Her management has taken these threats very seriously and has ramped up her security team. The level of vitriol aimed at her since her reunion with Chris Brown is unbelievable,” a source reportedly told Heat.

It’s thought that cyber-abuse of the singer has stepped up following high profile interviews with Rolling Stone and ELLE UK, in which the Bajan star said Brown was “the one” and talked about starting a family in the next five years.

And when it comes to her fans, it seems Rihanna is just as protective.

After vicious Instagram comments to the singer were re-directed to fans who defended her, Rihanna stepped in sent some messages herself on other people’s accounts on March 13.

One such message read: ”Y’all type so tuff. Lemme guess y’all broke, d***less, and got private profiles??!! Bring your pretty lil a***s down to the clearport if u done typin.”

Next stop for Rihanna? The “Diamonds” tour lands in Montreal’s Bell Center on Sunday, March 17.

Rihanna fans who are worried about whether Chris Brown is hypnotizing her with his love can rest easy. Even though  the singer voiced some serious opinions on Rihanna’s lady parts a few days earlier, and it’s clear that Rihanna seems absolutely devoted to Brown, it seems like he’s going back on his word.

In a video obtained by TMZ, Brown declares  that he was “just kidding” and that his comments about Rihanna were “just a song.”  In the clip Brown is asked about his comments concerning Rihanna, and he very quickly changes his tune, saying with a tinge of amusement in his voice,  “it’s a song, that’s all it is.” Laughter followed by Brown, who was amused at the paparazzo’s mock question on whether or not Brown plans to take insurance out on Rihanna’s body.

Chris Brown’s original comments on Rihanna’s body came from his supposed “advice” on how to treat women  during a concert in Emersen Theatre. It was at the venue that Brown said:
“Every guy in this building has said one thing to their female … If you’re not an insecure n—-, and you let her have fun with her friends, I applaud you. But you gotta say that one thing to her, and I made this s–t up. [sings] Don’t make me have to tell you again, that that’s my p—y baby! It is mine, baby, babe, mine. So you better not give it away!”

Perhaps it was Brown’s comment that followed after his rant that sparked the question. Brown continued, stating, “b-tches know who’s boss.”

It seems to be there’s swagger in the world of hip hop, where street cred is based on over exaggeration and grandstanding of one’s image, and then there’s Chris Brown.

Rihanna’s life since her Oprah interview, and even before that has been a whirlwind.  Since 2005, the Pon de Replay singer has released seven albums and launched large scale tours to promote said albums.

After her current tour, Rihanna plans to take a short vacation. The singer broke the news to Ryan Seacrest through his radio show on Wednesday, saying that she has plans to take a year off after her current tour ends.

Not so fast! If you’re worried about Rihanna going away any time soon you don’t have to count down the days. Rihanna just kicked off her Diamonds World Tour in support of her new album of the same title. It’s reported that the singer will be finishing up her American dates in May, and her International dates will end somewhere in July.

To put it lightly, Rihanna won’t be getting a break from her exhaustive schedule. Taking a year off  for a pop artist can potentially be damaging as staying current and keeping a fan base proves to be a difficult. Being out of the spotlight can  be tricky. When a singer eventually comes back to the scene, the numbers might not be there.

This has proven to be true as of late for Christina Aguilera, who has suffered from two soft album releases, despite her powerful pipes and a small  but extremely loyal fan base.

However, that might not be the first thing on Rihanna’s mind. Over the last few months Rihanna has reconciled with singer Chris Brown, and the two have taken steps to take time away from the hoopla surrounding their relationship, including their small getaway vacations. Perhaps she has her mind on actually marrying Brown, which some reports have suggested.

Life & Style had reported back in October that the pair’s friends thought they were heading down the aisle despite their on and off relationship.

Elizabeth Hasselback is allegedly leaving The View, following her co-star Joy Behar out the door. In the span of two days, it appears that the popular day-time talk show is going to have to do some serious reshuffling. One large difference between the two stars’ departures is that Behar left of her own accord while rumors are circulating that Hasselback was forced out.

Long thought of as the lone right wing voice on very liberal talk show, it appears that Hasselback isn’t particularly popular with the show’s viewers. New market research apparently led to the network deciding that Behar’s departure opened the door for the removal of Hasselback as well.

There does appear to be a little bit of controversy as ABC isn’t quite ready to admit that Elizabeth Hasselback is being let go. After being contact by the media, ABC issued a statement saying that the former Survivor contestant was a valued member of the program and that she had a long term contract.

Mostly proudly carrying the mantel as “the Republican” on the show, Hasselback has gotten into numerous heated exchanges and made plenty of controversial comments. The conservative, who is married to former NFL quarterback Tim Hasselback has sparred often with co-hots about Afghanistan and Mitt Romney’s presidential candidacy.

One of the star’s most famous comments was when she claimed that Chris Brown insulting a female comedian on Twitter by suggesting she perform sexual acts on him was akin to “verbal rape.”

While ABC is claiming that at this point, Hasselback is still a part of The View, rumors persist that show-runners are actively looking for replacements and have been for some time. Ali Wentworth was reportedly approached about the opening but passed on the opportunity.

Back in the day (last year) when Rihanna and Chris Brown were totally back together but didn’t tell anyone about it because they didn’t want to be judged, RiRi used her Instagram to share photos of herself wearing underwear or naked, usually with or near a clothed and obscured Chris Brown. She has also posted photos of herself at strip clubs and smoking pot to her image thread.

Whenever someone would ask Rihanna about these pictures, she would basically shrug and try to act all ambiguous and nonchalant. The closest she’s come to explaining her pseudo-artistic and frequently NSFW posts was in a recent interview with Elle UK, where she said she uses it to “to tell the truth” about herself.

O-kay.

Her most recent entry is a photo of herself (we assume it’s her, anyway) topless, wearing a thong and thigh-high designer boots. She rounds out her dominatrix style with leather straps that buckle onto a slim belt. The caption?

“Gotcha b**** tip toeing on my marble flo’!!! Sick ass custom Prada boots! Miuccia you RULE!!! Thank you.” Not sure if that’s her of Chris Brown talking, but there it is.

Speaking of Chris Brown, The Mirror reports that he and RiRi are pretty much back together for keeps (at least according to the once-battered songstress).

“You don’t have that feeling with everybody – so when you have it you don’t want to let go of it. I’d definitely say that he is the one I have that kind of relationship with,” Rihanna confessed.

She also said that within five years she “will probably have a kid” and that she wants “a great friendship that’s unbreakable” with Brown.

“Now that we’re adults we can do this right. We got a fresh start and I’m thankful for that,” she said.

Rihanna has come in for no small amount of criticism after she accepted Chris Brown back into her life — with public sentiment teetering between sympathy, disgust and judgment toward the couple due to their explosive relationship and prolific troubles.

But as the star openly embraces Chris Brown after their initial breakup, she has reflected upon the decision to forgive him for harming her and explains that despite what happened, she doesn’t see herself as a victim.

Rihanna gave a tell-all interview to Elle UK in the April edition, and she speaks at length about her repaired bond with Brown. Four years after his assault arrest, the singer says:

“Right now, that’s just what we want, a great friendship, that’s unbreakable. Now that we’re adults we can do this right. We got a fresh start and we’re thankful for that.”

Rihanna adds that the pair have history, and that she values the things they’ve shared, good and bad:

“You don’t have that feeling with everybody so when you have it, you don’t want to let go of it. I would definitely say he is the one I have that kind of relationship with.”

But there is one aspect of the high-profile attack on Rihanna from Brown that the star sees as a less-relevant to her legacy — she explains that she has processed the incident and moved past it, getting a tattoo of a gun to remind her that she is capable of defending herself.

Rihanna explains:

“Everybody wanted to know what was happening in my life … Is she a drug addict? No. Is she an alcoholic? No. Is she a victim? No … That’s why I got the gun. It was a symbol of strength. I’ll never be a victim.”

The singer also revealed a new set of life goals, and when asked where she plans to be in five years, Rihanna muses:

“I will probably have a kid.”

No word on whether Rihanna plans to procreate with Chris Brown when she decides to become a mom.

Courtesy of a revealing new interview with ELLE UK magazine, Rihanna talked baby plans, her hopes for the future, and why there’s a purpose behind her near obsessional needs to share her life on social media.

In a no-holds barred reveal, the just-turned-25-year-old says Brown is the inspiration behind her latest single “Stay.”

“‘Stay’ is a story about having love that close and wanting it to last forever. You don’t have that feeling with everybody so when you have it you don’t want to let go of it. I would definitely say that he [Brown] is the one I have that kind of relationship with.”

Of Brown’s brutal assault on her on the eve of the 2009 Grammy Awards, the “Diamonds” singer has previously said that Brown “doesn’t have the luxury of f******g up again.” To those who insist she is a bad role model or playing out some kind of reverse abuse scenario, Rihanna simply says:

“Now that we’re adults we can do this right. We got a fresh start and I’m thankful for that. Right now that’s just what we want, a great friendship that’s unbreakable.”

Getting specific about her future that involves motherhood, the girl they call RiRi predicts:

“I will probably have a kid. And I’m praying I can go on vacation for a good month. And I’ll have set some things up so I don’t have to tour for the rest of my life, even though I love touring. I want health and happiness in five years. I want to be healthy and happy.”

According to Mail Online, Rihanna was just as frank about her habit of posting risque pictures of herself on social media sites like Twitter and Instagram.

“Well, I Instagram everything about my life, whether it’s smoking pot, in a strip club, reading a Bible verse,” she tells ELLE. “How crazy, I know! – or hanging out with my best friend, who happens to be Chris.”

She adds:

“Everybody wanted to know what was happening in my life. ‘Is she a drug addict?’ No. ‘Is she an alcoholic?’ No. ‘Is she a victim?’ No. That’s when I got the gun [tattoo]. It was a symbol of strength. I’ll never be a victim.”

“That’s why I’m posting pictures of myself smoking pot, to tell the truth about myself. I’ve got so much to think about, why bring all this extra s*** by being dishonest?”

In a lighter moment in the interview, Rihanna reveals the only person she is afraid of is her mother, Monica Braithwaite, a retired accountant. On probably more than one occasion, the singer says her mother “humbled the f*** out of me” for posting naked pictures of herself on Instagram, MTV reports.

For all her talk of five year plans, in the interview the Unapologetic star comes across as more than content with her life right now. After recently debuting her “Rihanna for River Island” high street fashion collection at London’s fashion week, the singer entered 2013 cresting the most successful year of her career to date, and with Brown by her side. It’s clear Rihanna is finally happy.

This new interview will likely touch off yet more critical indignation. But — to point out the glaringly obvious — it’s Rihanna’s decision, her life, and her right to live it the way she wants.

Law & Order: SVU rips many of its headlines straight from real world scenarios. Last night, the shows writers didn’t just rip a popular story from the headlines: They killed Rihanna.

In an almost play-by-play blow from the Chris Brown playbook, the show’s creators feature Mischa (Rihanna), a pop singer who refuses to testify against her abusive boyfriend, Caleb (Chris Brown), after he violently attacks her for no reason.

In the script, Mischa discovers Caleb hugging another woman. Mischa confronts Caleb, proclaiming:

“Caleb, I can’t leave you alone for 5 minutes without you getting trashy.”

To which Caleb responds:

“Who you steppin’ to? — Skinny ass ho!”

Caleb then slams Mischa’s head to the ground and punches her in the face. Much like Rihanna after her Chris Brown attack, Mischa’s face is covered in bruises, and she sustains a black eye during the beating.

The Law & Order SVU staff actually mention Rihanna and Chris Brown by name as detectives on the show proclaim:

“These two should go on a double with Chris Brown and Rihanna.”

In a final scene, Caleb kills Mischa after a romantic moment on a private yacht. The show ends with a memorial being held for Rihanna — I mean Mischa:

In the world of hip-hop and Hollywood, there may not be any couples more interesting than Rihanna and Chris Brown. The on again, off again couple announced last month that they were officially on again after a lengthy “time away” from each other where they remained friends.

It wasn’t that long ago that it seemed as if the two were off again, as Rihanna and Brown spent Valentine’s day together, but just barely. Both hitt a club at separate times and with different people.

The couple’s story has been so interesting and so “can’t look away” odd at times that there was even a Law and Order: SVU that was based around the time when Brown physically attacked the woman he claimed and still claims to love.

It appears that the duo has moved past that ugly moment in their relationship and might even be looking to take the next step, or the big plunge. Digital Spy is reporting that Brown and Rihanna have carefully planned out a summer wedding for this year.

This particular report is not coming from one of the two musicians but rather from a source that is close to both of them. The pair has kept any word of this mostly under wraps, perhaps cognizant of how the public might react. There are groups of fans who do not believe that Rihanna should be having anything to do with Brown.

Digital Spy adds that the source told them that only people who were going to be supportive and who truly believed that Brown was a “changed man” would be invited to the affair. The Sun reports that a wedding between Rihanna and Chris Brown would definitly be an affair to remember.

Chris Brown has spoken about his infamous attack on girlfriend Rihanna, and has described it as the “greatest regret” of his life.

The US singer was talking to the English newspaper, The Mirror, about the incident, when he stated, “That night was the deepest regret of my life, the biggest mistake. But she loves me, what can I say? I’m forgiven … but, yes, I worked hard for it.”

Brown also added, “Sometimes you row, you fight, with the one you love and things get said, stuff spirals.”

The RnB star also made to retaliate to Seth MacFarlane’s jibe at the Oscars on Sunday night, where he said that the “unspeakably violent” movie Django Unchained was simply a “date night for Rihanna and Chris Brown.”

The 23-year-old said, “People attack me and criticise me, it happens all the time. But they don’t know me, and they don’t know us. It doesn’t bother me any more. Other people can judge us but they don’t know anything.”

Brown went on to add, “I’ve learned a lot since that night and I’ve grown up. I was very young and I took a lot of stuff, fame, for granted. I didn’t understand it. The support from those who do know me and the fans, who are incredible, got me through.”

Officially, the next episode of Law & Order: SVU has nothing to do with pop stars Chris Brown and Rihanna. Unofficially, next week’s episode was ripped from the tabloid headlines.

According to Entertainment Weekly, next week’s Law And Order: SVU will feature domestic abuse, a promising singer, a popular hip hop star and a media circus.

Here’s the synopsis for the episode:

“A promising singer is brutally attacked by her boyfriend, a popular hip hop star. ADA Barba (guest star Raul Esparza) works to build a case, but the victim refuses to aid the prosecution and, despite Detective Benson’s (Mariska Hargitay) best efforts, continues to put herself in danger. The case quickly spirals into a media circus, perpetrated by both the defendant and his uncompromising attorney (guest star Jeffrey Tambor). …Special appearances by Perez Hilton, Dave Navarro and Wendy Williams.”

Of course, Law & Order does add its own little twist to the story. The Chris Brown character will get killed off during next week’s episode.

The Frisky notes that Law & Order: SVU is “notorious” for ripping their stories directly from the headlines so it isn’t too surprising to see the Rihanna and Chris Brown’s relationship get the small screen treatment.

Rihanna, the singer that says it’s none of our business when it comes to her on-and-off-again relationship with Chris Brown, has released intimate photos from her birthday bash.

Rihanna, who turned 25 on Wednesday decided to share pictures from the bash through Twitter. Most of those pictures feature on-again-off-again boyfriend Chris Brown. The pair were last publicly seen together at the Grammy’s choosing to be all sorts of PDA during the award ceremony. After that the two were reportedly not talking to each on Valentine’s Day.

However, looking at photos of Rihanna with her main squeeze Brown, it suggests that they’re back on, as Brown grips Rihanna’s waist in one particular polaroid.

In the tweet that revealed the intimate photos, Rihanna writes: “#phuckyoballoons ha! My birthday owned hoes.” In addition to Chris Brown, also in the photos is her best friend Melissa Forde, her younger brother Rorrey, and other close friends, who celebrated the singer’s birthday in a private bash.

The private bash is suspected to have taken place in Hawaii. Early in the day Chris Brown and Rihanna were seen holding hands while strolling in Oahu. In those set of photos, which were shot by the paparazzi, Rihanna is seen in a fish net skirt and a bathing suit, while Brown was in basketball shorts and a jersey. Earlier in the day she wrote on Instagram: “Pour it up pour it up!#birthdaybehavior” before she kicked off her birthday bash.

COMMENTARY – Rihanna uses pot. It’s official, as shown in a picture she tweeted on Valentine’s Day.

Rihanna posted a photo of a weed plant on Thursday night’s Twitter, alongside the caption:

“Roses are green! Somebody knows how to make me happy.”

Obviously that somebody isn’t Chris Brown, or Rihanna would have been spending the day with him instead of mooning over a pot plant. Though he has a marijuana card for the state of California, it’s illegal to buy for someone else, and he’s already on probation.

Of course that didn’t stop Chris Brown from driving away from a club on Grammy night under the influence of weed, as previously reported by The Inquisitr.

According to E! Online, Rihanna celebrated Valentine’s Day partying it up with friends at Blok nightclub in Los Angeles, and “Breezy” wasn’t among them. Yup, another romantic night out. Oh wait, did she forget her date?

Apparently, Chris Brown was the last thing on her mind as she partied, according to another tweet that day:

“Happy Valentines Day. Today the day fa lovin not hatin so to cats like you and I it’s just another day.”

Well, Chris Brown, it looks like you had your fun with Rihanna at this year’s Grammys, since she left you behind for a weed plant on Valentine’s Day.

According to TMZ, the question remains, who bought Rihanna the massive weed plant? Is it perhaps Snoop Lion getting sentimental? Or perhaps the boys from Cypress Hill?

Rihanna and Chris Brown had everyone buzzing during their very PDA appearance at this year’s Grammys. So much that it ignited a few faux stories about Brown getting into it with British singer Adele. Now it looks like Rihanna and Chris Brown might be on the outs once again.

The on and off couple spent their Valentine’s Day at Playhouse Nightclub in Los Angeles on Wednesday night. Brown, reportedly showed up at midnight with a huge 20-person entourage who followed him in toe. Doesn’t sound too romantic, right?

The surprising factor is according to MailOnline, Rihanna showed up a half hour later, and didn’t even know her beau Chris Brown was there. Despite that conflicting report, the two were reportedly out to celebrate their one year anniversary since they reunited.

Things got extra weird between Chris Brown and Rihanna later on in the night. When Rihanna was asked if she wanted to be seated next to Brown, she asked specifically to be seated elsewhere. According to a source from MailOnline, “Rihanna refused to sit with or even near Chris, and when Chris noticed she was there he made a huge show of rubbing his presence in her face.”

It’s hard to tell if this behavior between Chris Brown and Rihanna is anything but a game of cat and mouse, or a real squabble, seeing as they are constantly fluctuating between love and cryptic tweets.

Despite that speculation, the two were not seen together the whole night, and left the club separately. Perhaps this is a call back to Rihanna’s Rolling Stone interview, when she gave incite that Chris Brown “doesn’t have the luxury to f—ing up again.”

Only time will tell for Chris Brown and Rihanna. Until the next court date.

Rihanna Ignores Chris Brown For Valentine’s Day is a post from: The Inquisitr

Chris Brown and Drake are suing each other after they brawled in a nightclub.

The two rappers and their entourages ended up scrapping in New York’s W.i.P club in June, a fight that was said to be over Rihanna. During the brawl, which involved thrown bottles and Drake landing a punch on his rival. A number of innocent bystanders were hurt.

One of those bystanders was Romain Julien, a French model who has now filed lawsuits against both Brown and Drake for his injuries. With both performers facing lawsuits, the pair are now attempting to sue each other.

It’s likely any damages won by Julien will have to be paid by the man the court deems responsible for the fight. According to TMZ, Brown and Drake both deny responsibility.

At the time, it was reported the fisticuffs began when Brown, who remains on probation for beating up Rihanna in 2009, sent a bottle of champagne to Drake’s table. However, the drink was returned by Drake along with a note that read:

“I’m f***ing the love of your life, deal with it.”

That led to Brown squaring up to Drake, and it wasn’t long before several members of each rapper’s entourage became involved.

Since the nightclub fight, there hasn’t been much in the way of a truce. Brown has released a freestyle diss of Drake, who has been busy fighting a lawsuit brought against him by a nightclub in the same building as W.i.P. Meanwhile, one Las Vegas promoter has even made the men a big-money offer to settle matters in the ring.

That picture of Brit singer Adele apparently “yelling” at Chris Brown at the 55th Annual Grammy Awards on Sunday was just one of the screen grabs from the event that went viral. But in the case of Adele and Brown, it was all a huge misunderstanding.

To recap, after Brown remained seated while most of the Staples Center’s audience gave Frank Ocean a standing ovation when he won a grammy for Best Urban Contemporary Album — a category Brown was also nominated in — Adele was seen giving Brown a sideways look.

A little later during CBS’s Grammy telecast, Brown was seen wearing a sheepish expression as Adele clearly said something to him.

Throw in the recent studio parking lot altercation between Ocean and Brown and the Internet doing what it does best — and, predictably — photo assumptions were made that Adele was taking Brown to task for not standing up for Ocean.

Now, Adele has addressed those assumptions on Twitter.

Posting a simple message, she denied yelling at Brown, writing:

“Chris Brown and I were complimenting each other in that photo actually!”

For those keeping up with this story Brown was pictured in a smiling picture a little after the so-called “yelling picture,” but for some reason that picture didn’t make it into quite as many outlets as the seemingly confrontational one.

Selective editorializing? Almost certainly. It’s clearly evidenced in the clip below.

But, thanks to Adele, who’s never been one to mince her words or let others put words into her mouth, the false photo assumption has been cleared up.

Adele won the Grammy for Best Pop Solo Performance for “Set The Rain On Fire [Live],” from her 2011 concert at London’s Royal Albert Hall. The singer, who is still only 24, is also up for an Oscar for her James Bond Theme “Skyfall.”

The legal investigation into Chris Brown’s community service hours record has just suffered its first casualty. Bryan Norwood, the Richmond, VA., police chief who signed off on Brown’s hours — half of which the singer allegedly completed in his home state of VA., after completing 581 hours in Los Angeles county — has resigned.

Norwood was the key official who certified that Brown had completed the full 180 days (1,440 hours) of the community labor sentence he was given in 2009 for assaulting his then, and current, girlfriend Rihanna.

In a motion filed last Tuesday, prosecutors from LA County District Attorney’s office said Norwood’s official records for Brown’s community service hours were either “sloppily” or “fraudulently” documented.

Norwood — who has been Richmond’s police chief since 2008  — tendered his resignation today, TMZ reports.

Accepting it, Mayor Dwight Jones of Richmond Virginia, announced:

“As of today I’ve accepted the resignation of Bryan Norwood from his post as chief of police for the city of Richmond.  He has offered leadership that has brought us a little bit further in our endeavors to improve public safety. In many ways the Richmond Police Department and the city is better off because of his dedication.”

He added:

“We’ve reached, however, a mutual agreement, at this time, that his time as Richmond police chief has come to an end. We certainly wish Chief Norwood much luck in his endeavors going forward.”

According to the New York Post, prosecutors are claiming that Richmond’s police department — which was headed by Norwood — signed off on Brown’s community service hours on days when he was in fact in another location.

It’s alleged that Brown claimed he picked up trash in Richmond between 9 am and 5 pm on December 12, 2011. But LA prosecutors say the Department of Homeland Security can provide evidence that Brown cleared customs at Dulles International Airport, some 120 miles away, at 6.44 am that day, after landing from Dubai.

Further location anomalies and mentions of Brown’s altercation with Frank Ocean and a 2011 chair throwing incident during a Good Morning America interview, are also referenced in the LA District Attorney Office’s motion.

Last week, Brown’s indignant lawyer Mark Geragos, made much of Rihanna’s appearance in court, and a letter that Norwood wrote to the court vouching for  Brown community service hours.

Geragos also claimed he had statements from other Richmond police officers, firefighters, and photographs that proved Brown had fulfilled his community labor requirements.

After Brown appeared in court last week, with Rihanna in tow, Superior Court Judge James Brandlin said he needed more time to review all the evidence and scheduled a court date for April 5.

If Brandlin rules in favor of the LA District Attorney’s office, Brown may have to re-do his 180 day community service in LA. A worst case scenario could see the judge slapping the singer with a custodial sentence for breach of probation.

Could this be why Chris Brown hasn’t been hitting Rihanna since before the Grammys a few years ago?

Rihanna and Chris Brown’s new romance is apparently back on.  The couple celebrated Chris Brown’s lack of Grammy wins with a romantic visit to a Hollywood nightclub last night. They were seen smoking what appears to be a cigar, but smaller. According to TMZ, the rumors flying around say it was a joint.

The club they went to was reportedly filled with marijuana smoke.

Despite what the government has been trying to say about marijuana for years, pot doesn’t make you violent. It calms you down.

It could explain Chris Brown’s possible decision to get back together with the “Umbrella” singer. He may be too buzzed to think straight.  Maybe what Adele had to say after he snubbed Frank Ocean’s Grammy win made him need to calm down?

Rihanna received her seventh Grammy last night for her “We Found Love” music video, so I’m guessing Chris Brown thinks she’s worth another try if she upstaged him so easily.

Chris Brown was apparently so baked that he forgot he was on probation for what he did to Rihanna before the 2009 Grammys. According to Perez Hilton, he was seen a little after 3 am driving away from the club under the influence.

It could be just regular cigarettes Chris Brown and Rihanna were caught smoking at the club, but the air in the club itself was probably enough to give them a contact high.

Are Rihanna and Chris Brown engaged?

Rihanna and Chris Brown are making multiple headlines this morning following a shot of the two getting cozy at last night’s Grammy Awards. Brown, for his part, is snapping up headlines all his own for sitting out Frank Ocean’s standing ovation and possibly being scolded by British songstress Adele.

But one thing that snapped everyone’s attention a bit late is Rihanna’s left hand in her snuggle picture with Chris Brown. On her ring finger (you know, the one reserved for a wedding ring) you can plainly see a huge rock, leading some publications to wonder whether the controversial couple is now engaged.

There’s no official word yet, but we all know how much Rihanna and Chris Brown love attention. RiRi has her own brand of “subtlety,” having tweeted out a deluge of Instagram pictures late last year that completely confirmed her renewed relationship with Brown, even if the Barbadian singer denied all of the rumors and speculation.

In the Grammy photos, Rihanna is kind of casual, but you can tell she’s positioning herself to show her left hand in a not-so-subtle way.

So far Twitter is in an uproar, with some tweeps cringing at the thought of Rihanna and Chris Brown’s engagement, while a few others support the controversial couple.

According to Digital Spy, it is unclear what Adele and Chris Brown were discussing, although a popular internet video shows that Adele was less than impressed with Chris Brown during the ceremony.

Frank Ocean and Chris Brown haven’t been getting along very well following their recent brawl outside a recording studio. Chris Brown or a member of his entourage used a homophobic slur on Frank Ocean. Frank Ocean has graciously decided not to press charges.

When Frank Ocean beat Chris Brown to the Best Urban Contempary Album award, Chris Brown stayed planted to his seat in a sulk, earning a reproving glance from Adele. According to Fox News, This was only moments after Chris Brown looked like he was on the receiving end of the infamous tongue-lashing.

Chris Brown seems to be acting like a spoiled brat, but he did show humility.

Cameras didn’t pick up what Adele said to Chris Brown, but judging by Brown’s body language, it wasn’t pretty. The 23-year-old held his arms out as though in self defense while big-mouthed Adele let loose.

Adele might have been suggesting that Chris Brown should keep a lower-profile at the Grammys, which marks the fourth anniversary of his arrest for assaulting Rihanna after a pre-Grammys party.

Instead of keeping his head down, Chris Brown picked the biggest night of the music calendar to make his first public appearance with Rihanna since the pair decided to try their relationship again. The pair were chumming up on the front row at the Grammys.

Adele had a better night, however, as she nabbed a ninth award for her performance of “Skyfall”, the theme for the latest James Bond film.  Adele, we get it, you’re better than Chris Brown.  Can we just move along without calling him out and lowering yourself to his level?

One wonders what Chris Brown could have done to set Adele off like that.

The 55th Grammy Awards is an event primarily being told in photos this morning, what with two priceless Ellen DeGeneres pics (one photobombed by Kelly Clarkson, the other featuring major Katy Perry cleavage) and now Adele’s Grammy photo, which shows her apparently scolding Chris Brown.

There are a ton of rumors and theories flying around about Adele’s Grammy photo right now, but the most popular is that she’s dressing him down for his poor manners. Sure, Chris Brown throws endless temper tantrums and pity parties for himself. Sure, he’s a mysoginist. Sure, he’s arrogant. But Adele is apparently angry because he snubbed Frank Ocean.

The clip making rounds on the Internet right now shows Brown sitting comfortably during Frank Ocean’s standing ovation for best urban contemporary album. Since Ocean and Brown recently got into it (with rumors that Brown insulted Ocean with a homophobic slur), Brown decided to sit this one out, which is completely expected from a person with zero class.

But if you look closely, Adele is watching Brown from the corner of her eye in the photo. She’s only a few seats ahead of him and can see him sitting while everyone else is on their feet. It’s an obnoxious scene, and many theorize that it’s the reason for Adele’s Grammy photo in which she is apparently lecturing Breezy.

Then, the two were photographed later arm-in-arm, grinning awkwardly. So I guess they settled it.

Chris Brown crashed his Porsche this weekend but it’s unclear what caused the accident. Brown says that he was been “aggressively pursued” by the paparazzi at the time of the crash but the INF Agency says that they “had nothing to do with the crash.” Well, it looks like the argument could soon be heading to court as Brown is planning to sue over the car accident.

Brown’s rep told TMZ that the singer planned to file criminal chargers against the photographers who were allegedly following him before the crash.

The representative said: ”We plan on seeking criminal charges and holding them civilly liable.”

Chris Doherty, the owner of INF, warned Brown earlier today to be careful with his “defamatory statements.”

Doherty said that his photographers were not pursuing Brown at the time of the crash. Doherty said that the INF photographers arrived after the crash and had nothing to do with running Brown off the road.

Doherty said:

“No photographers were following him at the time he crashed … He crashed his car and it’s convenient for him to blame us. He needs to be careful with his defamatory statements.”

Officers are currently taking statements, examining the scene and writing up their report. Do you think police will side with Brown or INF?

This isn’t Brown’s only legal worry. Earlier this month, officials questioned the legitimacy of Brown’s community service report.

Chris Brown judged a children’s dance competition this weekend. Brown attended the event after crashing his Porsche while allegedly trying to elude a member of the paparazzi.

Brown appeared at the Debbie Allen Dance Academy in Los Angeles where he watched performances and then handed out scholarships for kids.

The R&B singer was handing out the scholarships as part of his charity, the Symphonic Love Foundation. Chris’ foundation works with Debbie Allen to give out year-long scholarships to children it deems worthy.

A little bit of charity work might do wonders for Chris Brown’s current problems. Brown is currently facing charges over his alleged doctoring of community service work. Brown was ordered to conduct the community service after viciously punching girlfriend Rhianna in the face during Grammy night 2009.

Brown since his first attack on Rihanna has run into a host of violence issues. After being asked about his domestic violence attack, Brown threw a chair through a window on the set of Good Morning America. Chris Brown was also in trouble after fighting with rapper Drake in June 2012.

Chris will appear back in court on April 5 to answer charges stemming from his alleged lying over community service work.

LOS ANGELES — Jay-Z and Beyoncé presided over a star-studded gathering of musical talent at the pre-Grammys Roc Nation and Nokia brunch held at Soho House on Saturday in West Hollywood, Calif. Soho House on Saturday.

The event is thrown every year by Roc Nation head Jay-Z.

Wowing in figure-hugging outfits, Beyoncé wore a floral, retro mini-dress from Elie Saab’s Spring-Summer 2013 collection along with Louis Vuitton Cruise 2013 ‘Florida’ platforms.

Younger sister Solange also stunned in a metallic blue halter neck top and fifties skirt with red heels.

According to The Associated Press, former Destiny’s Child alum Kelly Rowland  greeted Beyoncé with a hug. Rowland, of course, recently performed with the “Crazy in Love” singer during her much praised halftime Super Bowl show.

Other guests included Grammy nominee Miguel, Christina Milian, producers Timbaland, The Dream, Jill Scott, Kylie Minogue, Jordin Sparks, Melanie Fiona, Oscar winning songwriter Diane Warren, Christina Milian, and Rihanna who came with boyfriend and controversy-prone singer Chris Brown.

Beyoncé, Jay-Z, Rihanna, and Brown are all nominees are this year’s Grammys.

Jay-Z is one of six acts nominated for a massive six awards, Rihanna is up for three, with Beyoncé and Brown nominated for one award.

As revealed by Just Jared, Jay-Z and Beyoncé will be seated in the front row at the Grammys, next to Justin Timberlake and his wife Jessica Biel.

Timberlake is performing during the show so it’s entirely possible he could be joined by Jay-Z on stage for a rendition of their latest hit ‘Suit & Tie.”

The 55th annual Grammy Awards air live from the Staples Center in Los Angeles at 8 pm ET and for the UK Monday at 03.00 am GMT.

Chris Brown‘s car has reportedly been written off in a solo collision, with the rapper driving his Porsche into a wall near the 600 block of Bedford Drive in Beverly Hills.

Furthermore, it seems the singer-rapper has a good idea of where the blame lies: it’s those pesky paparazzi.

TMZ reports how Brown told cops he crashed because he was being pursued by photographers. A statement released just hours later from a Brown representative seemed to confirm the star was blaming the incident on the paps. Referring to how the singer was allegedly chased by two cars, the rep said:

“The occupants [of the chasing cars] jumped out, with cameras, and aggressively approached [Chris's] vehicle. In an effort to remove himself from the situation, he began to back down an alley at which point he was cut off by two additional vehicles.

“Chris’ vehicle was totaled due to this aggressive pursuit by the paparazzi. He is okay.”

Police later revealed that nobody had been hurt in the collision, but Brown’s damaged Porsche had to be towed from the scene. At least he can borrow Rihanna’s, eh?

A spokesman for the Beverly Hills Police department later released a statement regarding the incident:

“On February 9, 2013 at approximately 1203pm, entertainer Chris Brown was involved in a solo, non-injury traffic collision in the 600 Block Bedford Drive/Camden Drive alley. Mr. Brown was the driver of the vehicle and collided with a wall. Brown stated that he was being chased by paparazzi causing him to lose control of his vehicle. Brown’s Black Porsche was towed from the scene at his request.”
